Get your gas somewhere else. Their pumps are always messed up. Won't take my cards. The place is kind of a dump.

Oh this place (store) is questionable. I would not eat here unless things are pre-packaged. Let's see- the creamer machine was empty in the coffee section, half the coffees were "out of order" or empty, the surfaces were sticky, and the bathroom sketchy. Ashley, employee at register, did not seem to be too happy to be there and acted like it was an imposition to check people out with their items. 1st and last time coming here. read more

Since Kroger sold Loaf n Jug, I find most of these stores slipping in service. For example, I had to visit 2 gas pumps to be able to get gas. Once finished pumping, no paper receipt to get my car wash code. Thus, I had to go inside and wait for 5 customers at the register to get my receipt. The gentlemen behind me had the same issue as I walked away with my receipt. As for the $10 car wash, my vehicle did not get clean. No more Loaf n Jug for me! Called store to inform them my credit card was skimmed at the pump. Corey, the Manager, wouldn't give me his name initially. Was skeptical of my report despite my card company identifying his store. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this store. He claims to check the pumps for skimmers daily. Either he is missing it or in on it. He was disinterested and unhelpful. I will no longer make any purchases at this location. Caveat emptor. read more

The employees here were very unfriendly and not helpful. I had locked my keys, phone and purse in the car at pump 8. When i went in the store they refused to let me use their phone at first. I had to beg them or I would have been stranded there. I will not go back at this gas station!​ read more

I went in to the store mind you not my first time, but went to buy a pack of smokes and the guy Donavan refused to let me buy any due to my son not having his id, he said I had to prove that was my kid like seriously! He has sold to me several times before with my kids ! Then is turned in to being racial because my son is Darker then me ( he does have some Mexican from his dads side) He is pretty much violating my sons rights considering he is a minor! He was very rude! Then I asked who the manager was and he said I am the closet thing you will get to one and even if I came back in the day time I would get told the same thing!! Dude you really need to act your age and be more considerate and polite! Back to the ID part he wanted to make sure me and my son had the same last name to prove he was my son! I have stopped by here a lot over the last few years. It is a very busy gas station, with a large selection of convenience items and clean restrooms. Getting in is fairly easy, but getting out can be rather tricky. read more

I have never felt inclined to write a review of a gas station before but wow...this one was really nice. It smelled like cinnamon sugar throughout the entire place and the restrooms were so well cleaned and stocked I was honestly in shock. If you need to make a snack or bathroom break, I definitely recommend this location. read more

Absolutely my favorite gas station. Stop here all the time, and the people working there are always super helpful. Yes it is a busy station. Great location, and good prices. There are no words to describe how much I dislike this gas station. Whoever the owner or manager is does not pay adequate attention when equipment is broken... for example the printers that print receipts with the wash code on them. Then one has to stand in line in the store just to get a receipt to use the car wash. This happens so frequently that my wife and I avoid this gas station whenever possible. read more

This is a well run gas station, I like the fact that is takes the King Soopers card. It is very busy, but there is always a place to pull up to. Getting in and out isn't as smooth as I would like it to be, but still a good gas station. read more

This place is wicked busy. I was standing in the candy isle when this old dude with a cane wanders in, pockets 6 or more packs of gum, goes to the register and pays $1 for a newspaper he apparently could not fit in his pocket. That was funny. The right thing to do would have been to say something, but I figured, this dude was old, he likely had some wicked bad breath and clearly could not afford to buy it. read more

I mean....pretty much all gas stations are the same right???You pay money and get gas....I am a kings Sooper member so I do get good discounts on gas BUT 4 stars because after I saved up the gas points I went to use my 30 cents a gallon discount and it just cleared...something happened with the pump and I could not get it back...that is annoying... read more

The customer service is totally non-existant. They can't keep the simplest things constant (i.e., coffee pots full) they are constantly empty. The manager is to busy to take care of customers...he just wanders around telling other employees to do things while customers wait in line for service. During rush hours (early morning) they only have one clerk on duty and he/she is off doing other things instead of working the register. All-in-all very poor customer service and poor management. read more

How in the world does a gas station run out of gas?! What's worse is I received a 70 cent discount and started pumping gas at $1.45 with my discount and it stopped pumping 4 gallons in. I went inside and the cashiers. said they ran out of gas. However, myself and all the other customers could start over and pump the premium gas and it would work. I asked what about my discount and both cashiers told me I was out of luck. They couldn't honor the discount. I said even if I showed them the receipt with the price. I was told no. This is just messed up all the way around. Very poor customer service. Will definitely not be getting my gas from this location again. Beyond frustrated! read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would, my husband tried to purchase chew with my card and my id on Friday night, I was waiting in the car as we had just come from a charity event and it was quite cold to be outside in a dress. The clerk told him he needed the card holders i.d. so my husband showed mine to him and then the clerk said he wouldn't except my I.d. without me there. This is understandable since i have a see i.d. on the back of my card to prevent fraud. my husband told him that I would come in. I went into the store and was promptly told he would not be excepting my i.d. that my husband needed his to purchase the chew with his i.d. So I went back out to the car and we went in together with both our i.d. and my card. At this point the clerk said he was refusing service because my husband should of had his i.d. with him the first time. We tried to explain to him that he did have his i.d. but the clerk never asked for it, he asked for the i.d. that matched the card holders name which was mine. But we both had our i.d on the counter and we were both in the store and the clerk still refused service to us. At no point did myself or my husband ever get angry or even raise our voices, we simply had the odacity to question this clerks obvious unfairness, the clerk was EXTREMELY RUDE and never gave an explanation as to why we were not able to buy the chew. He just said he had the right to refuse. I will not be returning to an establishment that allows it's employees to rudely refuse service to people who are following the law and have all the required i.d and are still refused for no reason. read more
