This is the BIGGEST rip off place EVER. Please be aware. He did tons of unauthorized work on my…read morecar, claiming he had a "verbal agreement", meanwhile was elusive and refused to tell me any prices, and when I called to find out, the work was already done. He also has people out on the road working for him, driving around preying on innocent individuals who are stuck on the road with broken down cars, referring them to his place. It's incredible that this guy can even sleep well at night but I believe in karma and have had to let it go. I at least want to warn other people of this place as I would have appreciated a heads up...

Called them after few minutes their tow truck came and took our car. Happened afternoon so they are almost closing. Next day, Billy called and said whats the problem with our car. It was transmission and a whooping $$$$! The level of communication that the people from Chris was impeccable, they call almost daily to give updates. Fast forward, parts was delayed and we received our car a few days before it turned a month. (Can you imagine how much we paid for rental?!) Anyway, they gave us a very good discount. I can't even put words how everything went. So you imagine the crazy stress we had experienced?! Thankfully Chris Automotive was very reasonable with their prices, staffs were great and our car is back! Will definitely recommend this place!

It took Bob 3 days…read morejust to diagnose a problem that took a reputable garage an hour, and a simple discount tire center a half day (we also actually told him what/where the issue was when dropping the vehicle off) From there my vehicle was held hostage for almost two full weeks, I was not allowed to remove it to bring to an honest, reputable garage. In the end, the job was finally finished after blowing by numerous deadlines, intentionally ignoring my phone calls, and even rudely walking away when I showed up in person. The bill was significantly higher than what was originally quoted, and more than double the going rate and what an actual reputable garage was going to charge. Work that takes way longer than it should, combined with overpriced and rude service tell me that this place is to be avoided at all costs. I would pay more to go elsewhere, but fortunately everywhere else will likely get things done quicker and cheaper.
