They have such a fun new collection (Erin &Ben with Best Home Furnishings) and I fell in love with the fun colors and charm of this furniture that it totally pivoted the direction I want to go with this room. So refreshing to see something other than the typical neutrals and repetitive look I've seen in other stores. Kitty was wonderful to work with and helping me see a new vision for my space. I was pleased with our sales guy Bobby and also the manager with the super cool tattoos. Our family spent time sitting on different furniture sets and we were pleased with our final choice (not pictured). The snack section in the back was clutch. We were able to grab a quick bite and look around some more. Financing options were easy to understand. Delivery went really well. The movers were courteous and cleaned up behind themselves.

The pricing is the best you will find in the greater Cleveland area. These guys used to own Best Furniture over in Mentor, which also had quality furniture at low prices. Their approach is very consultative, but not pesky at all (which I can't say for some other stores in the area). The bottom line is, if you go to Ashley and find something you like, you'll probably find the same exact piece here but cheaper. That's what happened to me. The prices are lower than other shops for the exact same or better thing. Ron is a great salesman--the type of guy you want to grab a beer with once the shopping is done. Dolores was so sweet and greeted us promptly when we walked in. I never thought I would have fun couch shopping but these two had me cracking up. I will be back for a coffee table soon!

So I took a good look at everything. There was also a large amount of newer hardback novels, which I would have loved to sort through, but I didn't have the time. As I was looking around the guys were bringing in pieces of furniture to display. This is a family operation that deserves checking out.

The sales associated took his car key multiple times to the couch to demonstrate the durability. On July 4 we discovered a small area on the side of the couch where the gray material was peeling off the couch. I put in a claim and have been denied, stating they do not cover "cuts", the damage appears to be accidental rather than a defect. I am not sure how peeling material would be accidental damage. I will never purchase from Ashley again, I would recommend Bobs Furniture over Ashley. Ashley does not stand behind the products, their customer service is just awful. I have never been in this store. I needed to find some flatware and other decor items. I stopped…read morein and was surprised at how large this place was. Lucky for me the flatware was located right at the door I entered. The employee who was nearby greeted me with a smile. And asked if she could help me. Of course she could since I never have been here. She showed me where to go and stayed around and answered a few questions I had as well. All in all I was happy to stop in. But this visit I didn't make a purchase. Maybe next visit. Because I'll for sure be back.

I love shopping at Arhaus and Arhaus Loft. I find that they have the nicest selection of furniture…read morein town. The store is beautifully displayed, and the loft is a "treasure hunt". You have to keep going back and really walk around and look for items, but I have found fantastic deals (and beautiful items) for my dining room, bedroom and living room. The sales person I worked with at Legacy was super friendly and helpful. At the loft? They were nice, but don't seem as well trained as in the regular stores. I had a problem with one of the stools I ordered from Legacy and they switched it out very quickly and it was easy to coordinate. I've used delivery in the past for large orders but they were nice and let me pick up stools and other items I could fit in my car so I could save the delivery fees.

Recently we purchased a made to order sofa bed. the fine print says that if it didn't fit in the…read morehouse, we'd have a 50% restocking charge. that being said, the sales person did not review that "50%" with me verbally. though i did sign the document. when the product didn't fit, i asked for an accommodation of some type--i never said what specifically, having spent tens of thousands of dollars in that store. did they have to do something for me? no, clearly not. they didn't HAVE to. should they have given me some relief in either a reduced restocking fee, or additional store credit? i think so, given the amount i have spent recently and that the sales person, in my opinion should have been more verbally direct about the restocking fee. i believe customer satisfaction with the products and the processes should be taken into account when dealing with people who have spent a lot of hard earned money at that business. I have a choice of where i shop and i won't go back to Arhaus, as they demonstrate that their mission statement is "caveat emptor" or "buyer beware"... not "we want to make sure you are happy with the customer experience". again-- my bad, but some accommodation would have gone a long way. I purchased my mattress many years ago and it's just as firm now as it was when it first arrived at my house. The price was VERY reasonable as I ended up paying a fraction of the price that other stores charged while receiving a mattress that was far superior in both quality and durability. The saleswoman was very kind and knowledgeable. The delivery was timely and everything was super smooth. I can't say enough good things about this place. This place truly is a local gem and I would urge anyone looking for a new bed, especially an ultra firm one, to come here.
