Been a customer of Take 5 for years even before they took over this car wash when it was owned by Car Wash USA. Recently the service has been horrible. Long wait lines, car accidents inside the car wash tunnel do to young staff who don't car lining the cars up a foot apart. And then closing at odd hours for no reason. I will be canceling my membership here today and taking business elsewhere where I don't have to worry about wasting my time or having my car crashed into for incompetent staff. Definitely won't be back. They have removed several things that gave the wash value. They used to have high air pressure gun type things in every bay so you could get left over water off your vehicle. But now they removed the mat washers... I'm not sure if the owners are aware, but this facility is in Colorado... so washing your mats is a pretty regular thing year around. I'm just surprised at the cost, especially when it's just a gas station wash with vacuums now. Also the AI assistant is awesome! It sucks so much that I get service from a human every time I come! Marco & Dillon provided great customer svc in the situation they were presented with. However, I was trying to determine if my SUV rear window spoiler was damaged by their equipment. The damage is on the top which leads me to believe equipment from above damaged it. They have cameras but i was told the camara angle doesn't capture where my SUV was damaged. I asked about the camera catching my SUV exiting the wash and was told the recording is grainy so they couldn't tell. They offered to submit a claim for me but was told it would most likely be denied. A claim is being submitted. I noticed the damage 5 days after my visit and just wanted to rule out the car wash or not.... Not having good footage works in favor for the car wash not for the customer who needs to repair their vehicle. The 3 star rating was for the cameras. In January, my scan sticker stopped working and I needed to update my payment information because I had a new debit card. I went into the Castle Rock location, as it said to do online, and they did not know how to update my payment information so they closed that account and opened up a new one. I was assured that my account would be closed and I would not be charged. In February, the car wash charged me for my new account and my old one. In order to fix this, they needed all kinds of information from me that I don't have. Not worth it in my mind. They can keep my $20 and I will never use their car wash again! I have the monthly unlimited on 3 vehicles. Today one of my new rims was damaged by their conveyor system. I felt the car shift while going through the wash. I didn't think much of it until I got home and did a final wipe down. It was then that I noticed the damage. I tried calling them to report the "rash" damage, but no one answered. I left a message with corporate, but doubtful I will get a response. If not I'll file a complaint with BBB. These rims are brand new. I don't have any curb rash on any of my vehicles. I will most likely try Meadows Express. They have a new belt system. I will not go to Take 5 again. I recommend you don't either. read more

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Pulled up to the entrance to the wash bay. The attendant slopped a mop on my windshield before I had a chance to turn off the auto windshield wipers. Yep, the wipers turned on and the mop snapped the wiper blade off the mounting arm totally destroying a wiper blade. When I went into the office to file an incident report the manager would not do anything. Said it is their policy NOT to replace wipers THEY damage! read more

So I just a bought a new vehicle. Came in yo take off the old vehicle I no longer have. Just asked for phone number and nothing else and came back with a sticker. Thought that was weird but okay. I brought over at a later date my second car. The gate won't open. The guy told me that he found the correct account and it wasn't paid even though I know that wasn't the case because I always got texts when payment got declined. So I brought both cars over at the same time. The new car the gate opened for but my second car didn't. It took them 10 minutes to "fix it". Another day I bring the new car back the gate doesn't work. No one comes up to assist. I honk a few times and stumbling out is the blonde young kid. Says he is new here and doesn't know how to fix it and just opened the gate. Let him know I wanted this fixed so I don't continue having this issue. Guy wouldn't resolve the issue. Drove to the highlands ranch location. They seemed nice and thought they fixed the issue. No they just added a third car to my account when I only have 2 found that out when my card was charged for $67 instead of the normal $47. Emailed the email i was provided to contact corporate. This car wash has all of the visible makings of a good car wash but..... once you go through the car wash and look at your car it is not. I have went through the car wash 3x in a row and the same dirt is in the same spot every time. The wheels are never cleaned, the front end and the hood is never cleaned, the back end is also never cleaned and the dryers do very little to remove the water before the soap that didn't rinse off bakes in to your paint in the sun. Listen to the chorus of bad reviews. They are correct. Their business model is to trap people in monthly subscriptions and then just never be open so they have no expenses. I had to come here four times to get a car wash because the first three times it was closed. It's a different excuse every time. One of the times the excuse was hilariously "because of covid" ...written on a sign. Keep in mind this is February 2022 and Covid has been around for two years by this point. Buyer beware, come here and you will waste lots of gas, lots of money, and lots of time driving up to "closed early" signs or cones blocking everything. A fraudulent company using deceptive trade practices plain and simple. Look at the picture. On the few rare times it's actually open you get treated to hour long waits just to get some water sprayed on your car. This wasn't some special holiday or even a weekend. First, let me say that I have had unlimited membership to Take 5 car washes in the metro area for a few years so I have reasonable expectations for services. Yesterday, I was in the Castle Rock area and thought I would go ahead and get my car a quick clean and used the Take 5 car wash in Castle Rock. This was the first time I've used this particular location. It was a complete disaster. As I was going through the wash, I kept an eye on the back window area and observed that at no time was there water, soap, or a brush making contact with the back end of my car. Sure enough, after going through the wash, there was still dirt and dust as if nothing had touched it. I went back to the entrance and told the 19-ish year-old attendant about the terrible result of the wash. He was immediately very argumentative and dismissive about the poor quality of service. I was absolutely amazed at the rude and condescending nature of this employee. No wonder this particular car wash has such low reviews--Poor service and awful employees. read more

