Back in 2019, I had to get my laptop worked on before I was heading out of town 2 days later, so I called several repair places and no one seemed to be able to do it before I had to leave. Patrick, the owner, drove all the way down to southwest Austin to pick up my laptop and drove back down the next day to bring it back to me after he got it running smoothly and before I left. Had an older laptop that had a hard drive crash. Patrick was able to retrieve all the files and load them onto a new SSD drive. The laptop is better than new! Sweet Jesus! My computer just decided to stop scanning!
