I've been coming here for a while because it's close to home and I've liked my manicures so far but I often wait 15-20 minutes past my appointment time to actually start the manicure. However, the last time I showed up early to my 11am appointment but they didnt actually start on my nails until noon! I dont even know why I stayed but she assured me at 11:30 it would be 10 more minutes after I asked and no other communication as I sat there. I ended up not doing the tip extensions I wanted because I didn't have time. If they couldn't get me in at the time of my appointment I wish they would not take the appointment or just tell me to reschedule when I got there because it's such a waste of my time to sit there for an hour. I've been patient about this happening in the past but this last time was so disrespectful and it's likely to happen again so I won't be coming back. read more

Here's my reason for three stars only I want to say that I have been here at least five times, first the reason for the three stars if you receive a pedicure from someone from here be sure they love to do a pedicure because what you will get from the nail technician is just simply just going through the motion, I had to ask the technician Rosie to go back over my toenails and cut them because if she couldn't get the toenail clipper in the right place to cut the toenail she would go onto the next one. She barely even push the cuticles back which by the way I push back before I went to get my pedicure ensuring that they would cut all the cuticles. The technician will put on a timer for a massage but honestly you don't get a massage you barely get them to touch put any pressure on your feet why bother if you're not going to give a good massage with a pedicure that's one of the reasons people go to get a pedicure. Also when she went to use the Stone rock she just ran it across my leg once come on do better. I didn't even want to Stone rock I wanted the paraffin for my feet I got the damn stone rock which she again I'm going to reiterate that she only went across my leg once with it. I am very disappointed with this pedicure. I also want to tell you that Rosie did not put a topcoat on all my toenails as you can see some of my toenails are dull and others are shiny.I paid too much money for this lousy lousy lousy pedicure. Maybe they should just hire somebody who loves to do pedicures not someone who just wants to go through the motions because it's a waste of money. Now onto my finger nails I just want to say that before I went I did cut my own cuticles this time because I felt that the last time they did not get cut very well or pushed back so I did it myself before going to get my nails done. I want to say that absolutely Emily is really good at her job as a nail technician this time she was the one who did the nail design and I didn't have to go to somebody else she absolutely did a wonderful job. The most unreliable nail salon, I have been coming here since they opened and on not one, not two, not three but FOUR different occasions I arrived to my appointment only to find out the person I scheduled with was at another location or not working. Yes I shouldn't have given them another chance but it is really hard to find someone good... and Emily is so great!!! This was the final straw as I showed up today for an appointment I scheduled a week ago only to find out she was not in this week and once again no one contacted me? Shouldn't you contact your salons clients when there is a change? I asked if they could get me in with someone else and the owner said no they were booked. There are complimentary drinks and easy booking online with your favorite nail tech, just make sure you pick the right location. I always go in the middle of the day and it's super chill. Overpriced. Manicure was dry. Didn't clean my nails/soak in water. Used an electronic filer for the cuticles and did not push them back or use trimmer. In two days looks like significant grow out. $45 to look like a week old? No hand massage with manicure. Felt like a conveyor belt vs a spa. Nails are fine and facility looked clean, but will not be going back because the price did not match the outcome. read more

The first time I went here it was a Saturday and I had a great experience. Unfortunately I went back Again during the week WITH an appointment and had a very different experience. They "couldn't find my appointment" but sat us down in chairs and told Us to wait. After 20 minutes we asked when we'd be helped and they said 10 more mins because someone was out sick. They should have called me to tell me to come in 30 minutes later (they had my phone number from when I made the appointment). Then my woman left to "go move her car" and was gone for a good 15 minutes. They never once offered us water or wine (like it shows in all of their pictures online). They were early understaffed and trying to accommodate walk ins and rushed through our mani/pedis. 100% will never go there again read more

DO NOT COME HERE. The many negative reviews are unfortunately accurate. This is my first ever yelp review (so hopefully goes to show how disgusted I am with the behavior at this salon). I have been a customer of this salon (Bellevue initially then transferred to Kirkland) for over 6 years and the service has immensely gone down. The owner Ny moved my appointment time 45 minutes ahead of the original time I booked, without notifying me. When I asked her about it, she stated "if you book a time in advance and we are busy at your appointment time, we have the right to not service you at that time". She proceeded to state this is company policy. Cindy always did a great job, but come to find out she does not like a certain type of clientele, negatively speaks about customers and is constantly late to many of the appointments. Please spend your time and hard earned money elsewhere. read more