I just went through the wash and the employee washing the front of the car and windshield slammed the brush down on my windshield and put a chip in it. I obviously heard the slam but noticed the chip after it was dried off driving away Update~ spoke with Dane, the general manager who tried to convince me it was a rack chip. Told me to bring it back in fur him to look at. I decided it wasn't worth my time with the way he handled the call. Lesson learned. I like to drive through quickly and I have the monthly unlimited deluxe wash. Sometimes I don't get a thorough drying, though. I miss the blower guns at the vaccum area they had. I just left Take 5 with a filthy car. Today is finally warm enough to wash and as you can imagine, my car is filthy. The line for the wash is so long and I waited about 20 min to get into the car wash (obviously not their fault). Once I finally got into the wash the two young guys working were goofing around so much they didn't even notice the car wash right behind them wasn't even turned on. I thought it might turn on once they had washed the back windows but it never did. By this point I was too far in to yell to get their attention. If I could do 0 stars I would. I went to the car wash to buy a membership and the employee helping me was new so he accidentally charged me for just a wash and not a membership which is understandable but he caught his mistake and went and got the manager who "said" he voided the $21 charge and then charged me for the membership. But then on my statement I was charged both the $21 and $25 so I went to the car wash to get my refund for the car wash I never wanted and never used but I was talk by the same manager who said he voided the sale that there was nothing they could do without the printed receipt which I never received in the first place. He didn't even try to make it right by offering a free month or something anything he just said he couldn't do anything so pretty much he just stole $21 from me and then refused to do anything about it. I'm very disappointed after using the car wash last night. I went through and at the end the dryers did not turn on for me. I sat there as long as I could waiting for them to turn on, but the next car was quickly approaching the end of its wash. So I pulled through and went inside to ask if I could go through again just to use the dryers (I heard them kick on for the next car once I pulled out). The girl inside said no we can't do that, so I then asked for a refund or something to make it right and she said no we can't do that either. So I had to leave with a wet, now streaky car. I think the wash would have been nice if the dryers would have worked. Instead it was a waste of money for me. read more

Been coming here for a long time last couple trips haven't been great they removed there air pressure hoses and there floor mat cleaners so you have vacuums and there detail center, which you will need 90 rags to dry off your car because there car wash does not. If you live in Castlerock it's worth driving to Parker take five to get all of the things you payed for and a dry car. read more

This carwash is frequently closed during advertised operating hours. I have wasted many trips to the carwash only to find them closed. On one Sunday I waited, with a line of others, for 45 minutes waiting for them to open after their "temporary" delayed advertised time before giving up. There is a sign blaming temporary reduced operating hours on covid but that excuse is getting old. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions, both to their national office as well as the local location, and never received a response. I've been patient hoping to see things turn around, but it is time to look elsewhere. Hopefully the membership cancellation process at least works as advertised. read more

Let me start by saying that I do not traditionally leave bad reviews for any establishment unless I feel it is necessary. I have been going to take five car wash now for over two years in Castle Rock Colorado. I have never had an issue there. The young workers there are friendly and helpful. Today I was shocked by the lack of customer service given to me by no other than the manager of this location. He was a middle-age man with a buzzed head and an unkempt blonde brown mustache. He would not give me his name. I walked into the establishment, wanting to remove services from a credit card in which I no longer use wash service on a personal vehicle. I also wanted to remove service from my work card as it had been charged monthly for services I never requested. This manager would not let up on me that this was my fault, and that the only way this could've happened was if I set it up. I know what it's like to set up as I had done so for my other personal vehicle. I never even received a sticker for my work vehicle, because I never set up monthly service. And I let him know that every time I came to take five car wash for my work vehicle I would only choose a cheaper car wash as I only have a $25 allowance per month. He was so rude and aggressive. He said multiple times that he did not care. I told him his behavior was unacceptable and then he still told me that he did not care. I did not deserve this kind of treatment nor did I go looking for it. I asked for his bosses phone number, and he refused to give it to me. He went on to tell me how poor the customer service is that there's no phone number that he would be able to give me to make a complaint. I was able to go online and find a phone number and an email address and a contact form. So he completely lied to me so that he would not be reported. At the end of both transactions, he took the receipt, crumpled it up and threw it at me. Mind you this was done in front of a younger employee and another customer. What a wonderful example of management, unbelievable! I will never come back to this establishment ever again. And I would urge people not to give to this location business as it was the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. If you do not like your job, then go do something else. But no one should be treated like this ever. The worst thing is, I was never refunded for services that were charged to my work card. And I will be responsible for paying those fees for services I never received. Buyers beware! read more
