I would give it 5 stars except the seats are a bit uncomfortable for a 2 hr movie. Some new seating would be amazing. Little by little im sure that will happen and then itll get 5 stars. The screen is big enough and I was told that this theater has a super Dolby Atmos sound system (so you'll feel the floor rumbling lol!). In addition, the manager and individuals that work here are so friendly and willing to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have. The employees are kind and and helpful depending on what you ask them- some of them are probably under experienced so don't be too hard on them. The movie experience is wonderful as in It's Worth theater ticket. It's really loud but it doesn't hurt your ears. The picture on the big screen is amazing. It is what you would expect of a typical movie theater. Make sure you watch their prices though so you can get a good deal. I believe they offer a senior discount but don't take my word on it.

I liked that the seats aren't in one single long row like typical theatres but are broken up into smaller sections (no more interruptions when other people need to scoot by to use the restroom/leave. The pre-movie ads are actually pleasant and they don't delay the start time of the movie. The theatre has cute lights in the shape of flowers on the ceiling and I believe there are vintage movie posters on the back wall. The facilities seemed clean from what I saw. They don't show the latest releases but do have some recognizable movies (ex: they're showing 80s movies on Tuesdays right now and will be showing Whiplash later this year I think). The Confucius Institute at U of I also screens Chinese movies here sometimes. I only paid $6 for my ticket...very reasonably priced! The audio was a bit too loud (only noticeable when the soundtrack of the movie came on) but other than that, I had a great experience. I'll definitely be back for more shows. Add them on Facebook for the latest updates! Also, you can rent their marquee space for things like birthday wishes, proposals, etc...such a cute idea!

Went to see War of the Planet of the Apes and got there about 10 minutes early. Thought it was odd…read morethat there was no picture, but the sound for the commercials played for about 5 minutes then silence and no video for 10 minutes (yes 5 minutes past the movie start time) so I went to the front and asked what was going on with the movie. They proceeded to tell me that they had to restart the projector and it would be 10 more minutes. I asked why they hadn't told the audience, but no response. After about 8 minutes, the projector started working. It got through the previews and then again, no video - just audio. I went back to the counter to find 3 of the employees looking at one of their phones. I asked again and was told that they will have to restart the projector again. No apologies, nothing for 20 minutes of silence. Had to ask for a refund. Bottom line: just drive to Pullman. Don't waste your time with Eastside

A local church, which already took over a fantastic business and forced it out of business, is again ruining Walla Walla. Cinemark says they will build a new theater but i doubt that will happen. We will now have to drive OUT OF TOWN JUST TO SEE A MOVIE! Walla Walla is pathetic. If you are reading this and are thinking of moving here - then think again. There is absolutely NO social outlets (except CHURCH or wine tasting) here - you will be bored out of your minds. Poor healthcare, no social amenities. Oh, there is enough wine to stay drunk if that's your thing. If you think you're going to do "outdoorsie" activities then you are mistaken. You don't want to end up on some property you're not supposed to be on or you'll be shot at - no kidding. I hate this town and if i had the money would leave. (BTW - my family has lived here since the beginning. My great grandfather moved here sometime in the late 1800's so i have EVERY right to be this bummed out!)

Toilets got backed up did had to go badly in the middle of the movie. The exiting of the movie got a bit chaotic where all cars were in a hurry to leave, need some workers to guide the cars do the zipper technique. Overall it was very fun and memorable.

A beautiful, renovated old colonial style Opera house located just 20 minutes north of La Grande…read more Yeah, exactly like the one in The Muppet Show with the little boxes up and off to the side, with the cranky Muppets. They recently started hosting live music too. Great new sound system! The everybodyfields recently stopped here on their way to Portland, and they sounded great. A true ye olde towne gem.

Several of the regular actors and crew members are college students and graduates from the Eastern Oregon University theatre and music departments. The building is a historical treasure that has been lovingly restored with some updates to increase safety.
