The mess from Lexy's using the wrong paper under their pizzas.

The worst type 'paper' to put under your pizza in a takeout box. Pay almost $25 for this mess. And we get to pick the paper stuck to the pizza off before we try to eat. NOT a great start. Parchment paper would be a huge improvement.

At a hotel by park view and not many places deliver and I am Not a huge fan of Uber eats etc.. So we have ordered from Lexys twice now. Both times very well put together pies. First time was a thin crust, this time it was the deep dish. Great flavors and I love the fact they use green olives over the typical, overused black Olives! I have been told that there is a rivalry between Lexys deep dish and Redwoods deep dish... can't wait to see whose pie we like best! Redwoods better bring it cause the only complaint about Lexys is that the cheese isn't browned which adds that last little flavor to it!

Over done and explains why the bread was hard huh?

Nick Ford the new owner will end up being the fall of Lexy's. So sad to see what his Grandfather and Father built up and took such pride in. They always prided themselves in giving a quality product for a fair price and treated their customers with service and respect if there ever was a problem which was rare. The sign on their door and their advertisements reads generous quantities and good quality I am here to tell you just as others have stated in their reviews it's not that way anymore. Good luck if you do have an issue now Nick Ford is very snotty, argumentative, disrespectful, and flat out lies to you instead of trying to treat customers how they should be treated. We have spent days of arguing with him just to get our money finally refunded today. I have never been treated this way from a business. This guy needs to learn what customer service is. If you look at the good reviews most of them are before Nick took over. So sad to see this place become this. I have been going there before this guy was born. I will never go back!! UPDATE : As you can see Nick's response/vote to my review is that he thinks it's funny. Pretty much shows exactly how he handles unhappy customers. Real Classy Nick. Any REAL business man would be concern about an upset customer like this and do anything that he could to make this right

It's basically just for carry out (they have a couple tables but it's really not geared for dine in) but the pizza is primo. Worth the trip.

Great pizza and sausage rolls. Would be nice if they'd get with the times and add a gluten free and/or cauliflower crust.

Sandy C. I agree with your review. This used to be a great place to get pizza and sandwiches. The quality has gone down hill.

Pizza was okay. The younger man working on Saturday afternoon should absolutely not be working in customer service. So incredibly rude.

She made perfect recommendations for our tastes and was very patient with our pace of dining. The pasta was made in-house and was perfectly cooked. We enjoyed the portion size which allowed us to enjoy 4 courses without feeling stuffed (although my wife took 1/2 her entree home). The wine selection was very nice as well. We also enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a Wednesday night and not too busy allowing us to have a conversation without any trouble. If you're looking for upscale Italian that will rival any restaurant, imo, don't hesitate.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by two hosts who were both very pleasant. We were seated immediately and accommodated our request to sit near the bar. The ambiance is absolutely striking. While chic and polished, the interior also gives off elegant Caesars Palace-inspired design vibes--grand, dramatic, and visually captivating. The bar setup is truly breathtaking and instantly draws you in, making it a perfect spot for a date night or celebratory evening. Our server, Dawn, truly made the night exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, and her recommendations were spot-on. We ordered the lasagna and the salmon with potatoes and spinach--both dishes were beautifully seasoned and full of flavor. The drinks were just as impressive. We enjoyed Uncle Nearest Nearest (which came with an ice cube stamped with an "A"--such a great attention to detail), a Luxy Lady, and prosecco--everything was a hit. I've seen a few comments about portion sizes, but we felt they were perfectly aligned with what you'd expect from an upscale restaurant--satisfying without being overwhelming. The only reason I didn't give a full five stars was due to the manager (or who I assume was the manager). He stood nearby for long periods without engaging with guests--no greeting, no smile--just an uncomfortable, awkward presence that felt a bit like being stared at. Most managers on the floor interact with guests, so this stood out. Aside from that, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

Ugh. Thankfully the hostess honored my request to sit at the original half booth. The server was perfunctory and checked on me minimally. So I sat for a while before ordering. My cocktails and food was brought out by others. However, she did retroactively add my Cunningham points when I forgot to advise her I was rewards member. The cocktails were sensational. I really loved the Act One and the Flasback was also good. The wedge salad was delightful, if slightly overdressed. The beef tenderloin with blue cheese was tender and cooked perfectly to temp. One of the most underrated restaurants and likely a top contender for best restaurant now in Fort Wayne.
