He has been unresponsive, despite a five year warranty he gave at time of service. We are now forced to replace the entire floor. We have moved towards arbitration / litigation, but DO NOT USE.

An army of 6 men, headed by Luis, came an hour later. Big truck and heavy-duty machinery were used. The guys were very meticulous and methodical. By the time they finished, my driveway looked brand new! Luis answered all our questions before leaving. Now I know why he was behind in his schedule -- to deal with picky customers like us! Each day the crew left my property neat, never leaving garbage behind, and were very mindful to never leave my gates open due to me having 2 dogs. As for the work... I was unsure what I wanted exactly but knew I didn't want a cookie cutter yard like most of Long Island. Dan and Devin both worked with me to pick out the perfect colors and showed me how to best utilize the space I have. Based on Yelp reviews we then called Devin from Flawless Masonry & Landscape who told us a circular driveway was absolutely doable! We were so impressed with Devin's design skills (including clear scaled digitized plans) and experience that we hired him on the spot. Plus Flawless's pricing was lower than other quotes we got. Icing on the cake. Then the pandemic hit so the job was delayed (NY orders), but Flawless came through after re-opening and did a superb job for us. The new driveway is both beautiful and functional, even our crabby neighbors like it! It was a big job but Flawless's skilled and friendly crew managed to finish in a week. We contacted Harold in August to come over to our house for an over view of our stone back patio that needed re-grouted along with the outside fire place and our drive way stone wall need re grouted/repair. We also talked to him about getting our drive way sealed and pavers put down in a new patio area on our property. He was able to get back to us right a way on an estimate of the whole job. Please note this is a huge job that would take several weeks. We were able to get schedule for the month of Sept and it was all complete (the drive way sealed last as they exited last). We feel Harold's cost was reasonable. He took the time to show us issues that required repair. He answered any questions we had and concerns. His team was friendly, always on time and finished a job well done. Most of all, they respected our home as if it were theirs. They took the time to clean up after themselves every day and even in the end they made sure everything (patio furniture and trash in the can) was put right back into place.
