The attention to detail was amazing and was truly a "from the factory" clean install. The best part about Bill is his can do attitude. He has the knowledge and skill sets to get the job done, especially when "direct bolt on" is not really direct, nor bolt on. When other shops will return the car and tell you they can't get it done, Bill is the guy you come see. I also appreciate his customer service. When ever I was in a jam with my car, he was quick to respond and offer advise, even help with a tow truck! He really goes above and beyond. Greg took the time to look at my car, drive it with me to diagnose the issue, and ran the codes. My car was fixed promptly and the communication was great the entire experience.
