Stopped in for a quick wash and did not have cash. After reading the instructions to use the card reader for debt cards it stated a cost of $5.00 would be charged to pay with card. I slid my card one time and it gave me 5 min of time. My time expired and away I went. Later that evening I went into my back account and noticed it had actually charged me $10.00 for the wash and not $5.00 as stated. I could have went through a drive through car was and gotten a better wash and a dry for $10.00 No email listed to reach out regarding the matter. read more

I have been going to self-service car washes like this for years. My dirt bikes, 4wd and Jeep's have all been to one BUT NOT LIKE HILLTOP CARWASH. This car wash has so much pressure and power, mud, dirt and grease don't stand a chance. All the equipment works from the change and token machines to the was it self. But I gotta go back and talk about the pressure. I cleaned my vehicle in 1/2,the time of other self-serve washes and when I was finished it looked showroom ready! Man this place ROCKS. read more

First time going and was grossly disappointed. Waited in a very long line (60 degree Sunday in Feb so understandable) but the vacuums were terrible and barely worked. Then when we finally got in there was no soap! Besides that, took forever to get the credit card reader to work and the mats fell from the mat clips almost immediately. The worst part is the owners were there while we were in line and should have been aware that there was no soap. Seemed to be an issue for every lane. Will not return! read more

Nice powerful pressure washers with actual hot water. Drove through some type of glue that got all over the side of my truck last spring. Went to another local car wash and couldn't get the glue off with their pressure washers. Tried adhesive remover, brake cleaner, goo gone you name it. Nothing touched it other than buffing compound and a buffer. Went here to give it a good wash before planning on buffing the car today and was able to remove almost ALL of the glue using the pressure washer. Still had to buff the remaining bits off but it make the work so much easier and probably saved my clear coat from being buffed off. Can't speak to the automated wash, but I will say the high pressure soap and brush never ran out of soap during my use that other reviews have complained about. read more

This car wash is terrible. I wish I would've seriously considered the previous reviews before I spent $20 for, basically a high-pressure rinse. There was no soap, and the scrub-brush in stall 1 didn't seem to work at all. When I arrived, the first clue that nobody comes here, was that the ground around all the stalls was dry. Don't waste your hard-earned money on this place. Along with skyrocketing fuel prices, who wants to throw their dollars down the drain (literally). read more

This place is pretty reliable and I love going here, but they recently installed a new automatic car wash and they are charging $18 for the premium car wash. Look, I'm no stranger to a good quality car wash but $18 is absolutely insane. Next time I'm for sure getting the lowest price. read more

I don't get all the bad reviews. I only go to touch less washes. I stopped in Sunday about 4:15. Decided to use the automatic wash... ...don't call me lazy, I just didn't want to get my clothes dirty from muddy splash back....and maybe I was feeling a little lazy. A couple of cars ahead of me in line. Wash is a little slow, but it's automatic. Took 7:30 for mid-priced option...$8:00. Cleaned well, including the bottom blaster. Dryer was a little weak...should have brought a chamois. I'll come back. read more

Car wash was broken yesterday but took my payment. No phone number listed to reach anyone to report issues, so after searching online I found a number. Have tried calling 5 or 6 times last night and today, of course there is no answer, and the mailbox isn't set up so there's no way to leave a message. Horrible car wash and ZERO customer service. Several weeks ago I waited in line to use the automatic wash. When I was next in line I paid $10 for the automatic wash. However something malfunctioned in the wash and the car in front of me had to back out because the door would not open in the front. So, there I was stuck because the wash still thought the previous car was inside. There are no phone numbers posted anywhere to call. I never have posted to yelp before but absolutely needed to for hilltop carewash in parker. this place is a rip off of the *highest* order. go to Ritchie ' s car wash instead. not only will you not have to pay for vacuuming [it's free at Ritchie's] but the car wash facilities are much better... cleaner stalls, better equipment, cc readers in the stalls [no more finding quarters in the couch cushions] and, most important, longer wash times per $ [spent $9 at hilltop and rushed thru the rinse whereas at Ritchie's I can soap, brush and rinse for $5 with time left over and vacuum as long as I like]. avoid hilltop unless you have money to wash down the drain! would give it negative stars if I could read more

Heck, you want to hose the deicer off your car for a few bucks - this works. Based on the other reviews I might go try Ritchie's next time. Meanwhile - got rid of some quarters and some road grime. S'all good. read more

No credit card readers in stalls. No time display overhead. The stalls are often dirty. And the worst part- the "spot-free rinse" is in no way spot-free. In fact, the spot-free rinse left permanent hard water etching in my windows and paint. There are much better car washes in Parker, avoid this one. read more
