Hi, I just wanted to leave a review for one of the maintenance agents, Jonathan. Unfortunately, I…read morecan't recall his last name, but I live in South Mesa One, and he has come by many times for house repairs and has always done an excellent job. Last night around 2 a.m., my fire alarms started going off, and my husband was away on training, so I was home alone and couldn't get them to turn off. I called the emergency service line, and they were able to send Jonathan out again. He called and said he'd be there in about an hour, but when I told him the alarms were going off nonstop, he really did get here as quickly as he could and was able to fix the issue for me. I appreciate his help so much. Being home alone in the middle of the night was terrifying, and I was crying and panicking because I have a strong fear of carbon monoxide poisoning and nothing I tried was working. Jonathan has always been so helpful and kind, and he has always taken care of our problems. I'm very grateful for his service.

To anyone out there who is thinking about living with Liberty Military Housing, please please…read moreplease stay away. I promise you can find a better rate off base, not to mention perhaps a landlord that cares more about your safety and wellbeing than the folks who run Liberty Military Housing. The illegal practices and just blatant disregard for service members from this company is disgusting and cruel. How Liberty Military Housing is able to conduct business aboard military installations is beyond me. The sacrifices and grueling commitment service members and their family members give to this nation should be met with equal service, Liberty Military Housing can't even provide the bare minimum. Liberty Military Housing was a nightmare of an experience. If you're reading this review, please know that 0 stars is what this business deserves due to the following: 1. Lack of cleanliness upon moving in 2. Overcharging for homes that simply do not meet the cost 3. Maintenance requests either being ignored or delayed for no provided reasoning 4. Stating that we didn't owe anything upon moving out only three months later to be sent a bill for unexplained items 5. Rude and condescending staff The list goes on.

Being a new customer and the first time renting our my home I researched different rental property…read morecompanies. After doing my research we decided to go with Good Life and I am so glad we did they made the process very easy. Malissa Martinez was my onboarding point of contact and I have to say she was very attentive, responsive and professional. She answered all my questions and kept me informed the next steps in the process. Emails came in daily with the updates that had been completed at my home in order to be put on the market. After that my property managment team consisted of Andrei Lechert- Kelly, Gerald Medalla and CJ Flores. Again, more professionalism with this team. Once the property was ready and we agreed on the rental price my home was listed on a Wednesday and by that weekend, Saturday, we have the home rented. It's been 5 months and I have no complaints. They have really taken care of everything and I haven't had to worry about a thing since. Highly recommend Good Life. 10 outta 10.

I have been extremely disappointed with Good Life Property Management's handling of maintenance…read moreissues since my lease began on June 28. Before my lease even started, a repair was identified as necessary for the washing machine due to mold in the door boot/seal. Nearly two months later, I have still never had use of the washer. During that time, I have accommodated FOUR separate repair appointments, rearranging my schedule and making myself available for each service window. None resulted in a completed repair. At the fourth appointment on August 21, I was finally told that maintenance cannot perform this type of repair and that a qualified appliance technician is required. After nearly two months and four unsuccessful appointments, it was incredibly frustrating to learn that the repair apparently had not been directed to the appropriate type of technician in the first place. Unfortunately, I am now dealing with a second major appliance issue. My refrigerator has not been functioning properly for six days. I reported it promptly and made myself available for another repair appointment on August 21. That appointment also ended without a repair. I am now heading into the weekend without a functioning refrigerator, without the ability to safely store refrigerated food, and without a confirmed repair date or plan. Losing refrigeration is significantly more than a minor inconvenience. What has been most frustrating is not simply that appliances have needed repair--things break. It is the repeated unsuccessful appointments, prolonged delays, lack of effective coordination, and absence of concrete plans for resolution. I have consistently reported problems promptly, communicated with management, provided access, and accommodated every requested service appointment. I have tried to be patient and reasonable, but after nearly two months without ever having use of the provided washing machine, four unsuccessful washer appointments, and now six days without refrigeration following another unsuccessful service visit, I no longer feel that these issues are being handled within a reasonable timeframe. Based on my experience, I also would not recommend Good Life Property Management to a property owner looking for a management company. My concerns extend beyond the inconvenience to me as a tenant. A repair identified before my tenancy began has remained unresolved for nearly two months despite four service visits, and a refrigerator problem has now gone six days without resolution. From an owner's perspective, I would expect a property management company to respond promptly to maintenance needs, coordinate the appropriate professionals, and ensure that necessary repairs to the property are actually completed. I hope Good Life Property Management improves its maintenance coordination and responsiveness. Tenants should not have to repeatedly rearrange their schedules for appointments that do not result in repairs, and property owners should be able to expect that reported maintenance needs are handled efficiently and brought to resolution.
