I started having…read moreinfections in a couple of the implants after a couple of years and I had been going regularly for check ups, but the office said he was no longer there. They did not offer to see me so I was left with these reoccurring infections and didn't know where to go for help. So I would ask my general Practitioner to write me prescriptions for antibiotics any time I had a flare up. After two years I finally found his new practice and made an appointment to see him. He never offered any explanation as to why 2 of the implants were having problems but did a treatment plan at the cost of $43,000. I declined because I felt like he had dropped the ball during his absence and was very Leary of him doing anymore work on me.

Fast forward to last year, I was finishing up my Invisalign treats and sought out another consultation. Again, she was fantastic. Informative and detailed and gave me my options to proceed. It is not very often that I find a doctor will suggest waiting on a treatment, but she gave me good guidance to wait until my teeth had settled with my retainers for a while. So fast forward ANOTHER year. I scheduled another appointment and got a final consultation with lots of guidance on how to proceed with either a pinhole procedure or gum graft, taking my post Invisalign treatment into careful consideration. I opted for the pinhole procedure and currently in post-op healing which has been so incredibly easy and painless. I cannot recommend this office and Dr. Hayes enough. Dr. Hayes has been nothing but consistent over the past years as I sought consultations and committed to the treatment. Her evaluation and guidance over everything was very personalized to me and I appreciate all of her knowledge and guidance during my healing process.

I found out after the fact that they do not take insurance when I was told they do. With that being said. I have been charged 72.00 for that day which I thought was just getting an estimate. They should have been more up front with me in the beginning about that day. Now they want to turn me over to a collection agency. I do mot recommend them at all!!

Turns out if you do not get there 20 minutes early they will refuse to see you. Do not waste your breath or energy on them. I drove 45 minutes out there just for them to refuse me... But again, Holly, If you are so miserable where you are at leave and stop projecting that onto others.

I recommend them any chance I get. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that I'm able to make all my appointments for the year at once, which makes it easier to schedule. The later appointment times also work well with my job. I also like that the ladies in front will break down my total cost for the year so I'm never shocked by a payment. She's friendly and conversative and a true professional in what she does, making sure I'm comfortable for my cleaning and she knows how to carry on a conversation, even with dental instruments in my mouth. I know I tend to hype Dr. Cummins and her staff up, but a) I'm one of those people that loves going to the dentist and 2) Of all the dentists I've ever been to, her practice has always made me feel welcome and comfortable.
