Walked into this place, they were trying to charge me $100 dollars for what I usually pay $45 for?! $4.50 to launder shirts?? 8 dollars for a jacket? Supposedly they've been around for a while but I have no idea how or why people would keep lining up to get ripped off... I've been on a few occasions and each time I feel that I am bring over priced. I paid over $4 a shirt. They are not very clear with prices. I had left some pants to be sent for sewing and came back from them without a receipt. I thought remembered that I had paid already and the lady behind the counter only gave me attitude when I asked her to check my past transactions just to make sure I didn't already pay for my pants like I had thought it did. I was made to feel bad for asking her to check as if I was trying to not pay or something. When I said I was here about a month ago she corrected me to say with attitude it's been a months since I was here last. I guess overall this place could use more clarity with pricing- as there are no signs or prices on the walls. This is my new cleaners. The people are so nice and helpful. I came in with a dirty comforter that had a tag stating to dry clean only. LC said that since it's polyester, they could wash it and it would come out better than dry clean. They were right as the thing looks almost new. read more

The people here are super friendly, I will say that, but there have been too many mistakes in the very few times I've been there to make me come back. My husband and I both dropped off uniforms on different days, but when we picked them up, my pants were somehow with his shirt and vice versa, which we unfortunately did not notice until one of us was at work. I also dropped off a shirt to have patches sewn on. I showed them where the patches should be (directly underneath another patch) and they came back halfway down the sleeve. They offered to fix it, but when I picked it up the second time it wasn't even centered with the first patch. read more

I've been going to a different dry cleaner for a while and was looking for a new place that was a little less expensive. I took a table cloth in and thought I saw a scorch mark on it when it was home. I went in and told the man working there (the owner?) and after looking it over, we couldn't find the mark. (I think it might have been a shadow) The man was very rude, asking me how long I had been going there and where I used to go. After I told him he said, "maybe you should go back there!" They're always super nice when you walk in, and you feel welcome! Today is a warm day here in SoCal and I had to run errands with my 6 week old baby, when I went inside to drop off my items the woman working told me that I could always just honk and have them come out to me so I didn't have to move the baby in and out. Can't say enough good things about the service this place provided. We were in town for a wedding and my girlfriends bridesmaid dress got hair gel spilled on it during the flight, leaving a huge greasy stain on the front. Great place for Dry Cleaning and the owners are nice.

I have never had them clean any items. However, my husband and I are both in the military and have both taken uniforms there to get very simple work done, holes stitched up on cammie pants and simple rank sewn on sleeves. For the simple work needed for military uniforms the pricing is pretty outrageous. I suggest if you are in the military stick to places close to the base, pricing is considerably more reasonable. This places doesn't do any amazing work that deserves the prices. read more

I am new to the area, and I found Lewis on a fluke. I have to say that as with most cleaners, they do a satisfactory job. I've had only one broken button in a year, props to them. What is top notch with Lewis is that the treat you well. Justin as well as everyone else know me when I come in, they get my preferences, and they are proficient at providing a service. I actually enjoy dropping (and picking up) my gametes as I feel that they really care about what they do.
