I am not one to typically post reviews online, but after the way my wife was treated by Kevin Finkenaur, owner of Liberty Bell Moving & Storage, today, I feel the need to warn others to stay as far away as possible from this individual and his company. He is clearly very unstable and cannot even handle a negative Yelp review. We are about to move to a new home in the next month and my wife was in the process of obtaining estimates from various moving companies in the area. She then contacted Liberty Bell and received an outrageous estimate that was far more than any other company we had received quotes from. My wife felt that this was beyond a rip off, especially since they wanted over $200 in travel fees for a move that is not even 10 minutes away. There was nothing wrong with my wife's review as it was completely honest and accurate. This afternoon, my wife received an email from Mr. Finkenaur, who was pretending to be an attorney representing Liberty Bell and demanded that my wife delete her review or Liberty Bell would file a lawsuit against her. My wife is no idiot and knew that Mr. Finkenaur is not an attorney and does not represent Liberty Bell; he OWNS Liberty Bell. My wife confronted him with this and kindly explained that she would not be removing her review as there was nothing slanderous or inaccurate about it and that it is protected under the First Amendment. Well, this just set Mr. Finkenaur off like a 4-year-old having a temper tantrum in a toy store. He became extremely belligerent, vile, and verbally assaultive towards my wife. He told her that she was a "terrible person" and called her a "scum bag." He then said that he will "enjoy dragging her a@@ to court" and said "WATCH ME." He even went as far as to tell my wife that that she is "a waste of human life." Real classy and professional!!! Did you learn that behavior from your father??? Do you kiss your mother with that mouth??? My wife, being the much better person, did not engage following this threatening, harassing email and simply informed Mr. Finkenaur that if he contacts her one more time, she will be contacting law enforcement to report him for harassment. Clearly, Mr. Finkenaur has a comprehension issue as he immediately responded and said, "F*** YOU!!!!" My wife then called the police, who intervened and demanded that Mr. Finkenaur immediately stop contacting her. However, the saga only continued..... This evening, my wife received a text message from a good friend of ours stating that she had received a highly slanderous, defamatory message about her from Mr. Finkenaur on her business Facebook page stating that he was going to be posting a YouTube video about my wife and called her a "miserable waste of human existence" and a "POS" and that everyone should "stay far away from her or risk getting sucked into her miserable, pathetic existence." Our friend was very concerned from my wife's safety after receiving this outrageous message from Mr. Finkenaur. ANY individual who calls oneself a man, but speaks to any woman in the manner in which Mr. Finkenaur spoke to my wife is nothing more than a classless coward who has absolutely NO business running a company. Mr. Finkenaur, if you are reading this, and I know that you are, the police have again been contacted this evening regarding the slanderous messages that you have been sending to my wife's friends and acquaintances, including a screenshot of your message. There is already a no contact order against you, which you received from our local police department today. If you continue with this behavior, we will be meeting with our attorney first thing next week and will also be contacting the media with this story. This is your one chance to knock it off with this harassment, terrorizing, slander, and defamation. If this is how you react to constructive criticism of your business, I highly suggest that you get out now. You should know that my wife said that she very likely would have agreed to delete her review had you actually been professional and courteous in speaking with her, as any good business owner should always be in speaking with customers and potential customers. Unfortunately, you took this to an entirely juvenile level that was not the least bit necessary or appropriate. Falsely posing as an attorney and then being so needlessly vile and cruel is not going to get you anywhere with anyone. Your behavior is destructive to yourself, your business, and to those around you. I highly suggest that you grow up. read more

We were 100% satisfied with our experience with Liberty Bell Moving and Storage. The three men that loaded and unloaded the truck were kind, courteous, and careful. They were also humorous, personable, and professional. They worked quickly, while still taking the time to take extra precautions. They wrapped some items that we hadn't (such as wall hangings and additional TVs), without asking. Most importantly, they put down mats at the new house we moved into, which I so greatly appreciated it. It was a muddy day, and we had brand new flooring, including carpeting. While I don't intend on moving anytime soon, I would absolutely use Liberty again, and will most definitely recommend them to friends and family. I contacted Liberty Bell to move a baby grand piano across town. I had a very tight schedule as to when the piano needed to be moved by and Liberty Bell was the only moving company I contacted that was able to accommodate my timeframe. The booking process was easy and LB was very prompt in responding to my emails. The piano being moved was over a hundred years old it's safe transport was of great importance to me. The piano arrived in perfect condition and the moving crew situated it in the exact spot I had asked for. Furthermore, we had just installed new hardwood floors a few weeks prior and the crew took great care to avoid scratching/damaging the flooring which I greatly appreciate. read more

I have used moving companies before, but Liberty Bell was easy and reasonable in price! I moved from one apartment to another about 20 minutes away and were finished within a couple of hours. They were polite, professional, on-time and did not stop at all to take a break. The easiest move I have ever done with one of the better companies that I could have used. I will most certainly be using them again in the future when I move into a new place! read more
