Highly recommend! I spilled coffee in my car this morning and made an almighty mess of the upholstery. LG auto detailing answered the phone right away, understood my situation and made time for me within hours to help me get it cleaned up. The car is better than new. I don't have to worry about the smell of old coffee in the hot Texas sun! I will be using LG Auto Detailing on the regular from now on as they are convenient, customer service oriented and reasonably priced. The convenience of them being mobile means I don't have to lose hours of my day waiting at a shop. It's a win-win. read more

185$ for a decent clean. They did a great job getting the stains out of the upholstery and the car looks great at first glance, good enough for a passing inspection. Upon further review, they missed many of the 'hard' to reach places, the back seat cupholders weren't touched, some crumbs and debris in the dash and looks liked the missed those hard-to-reach places in between the console and seat entirely. Full large pieces of debris, dust, etc in between the seats. If you're looking for the dealership clean package, look elsewhere. read more

Hideous service! Didn't even clean/wash/vaccum the car. I could have gone to a $20-30 quick car wash and would've received better results. They should charge $20 instead of $200. read more

They did a "horrible" job. Only interested in doing a rush job and getting paid. Windows were not cleaned, car not wiped down, do seals not cleaned. Floor mats were not put in place. A down right poor job..... Paid $200 dollars for a $35 job... Charged me a processing fee for using a card Stay away, it's a waste of money using this service. read more

Highly recommend! My husband's truck was so dirty, dusty and had tons of dog fur everywhere. They made it look so clean and smell wonderful.

They let me know after the service that there was a dog hair fee of $50 in addition to the $200 I was already paying. The technician told me that it was from my "white dog", I have a black dog that never rides in the far back of my car so there could not have been "white dog hair" there. They left several things uncleaned, including wiping down my interior windows and the change cubby which still is still sticky. I text the owner to address these issue and there was no response. Very poor service and communication. read more

I got the complete interior and exterior package and These people did a half A$$ job. They did nothing different compared to a car wash with a lot of spots not cleaned or polished. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but these guys could care less about what your vehicle looks like. You are better off going to a cheap car wash place. I definitely do not recommend. Simmons was an incredible detailer. He accommodated me on a very last minute appointment and my car was in terrible condition. I'm talking mold and dirt and grime. He was quick and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a deep interior cleaning in their vehicle! read more

Stop, you must read about this horrible service. They charged over $400 for two cars and I could have filled up a trash can full of trash that I still had in the cars not to mention they promised to clean the engine and they didn't even open the hood. They were rushing to get out when it was dark so I couldn't see everything they missed. When I called to have them finish what I paid for they blocked my phone number. Shipping my vehicle overseas. Was short on time stuck in a hotel. LG came out and they did an amazing job on my Xterra. Got it done right in the hotel parking lot. They are efficient and fast with great results. Will recommend them. read more

LG Auto Detailing detailed (Interior, Exterior, Engine) my Honda Fit for $170. Grade: B. The following could have been done better: Thoroughly vacuuming the passenger floor, cleaning the alloy wheels and especially the engine. Lanelle asked me to text him the following week to return and touch up what had been missed but didn't respond to my text. I had a second Honda Fit detailed (Interior, Exterior, Engine) by Auto Nation for $150. Grade: A-. The following could have been done better: missed some spots in the engine. read more

I was traveling through DFW in my new company truck and got it absolutely filthy over the rainy weekend. The truck is a Superduty with oversized tires so it won't fit at normal car washes, and I didn't have time to detail it myself at a self-service lot. I called LG on Sunday afternoon, and he was able to fit me in on Monday morning to detail the truck at my hotel while I was in customer meetings. He did a great job, even cleaning the wheel wells and visible undercarriage. I would highly recommend and plan on using his services again the next time I'm in Lewisville and need a great detailer to come to me. read more

Two weeks ago we went camping and and had to haul tons of camping equipment into the car and trunk and drive clear into Oklahoma to go camping. We ended up staying a week which was much longer than expected and everywhere was out of firewood, so we had to cut our own and load it into the trunk of my car. Some of it had ants and just dirty wood and it got the trunk super dirty. Then we got hit with tornados and had to pack up the campsite in ten minutes and shove all the wet dirty gear into the trunk and the car. Needless to say the car was dirty. I called Mr. Simmons at LG Auto Detailing and he was nice and professional and seemed to really care about his employees and had even cancelled work for the day due to thunderstorms. When he came out they were fast and expedient and very flexible and accommodating to my needs. They worked on the fly and brought all their own equipment. They steamed the inside and trunk for a very reasonable price and washed the outside. It was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. Only thing I would like to see in addition to those services, is to be able to have fresh smelling scents to choose for the interior. All in all it was a great service and I would definitely recommend them. read more

Terrible work....they left my car with wax residue everywhere, all interior windows were covered with splatters from carpet shampoo. The equipment they use physically appears old and inferior. Their generator will have your neighbors complaining due to the extreme noise it puts out. Best advice, stay away. read more

I have personally detailed my van before but did not have the time, I wish I had. I found this company through Groupon and it was close to work so I thought that I would give it a try. Since the Groupon said it was an additional charge for larger vehicles I contacting them before purchase. He told me what they charge additional and said that if I had not purchased the Groupon already he could give me a better deal. I setup an appointment and dropped of the van. When I picked it up I was not impressed. I paid for inside, outside and under the hood. He did a barely passable job on the inside and under the hood. It was surface clean but no 'elbow grease' was used. It looked like Armor All was used to make the surface shine but a cleaner was not used prior. As well the crevasse were not touched. As for the exterior, I was told that it would be hand waxed. I have hand waxed my van before and it gleams after. This looked like it does when I pay the extra dollar to get wax at the car wash. The door jambs were untouched so they were still dirty. I discussed these issues with the owner and he did drop the price but I will not be returning. read more
