After I arrived I was taken back to my room and assessed by the dental assistant. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. The doctor came in and proceeded to evaluate my tooth. He was able to replace the cap and I had no pain or problems since. I appreciate their quick attention to my needs and were able to fix the problem. A office staff came in with a breakdown of the procedures and costs. She gave me the total and my payment options. The expense was a little more than I expected but it was an emergency so I guess it will all be worth it in the long run. I am sorry I didn't catch the name of the Dr that I saw but he was very young and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I end up getting the filing done, and GUESS WHAT? I'm paying over 100 dollars for both. My wife, who asks a lot of questions, looked more into it. I think called Cigna, who said this office isn't in network, when on their website they are, lol. I called Jeff Commons, they claim to be in network, but the woman I spoke to told me Cigna downgraded the coverage for Composite, and would only pay for Amalgam. I then find out the Dr.Deborah Rodighiero ISN'T EVEN IN NETWORK! Now, I'm stuck with an addition 200 plus dollar bill on top of the over 100 I paid for. This is unacceptable. Why didn't you do your due diligence before you did my filings and make sure the composite filings were covered?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

They as a family live near the practice and they love their children. There have been times when by no fault of my own or theirs that some crowns had to be remade. They are expensive but what dental work isn't. I asked why they didn't have a higenisist and they advised they find better results if they do their own cleanings. I have never had issues. Reading some of the other comments may have been fair criticism but on the flip side they are people too. Friendly interaction is acceptable. And we only have 1 side of the story from the other clients. I have never felt like I was being ignored or could not approach them about any issues. I tell them what is going on and they investigate and fix the issue. Would highly recommend them.

I was dr Tran's patient since then she started this office, she was used to be more concerned with…read morethe patient's satisfaction and being on top of any issues but since last few years she hardly comes in and check the concerns and care about quality of work. She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. I had my dental implant surgery on 4/2/26. There is no way to articulate how awesome and…read moreprofessional these folks are. My first point of contact was Lori, who is absolutely precious. Dr. Harmon spent all the time I needed, answering all the questions I had. Every single clinician in the office is stellar. I'm now 2 weeks out, and would do it again and again. For me, the pain was minimal. I had a bit of swelling and bruising, which is normal. My temporary implants look great. If you've ever thought about implants, Harmon Dental is the only place to go. Dr. Harmon drilled a hole in a tooth NEXT TO the repair site (he was to remove roots from a tooth…read morethat had a crown on it, the crown fell off). He saw the x-rays of the area and discussed them with me, there was NO HOLE in the tooth he damaged at that time. Immediately after the surgery, I asked for a mirror to see what he had done---i.e during the procedure I felt pressure and discomfort from a drill, I moaned in pain, he moved away from that location and continued to drill on a different area. As soon as he was "finished," I asked for a mirror to see the "work." Despite the gauze, blood and saliva, I saw a hole in a tooth and mistook it for a filling that I thought must have come out during his "work" which would have been awful ( 2 teeth away from the target tooth). When I got home and looked at the area, the filling I thought was gone was intact HOWEVER, I was right when I pointed the matter out to Harmon which he HAD TO KNOW ABOUT unless he's blind; HE DRILLED INTO THE WRONG TOOTH!!!! Then he and his office girls tried to DENY what I was saying. The office girls HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS SAYING WHEN I SAID "HE DRILLED A HOLE IN WRONG TOOTH." THEY DENIED having any x-ray of the area, which is absolutely STUPID; they had given me a copy of the x-ray at my request. Harmon drilled into a good tooth. NOW, I have to find someone to finish the implant and repair the damaged tooth, and I have go through the needle sticks, the numbness, the bloody gums, the pain, the driving in insane traffic to get to the office and back home, AND THE BAD MEMORY OF MY BAD CHOICE OF picking an implant specialist. I'm lucky he didn't drill into the pulp core of the wrong tooth, he came real close. I thought, he wanted to sell me TWO implants, and he was creating the need for the second implant by damaging a good tooth. If I were all of you out there, I would avoid this implant surgeon if you need an implant, or any other work on your teeth. I am sick over this and trying hard to control my anger. In my previous employment, I repaired damaged metal on the microscopic level, which is a lot harder than cutting gums and drilling teeth.
