The cook even checked in on us to make sure everything was good. In Wilmington I give them five stars but their cheesesteak compared to places like Leo's and Angelo's I give them two.

We skipped dessert because it was a decent amount of food. The other thing I'll mention is you're going to want to make reservations if you go. The entire restaurant seats what seems like 30 people.

I found the cranberry sauce to be significantly less sweet compared to other similar creations. This was perfect as it didn't overtake the other flavors. The turkey was delicious. It didn't have that weird, off taste that deli turkey sometimes has (IYKYK). The stuffing was wonderfully seasoned and delivered so much flavor. All these wonderful components combined deliver what I only can describe as heaven to my tastebuds. I ordered a medium (10 inches) and ate the entire thing in one sitting. The only thing that saddens me is I live 3000 miles away, so the likelihood of me experiencing this again is slim. I also hope I have the opportunity to try their other sandwiches because if this one was so amazing, I bet the others are equally as great. If you're a tourist, I cannot stress this enough: GO HERE. When 98% of your customers are Black, but your entire wait staff is White, you operate a prejudiced establishment. If you have two Black cooks/janitors, and the owners are immigrants from the Mediterranean, you should question why they refuse to hire anyone Brown to wait on their customers. I attempted to dine there this morning, after reading great reviews, but I was met with more discrimination and hostility on the basis of race, gender, and disability, than I have ever experienced in such a locale. After being berated by the entire restaurant, staff and customers alike, for over 20 minutes, I walked home and cried. I have REAL diabetes. I have a service dog and a charity dedicated to helping fight service animal discrimination in places of public accommodation. However, when I attempted to educate the Libby's owners on the law, I was called "rude" and "crazy" by their all-White staff, while the immigrant owners refused me service. The husband called me a few choice names and refused me a to-go cup of water. I have videos. I spoke with one of the Black employees as I ran from the store, and he confirmed that the owners are racists who refuse to hire non-White applicants for positions other than those in the back. Welcome to 1950. This made me so sad. It made me sad for the Black employees and sad for our Country. When you're welcomed here by our Government, assisted in starting a small business, and for profit allowed to exploit the people whom you hate--we have a serious problem. Join me in boycotting Libby's and look out for our federal lawsuit against them. I've been told that I cannot come back with my dog or myself, because I am young, Black, and female, and I know my rights. Not only is this illegal, it is immoral. Racism is wrong and they do not deserve our business. read more
