Upon exiting my car, a helpful lad led me and my colleagues to the door, despite being busy. After we entered, we were met by Samer Burjas, a talented artist and friendly salesman who got us into a test drive. It was quite enjoyable in terms of the ride and the company. He was very helpful and even filled up the car before I purchased it, which was a pleasant surprise. When traveling to the finance area, it took a good bit of conversation to finally get the baseline price minus the unnecessary bells and whistles which, if I hadn't known better, would've seemed like an actual requirement. I got what I wanted and for a lower apr with their price match. Altogether a very positive experience. I will be visiting again and with a lovely 250 dollar bonus card to help out with repairs!

As a broke young professional, I came to this Exxon 3 years ago after I had neglected my car's check engine light for over 8 months. Yes I know, it was stupid but with finances low I chose to put it off instead of dealing with it head first. I brought my car here solely because it was the closest service station to my apartment where I felt my car could MAYBE make it before breaking down (for the love of god my worst nightmare would be broken down in the middle of S. Washington during rush hour. What I didn't expect was the care and respect that the owner gave me. I've been shamed by mechanics before or looked down on as a naive young person. This owner was empathetic and took the time to be completely transparent. When I went home I researched the costs of labor and parts for the services he was going to provide to get my vehicle up and running again and I was honestly getting a very good deal. When I picked my car up the next day the owner then came out to give me the keys and told me that he had a daughter my age with the same car and he was going to make sure it would go for another 100k miles. I cannot tell you how much that made me feel better. Since then I have moved out of state. Since that visit I have only had to have my battery and tires replaced which for my vehicle is pretty average maintenance wise. What I can tell you is that I have made 25 500mi+ road trips this past year in the very same car that I took into this shop thinking I would be told it was a junk car. All I have to say is not only do I trust this establishment but I can easily recommend them to others due to their fair practices and general kindness to their customers.

They know their stuff. If you have to leave your car for a few hours, they'll give you a ride home if needed. I just waited less than an hour for my service, so I just sat inside. I even got a postcard in the mail a week or two ago thanking me for choosing them to service my vehicle. That was very nice, that they really appreciate me as a customer. The next day, the owner, Mr. Farooq, claimed he had performed a diagnostic and demanded $240, even though I never agreed to it. I refused to pay for unauthorized work, and he refused to release my vehicle unless I paid the charge. This is coercive, unethical, bait and switch. Under Virginia Code § 59.1-207.3, no repair or diagnostic work may be performed without the customer's written or verbal authorization. Action Service Center violated this law and used bait-and-switch tactics to pressure payment. I do not recommend this shop to anyone seeking honest service. Their practices are deceptive, and they held my property over a charge I never agreed to. Completely no transparency!

I came around 1 1/2 hours after the call and they pulled my car into the garage for service immediately. They said it would be about 30 minutes so I took a walk in the neighborhood and enjoyed the nice spring weather. I thought the man said it would be $8 for each test/inspection but no! It was $8 TOTAL and they even have a sign outside to advertise that deal too! I came back in 30 minutes and luckily I only needed an inspection so I actually only paid $3 today. I would recommend this place to everyone for these services because they are priced well and work very fast. I will be back in a few months for my $5 emissions test LOL
