The washing machine was leaving rub type substance behind when washing clothes. We thoroughly cleaned the washer, but it didn't help. On Friday afternoon I called Tri County Appliance and received a service call for Tuesday between 8 - 5pm. The technician arrived at 9:47am, he took the washer apart and said it needed to be cleaned with a washing machine cleanser and put it back together. He did not clean it all. And he left at 10:03am after collecting the money for a service call. We are very disappointed in the service. Even after buying the cleaner and running it through 2 washing we're still getting the same substance in the washer, which is only a 3 year top loader heavy duty Samsung. Unless your a technician and can take the machine apart there is no other way to under drum. Poor service. He was only here for 16 minutes. A complete rip off. read more

If you want an antiquated, poorly managed company to service your appliance call this company. VERY RUDE customer service. They only take checks or cash. I couldn't even get past the initial phone call to make an appointment because she hee-hawed around and apparently could care less about my issue. Internally the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. You would be better off looking up a DIY video on YouTube because these clowns are at the circus. read more

As always, Ken and the team at Tri-County Appliance showed up as promised, fixed our washer/dryer after a thorough cleaning and inspection, and charged a very reasonable fee. Excellent service, very nice people. I wouldn't think of calling any other company. read more

While were fixing one issue with my dryer technitian caused more damage to it, plus scratched it , now it won't even start, called the office and they refused to addmit that it was techs fault and want to charge again for him to come back and do his job right. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

I had a horrible experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. First off, they only take cash at the door. Well when you don't live in the area that is very difficult! Also, the technician doesn't carry change so when you do find someone to meet them with cash they can't give them the change so they take the entire amount and they don't give you a credit toward your bill. My maintenance person was told I needed a part and that I needed to call them to order it. When I called the company to order the part they could not even find a record that they were at my place. After much searching, Ruby finally found it and placed the order and told me it would be in in a few days. Well a week went by and I had not heard from them. I called and once again they could not find a record of my order. When Ruby finally found it she told me it was in and that someone would call me to install it. Well another 2 weeks went by and I still had not heard from anyone to install it. I called again and once again it took them forever to find a record of my part order and told me the part was not in. The girl I spoke to this time was very nice, unlike Ruby who was very harsh every time I spoke to her. The girl actually went and found my part and called me back to schedule the install. Today was my install date and my maintenance guy called to get an update on what time they were going to be there so he could plan to be there. Once again they could not find a record of my part. My maintenance guy called me very concerned about this and I called to cancel my appointment. I spoke to Ruby when I cancelled explaining to her why I did not want to do business with her company. She proceeded to tell me how busy they are and that they do not have a computer to keep track of their business. I told her if she is that business maybe she needs one! I would be very careful if you decide to use this company. Why only cash? Why do I have to explain who I am every time I call and wait for you to figure out who I am? I cannot believe this company is still in business. read more

I purchased a short term rental and needed a dryer repaired right away. I spoke with Ruby who was so helpful. She scheduled my repair and someone was out right away. Turns out I needed a new part that had to be ordered. In a few days the part was installed and my Airbnb was up and running.The service person was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have used this company before for a washer repair in 2017(?) so when the washer needed to be looked at again, we called them. This time we called on Monday and were told a repairman would be out on Friday. The person answering the phone said she couldn't give us a time but the repairman would call when he was on his way. Friday morning, no calls, no repairman. Friday afternoon, no call, no repairman. We called and were told we weren't even on their schedule and they had 8 refrigerators waiting to be fixed so they would have to come out the next morning. Attitude we don't need was projected through the phone and they just lost a customer. If asked, we'll be directing others to anyone else at this point. We are very disappointed in the lack of respect and service. Looking at the reviews, it seems their good services ended inn 2017. read more

Our Dryer just stopped working after one load of clothes had been dried. I called Tri-County, explained the problem and Ruby told me someone would be there that afternoon. Within an hour there was a knock on the door. The repairman was professional, wore a mask and fixed the problem very quickly. I have used Tri-County to repair my washer, dryer and dish washer. Always on time, professional repairmen and always fixed the problem on the initial visit. I would not consider anyone else repairing my appliances. read more

To the rescue!! My husband and I were getting ready for Thanksgiving preparations on Wednesday before the big day and noticed the food in our GE French door fridge didn't feel cold. We checked temperature display on the outside of the door and found it was way warmer than it should be. We panicked. I called and explained what was going on and asked if there was any way a tech could come and make the repair. The lady who answered the phone said she'd do her best to get someone there. Long and short of it...the tech was knocking on our door in less than 10 minuets! He made needs repairs and was on his way in about an hour. Very pleasant and professional. WHEW! Now, we could finish our prep work and enjoy out Thanksgiving! read more

Had to wait a week for an appoint to get our Bosch dishwasher fixed. On the day of the appointment no one called and no one came out to fix the washer. When we contacted Tri-County their recording said that they were closed. Integrity is not their strong point, to leave a customer waiting without an explanation. Will not use them again. Tri County was very helpful and professional on the phone as well as during my service call. I had a clothes dryer that had stopped working suddenly. They helped me navigate my warranty before the service visit. They scheduled me the same day for a repair appointment and it was fixed very quickly. This is the second time we've used their services and they will always be the first call we make for appliance repair! read more

Horrible service and customer relations! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our washer was not filling with hot water. The tech said that we could use the washer on the cold water setting until we got the parts in. While the man was at the house, my husband asked him about installing our new dishwasher. He said that only certain techs can do that but he would make sure to send a tech who could do both. He took our check and left. Then, Miss Ruby said that WE had to find the model number....wait...isn't that what I am paying your tech to do?? Miss Ruby told us EXACTLY where to find the number. Not there, Miss Ruby!!! So, because we couldn't find the model number, they ignored us....for weeks! So, in the meantime, I am using the washer on cold. All of a sudden one day, we find plastic pieces in our wet clothes and smell burning plastic! So now I need to buy a new washer! Thanks so much! I called Miss Ruby to see if they could come out to install the dishwasher. "Sure! But you must pay for another service charge AND labor!" Seriously? Because you did so much the first time!
