Pedicures are 9 out of 10 times great, very thorough and an excellent job, except the last time I went, they didn't paint one of my pinky toes??? Manicures (acrylic and gel) are usually good but the pricing is soooo inconsistent. Sometimes it's $40 for acrylics, other times it's $70 for the exact same thing. If they could get down the pricing and keep it consistent, this place would be amazing. read more

Well once again they chose to let a long term customer with an appointment wait while they take walk ins. I waited 37 minutes past my appointment time and finally walked out for the last time. Their are lovely people who work here but their business model is ridiculous. Greed wins they think but based on how much slower they are I think they are going to learn the hard way that good service wins and LeVue you don't have it anymore. I love this place! It's a bit out of the way for me but they do such a good job that it's worth it. I took a chance on another salon that was closer to my house & they messed my nails so badly I called this place and they got me in last minute to fix them! They give recommendations on nail health/ growing your nails out and are always very polite. Every time I have come here they consistently take the time to make sure my nails are cleaned up and shaped perfectly, including measuring all my nails against each other and my other hand to be sure they are even, and looking at them from every angle. And they don't shred your cuticles like some other places too. TIP: not sure if they are still doing this but last time I went they only accepted cash tips, so make sure to bring some. My experience at this nail salon was quite atrocious and subpar. The technician working on my feet cut me and then hastily applied alcohol without asking my permission. The workers were less than attentive to my needs. I even requested for a mask when I entered and they were confused as to what that was. I will NOT be returning to this place and definitely a DO NOT RECOMMEND to my friends and relatives. Pedicures. My girlfriend and I popped in with no appointment and they got us in immediately. Very clean and larger inside than it looks for the front. They seem to be well know for their nails and my gf may have found a new spot for her "dipped S&S" nails I think they're called. I saw there was an option to request an appointment via Yelp and received a response from Ny, within a half hour. She was quick to respond to my appointment request until I found a time that worked out for me. Once I got there with my friend for our appointment, we were greeted quickly and brought to be seated for the start of our pedicure. My friend and I went there because of the nail art we saw that was done and decided to try it out. So , after the pedicure, I was brought to do my manicure and showed my manicurist the nail art I wanted to do and she did a spectacular job on it! I wasn't sure what to expect, but she did above and beyond my expectations. They don't honor appointments. They work really hard here, so I can understand waiting, or even coming back when they're less busy, but when I call in for an appointment, I expect that I will be seated within 15 mins (and that is generous). My friend recommended this place to me as one of "the best" nail salons and I'm sure that is true, but twice I came by here and they were very busy, even though they scheduled me in. They seated me in 10 mins, but I actually sat in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes until the water in the basin got cold! The second time, I scheduled for a manicure because I was leaving WA the day after, and they took a very long time again. Their area is also not very clean. They do soak their tools in the sanitation liquid but there is nail dust all over the massage chair seat/controllers. I chose to come to this nail salon with my sister one day after looking at some yelp reviews and overall, we really enjoyed our experience! The first thing I noticed was how clean this place was and how they immediately sanitized all their equipment after each customer, something that is super important for any nail salon! The interior is super modern looking and was a really cool environment to be in while getting my nails done lol. My sister and I chose to get gel manicures and even though we showed up a little early for our appointment, they were able to seat her right away. They have a huge selection of colors to choose from so it got kinda overwhelming but I appreciated the options. One thing I noticed was that even though they started on my sister first, my manicure took half the time hers did! So it was a little inconsistent as her nail technician spent a lot more time on her cuticles and shaping her nails while mine did not and my thumb was a little unevenly shaped. My sister also got three coats of color before the top coat while mine stopped at two. Maybe it was a lack of communication on my part or it was just a super busy day for them but overall our manicures turned out looking really good and they lasted well over two weeks! If you live on the eastside and you're looking for a reasonably priced and CLEAN nail salon, I'd definitely come check this place out! It is a beautifully designed salon, and the Bellevue location is convenient, so I've kept going back, but most of the times, I say it's my last time. Their biggest problem is a lack of consistency between nail technicians. I've gotten my share of pedicures, manicures and full sets here. I've had more good experiences than bad, but their pedicures have left me disappointed most of the time. Their callus smoothing varies by technician and today, the technician spent more time scraping the arch of my foot than the actual spots that need it. I finally had to tell her that hurts. She then did no additional smoothing of the actual foot, and did little to no buffing of the nails. It's disappointing that this is unfortunately the experience one could get fairly regularly. read more

I have been getting my nails done here for 5 years! I had one specific nail artist who was truly consistent and very patient. When choosing what style or color, Mai was always patient and kind. Unfortunately, I went there on Halloween to get them done in hopes she would be there to continue her great work but I found out she was no longer working there. The manager I believe had recommended I get my nails done by Jenny. I was very hesitant because I'm very particular with my nails in terms of having sensitive nails and not being able to have certain things done to it. As I was getting my nails done by her, she was somewhat friendly. Though she was very impatient and seemed very rushed with how she was doing my nails. I couldn't have certain things done to my nails and she was rude (rolling her eyes and it seemed like she was profusely speaking in her native tone when she was annoyed or something). I tried to not let it bother me since she was doing my nails adequately. She did for the most part did everything I had asked in terms of what I wanted. But it was very hard to communicate that with her. I am a very picky customer for the mere reason of wanting perfection and trying to not damage or infect my nails. The experience was pretty bad, not really great customer service. The employees were agitated and non friendly. The whole purpose of going to the salon is having a great experience. But unfortunately this one did not do that. It was very uncomfortable to be in a position to have someone who is like that doing or working on your nails. Overall, the quality of my nails were moderate. But if the service doesn't meet the expectations of the quality, I'll get my nails done elsewhere. The cost was $45 acrylics with shellac, but with the expectation of tipping only in cash. When I had not tipped, the manager seemed a little concerned and asked me if I didn't like my nails, I do like my nails, but if the service isn't great, I'm not going to promote poor customer service. Tipping is not an expectation. I will tip a hefty amount when I feel that all the standards are met. I'll try this place out one more time the month of November with the same employee unexpectedly and if it improves I will continue to get serviced there if not, you'll be hearing another review and I will no longer be going there. read more

I live in the neighborhood and have gone to this Nail spa for some time now and will never go back. My manicurist quit and I haven't had a good pedicure since. Shellac was left on my toenails and I thought my toenails had become uneven or something wrong . My good friend who is amanicurist looked closely at my toenails and she confirmed they left old shellac on there and were just painting over the top of it . I went in to tell them and they took it off by using an electric file and thinned our my Nails . Then , after a simple pedicure the manicurist started cleaning the pedicure bowl , spraying chemicals around my feet while I was eating for polish to dry. I understand trying to get a bargain but I will never return to the nail spa again. read more

This is the best service I've received by far from Levue Nails & Spa. I think they made a few positive changes in the last couple of weeks. Bin and Na were wonderful! Bin did my pedicure and Na did my manicure and as you can see, they look fabulous! Typically I do dip gel but I needed to give my nails a breather. So, I will definitely be coming back in a couple of weeks and schedule an appointment with these lady's. I actually came in more because I had busted one of my toes and I thought I'd have to wait for several months before I felt comfortable showing my feet, but Bin did an amazing job of filing it down and making my toes look beautiful again.
