My experience with Wash Masters' membership cancellation process was extremely frustrating. The car wash itself was fine, but ending the membership became unnecessarily difficult. For more than a week, I was sent back and forth and told to contact different locations just to cancel. The process felt intentionally confusing and exhausting, as though it was designed to make customers give up before completing the cancellation. After I finally managed to cancel, I was charged for another month almost immediately afterward. I contacted the manager, Jesus Moto, politely asking for assistance, but he did nothing to help resolve the situation. This could have been handled easily and professionally. Instead, Wash Masters lost someone who might have returned in the future, and I would now discourage others from signing up for the membership. Anyone considering joining should keep records of every cancellation attempt and carefully check their bank statements afterward.
