A lot of BJJ coaches preach that BJJ is a personal journey... not all of them encourage that vibe. Jordan, I think really believes this and try's very hard to welcome everyone and support everyone. While Jordan is the head coach and senior Black Belt Ryan and Karen work very hard to make sure the culture live up to their narrative and that the facilities are clean, well kept and in good shape.
