She was one of the most genuinely kind and helpful people I've met in a long time. She didn't try to upsell me or push expensive items--she simply listened, guided me to exactly what I needed, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It's rare these days to find someone who treats customers with such patience, honesty, and care. We need more people like her. I needed a pin for a hinge on an odd size box and two fine gentlemen helped me for at least a half hour. Not only were they helpful, but both were wonderful problem solvers. I never would have been able to do this myself. As an added tip, besides shop here, the world of tools is amazing and I wish I would have taken a shop class in high school.