Love Levue Nail Lounge in Kirkland! This is only my second visit but it's been amazing both times and I won't go anywhere else! Rosie does my nails, she's very good with detail and always makes sure all design/shaping is perfect. She even offers advise on what would look best and she's always right! Ha does my pedicure, she is very good as well. She uses the perfect amount of pressure when massaging and always checks to make sure the water/stones/wax aren't too hot. I've never had a long wait but I always schedule an appointment. Love my Levue team! read more

The salon is clean with nice decor, the chairs are comfortable, drinks are offered, and they have a great selection of colors and services. I always opt for the Hurricane gel pedicure for $50, which includes an extended massage and paraffin dip. This used to be a place my mom and I liked. They did a good job. Last we went the nail tech was incredibly rough and rushed. She cut my moms finger. Went in for a Mother's Day pedicure with my sisters and mother. I opted for a manicure instead, and it was horrible. I bounced from chair to chair until someone finally sat down. I wasn't asked or given the options of what type of manicures this place offered. I let the tech know that I wanted my nails the same color as hers. I was never told that it was going to be an extra $15.00 just for the color. I didn't even get a hand massage. She rubbed cuticle oil on my arms and that was it. And... my nails are not anywhere close to the color hers are. I could have painted my own nails for $5 bucks. It was not worth the $70 they tried to charge me that's for sure. Won't be going here again and will be warning all my girls in that area to steer clear. read more

My gel nails started peeling 3 days after getting them done and are now chipping after 5 days. My toes were regular polish and have already started chipping as well. It was an extremely rushed experience, we were a party of 3 and one of the girls there (gel mani & gel pedi) was finished in 30 minutes. It's not worth the money of an "upscale mani/pedi" experience if it's going to chip and be rushed. I'd recommend a small-owned business where the workers take their time and actually care over LeVue any day. read more

Been here twice now and I've been impressed with the experience from booking over the phone, quality of service, and reasonable pricing! I don't know if I've just been lucky but have both times had two techs working on my nails at the same time with saves so much time! Went on vacation and wasn't able to get my nails done for over 3 weeks and they STILL looked good just grown out (dip nails). I'll be going back for sure! Like a lot of the reviews say, I'll reiterate that the service here is totally hit or miss. I called to get a full set acrylics, and they said that they only had time for Gel-X. I didn't know what it was, but she said it was like acrylics but better and healthier. They were cute and I liked them afterwards, until I looked up how to get a fill with Gel-X and found out that you have to get them taken off and re done. They cost the same as a full set, so it's the same as getting a full set every few weeks. I feel cheated, I can't believe the salon didn't tell me this. If I had been warned beforehand, I would have just gotten acrylic. However, I would NOT recommend getting Gel-X even if you can afford to keep getting them. I snagged my finger on something and it ripped my natural nail away from my skin. My whole nail ripped off down to the very cuticle. It was so painful, and took months to heal and grow back normally, as I had to cut the nail down to the cuticle, otherwise it wouldn't heal. Gel-X uses blue light bonding to stick onto the natural nail, and it's so strong that it will literally rip your natural nails off. If I had just gotten acrylics, the fake nail would have just broken off, leaving my natural nail in perfect condition. Would not recommend this place, I have waited up to an hour to get my service. read more

I like it here. The salon is cheery and open. The staff pleasant. Location great. And I almost always leave happy. However, my last visit I was given a price list then they tried to charge me more and tried to add on extra charges not on the list. I felt duped. I was told the owner had recently increased prices and was now charging for gel removal even if you had gotten the gel at their salon originally. This is not industry standard. I will not pay $55.00 for a basic gel pedicure. Nor argue over hidden charges. I left paying the price I was originally quoted. I left happy with my nails. However I left upset and stressed. In the future I will get my quote while booking my appointment which is a pain. Lastly, the salon was not busy. They were sending people home. Why increase pricing now? Why add up charges now? Your pricing went from competitive to high and I'm not sure the experience delivered is the later. read more
