If something isn't feeling right with your gear, they're super open to feedback and want to make it right. Matt, the shop manager, is the man. He's incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. It makes a huge difference going into a season knowing your gear was handled by people who care. I also have to give a massive shoutout to Caesar, who helped me with a boot fit recently. I can't say enough good things about him. He sat there and listened to every single complaint I had about my old boots and didn't stop until we found the perfect pair. We tried on at least four different sets, and he was so patient through the whole process. What I appreciated most was how honest he was about the tradeoffs between different fits. He explained exactly what I should be looking for and how to adjust them on the fly. He moved me from a "beginner" comfort fit into a performance boot that feels worlds better on the snow. I really hope he's still there when I'm ready for my next pair, but honestly, with how good he is, he'll probably be running the company by then.
