The technician arrived at 9:47am, he took the washer apart and said it needed to be cleaned with a washing machine cleanser and put it back together. He did not clean it all. And he left at 10:03am after collecting the money for a service call. We are very disappointed in the service. Even after buying the cleaner and running it through 2 washing we're still getting the same substance in the washer, which is only a 3 year top loader heavy duty Samsung. Unless your a technician and can take the machine apart there is no other way to under drum. Poor service. He was only here for 16 minutes. A complete rip off.

I swore there was dragon slaying happening in my laundry room. It was rough he had to get the washer off the pedestal with its rubber feet, lay it down on its side, attach it to the pedestal, and prop it back up. Sounds easy, but keep in mind it is a 300-400 pound awkward big box in a small laundry room. He did this without any bumps, nicks or scratches to my machines or floor. All done at a reasonable price.
