We ordered a gas cooktop, wall oven, and a dishwasher. We tried to find an installer who could work with gas. We finally found Jeff at Appliance Service and Installation. After I told him about the appliances, he wanted to come and look everything over. Little did we know how appliances have changed in those years! Wall ovens now require their own built-in wall cabinet and they no longer fit in the existing base cabinet! They are 2" deeper. Jeff told us that he would have to move the existing gas line so that the oven could fit in the same space. Our old dishwasher used to be hard-wired. Now it came with a plug so we had to install a new plug. So, this was going to be quite a job. Jeff is VERY knowledgeable and professional and he explained how he would proceed with the job. He told us how much he charges (he works by the hour) and our job took him nearly 7 hours (he told us it would take this long). It was WORTH it!!!!!! We are confident that the electrical works, everything was done correctly and safely. The new gas line was installed with a new regulator. All the appliances are working correctly and smoothly. What a relief! Jeff is also very respectful of your house. He worked very cleanly! He even swept up after he finished! In the end, I believe you get what you pay for. I would NOT hesitate to have Jeff come and work on any appliance that we have.

Paul was the technician and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. I had my dryer back. I have a 17 year old six burner Dacor cooktop. Two of the burners never really would start unless I used a match. Even after it was newly installed the technicians from the local appliance store from where it was bought couldn't fix it. I decided to see if Paul at Mr Applaince could fix it. To my amazement he had it fixed within a half a hour and it was a ridiculously simply fix that only cost the fee for his time. i got a call before each service telling me when Paul would arrive. He was on time every time. I highly recommend this company and Paul. I have been 100% satisfied each and every time.

At the end of his session, he said he had no idea of the problem and left. Before he left, I asked if had ever worked on this make and model and he said no. They charged $173.71 with no idea how to help in any way. I called the manager (I believe she said her name was Megan, or something close to that) and asked if they felt this was good business practice to charge this much for no results. The manager said all their people are well trained and yes, she agreed this was their practice in serving their customers. Apparently, she doesn't know her staff very well. Will not be calling them again.... we wish the best for the rest of you if you plan on calling Mr. Appliance.

Again, the heating element on the dryer lasted less than 6 months. When I called and complained about 2 failed heating elements, they only offered a $20 discount on my next service call.

Troy was here when he said he would be here, took care not to scratch or damage any of my other furniture when going through the house with the dryer. I have had no problems with my dryer, I love it!!! As of a few weeks ago, I have now purchased a wash machine from Troy. He went out of his way to get it to me the day I went to his warehouse to look at it. Wonderful customer service, wonderful appliances , could not ask for a more knowledgeable or nicer guy.
