I always joke that the first gal Marie Kondo folded my underwear and it was so wild yet organized and space efficient that it's now the only way I fold my underwear. AMAZING. For $130 they took care of 5 huge garbage bags full of clothes, nearly 60 lbs of socks, t-shirts, leggings, etc. I will definitely be using them again, it would have taken me days to just wash and dry all that clothes and they had it back to me in about 24 hours.

We had two laundry bags one clothes & the other towels. Come to find out the cheapest wash is $6.50 and it caps out at $11. That's crazy. I get that the owner is trying to justify the prices by saying that the machines are new , but the facility is very small and the AC does not work very well. It's very hot in there. And there is very limited seating. The original laundromat that my husband and I would go to at the north end of the lake is the brand new coin laundry and they're obviously brand new and the washes start at I believe $3.50 and cap out at $8.50. And the dryers are a quarter for six minutes. I can do the same two bags of laundry there for about $15-$20. And that seems way more reasonable than $13 just for the wash alone if the two bags fit in the smallest washer which they don't. So it would have been double for me to do the same laundry at this facility. And upon arrival, there is no rolling laundry baskets outside and there is a large sign stating that you cannot wash any pet items no pet blankets no pet beds no horse blankets. Basically you cannot wash any thing there if you have pets/pet items. -in response to your message I walked in, had a conversation with my husband, about the prices after I saw the prices, As my husband was already inside before I came in. Your machines are small and your condescending attitude and how you respond to the customers who leave you reviews that are not four or five stars is telling of the type of business owner that you are. Imagine going back to a Dry Cleaner you routinely used, five years after leaving the area (State) you lived. On a recent trip back home since moving out of state I stopped in to drop off a shirt I needed sry cleaned. I specifically went there because Justin, the owner, had become a friend after the numerous years, we utilized his services. I had not kept in touch and wondered if he would remember me. Before I even got inside the store, he saw me get out of my car and greeted me with a sincere, tremendous smile and hug. We picked up right where we left off. I've had dry cleaning done in dozens of places throughout my life and rarely could tell the difference between good and great. For those of you wanting smiles and friendly service from a group of people that know how to treat a customer- i've never experienced better than here, with these folks. If you're in the area or looking for a new Dry Cleaner, I couldn't recommend Justin, nor his business and the folks that work there, strongly enough. 5 stars no! 6 stars! Miss ya Justin - and the service, positive attitude, and great work you provide! It was heartwarming to see things are exactly the way they were as when we moved away. I am not impressed, my husband and I went here Monday the 15th, dropped off a dress shirt and pants to be dry cleaned. My husband wore it for his interview today and so i picked it up tuesday and kept it in the wrapper to ensure the press would be perfect. Well he gets it on and there is a snag on the side, there is almost a like pulling of the fabric between that runs along the entire front and there are wrinkles everywhere! This shirt has been worn TWICE, my 50 dollar dress shirt from kohls is ruined!! I am so annoyed, I took pictures before I ironed them out! I normally go to a place in murrieta where i live but my husband and I were there and it was relatively convenient on Monday. I paid 7.70 cents for a dress shirt and some slacks to be dry cleaned, it was more expensive than my usual place but what makes me the most mad is if maybe I didn't mention hey iron it well. I don't like confrontation honestly which is why I am writing it here. SO be careful. I am never going here again. read more

Just moved to town and started to use them. Found them very friendly and professional. Quality of the work was good and things were ready when they said they would be. The negative reviews give me a bit of pause but Dry Cleaning has to be a tough business and based on my experience we are probably seeing a skewed picture. I explicitly requested light starch and indicated that creases should only be applied to the sleeves and trousers, with a particular emphasis on *avoiding* military creases on the front of the blouses. To my considerable dismay, upon collecting my items four days later, it was immediately apparent that these instructions had been entirely disregarded. Not only were my specific requests not met, but the service provided was, in fact, the exact opposite of what I had carefully stipulated. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of your staff at pickup, I was met with explanations that did not adequately address the failure to follow instructions, even after I highlighted that my precise requirements were documented on the service tag your own team had created. This oversight meant that I left your premises with garments that were unusable as presented. As a direct result, I was compelled to return home and personally re-wash and re-iron the items myself to achieve the desired look and feel. The quality of my own efforts, I must add, significantly surpassed the 'professional' service for which I had paid. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of both my time and money. It is clear that the level of attention to detail and customer instruction adherence falls far below an acceptable standard. Consequently, I will no longer be utilizing your services.

Set it and forgot it! They'll come even if you don't have clothes that day - similar to recycling or compost pickup day of the week. Adds a nice touch and feels more homey.
