This was my first time here for a CT scan with contrast, and overall it was a really good experience. I arrived early and was seen shortly after, which I really appreciated. There was a line, but it moved fast and things were very organized. There is plenty of parking, although it fills up quickly since they are busy, but patients are in and out so it moves along well. Check-in was efficient and everyone was clearly working hard, but once I was called to the back, my experience was even better. The staff member who helped me was extremely nice, explained everything in detail, asked if I had any questions, and was very patient and helpful. The scan itself was very efficient and went smoothly. I was in and out very quickly and felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this imaging center. read more

So started off rocky when I made the appointment. Person answering the call couldn't locate my insurance to verify then told me a different time for the appointment than the what was confirmed via text. But once I got there was pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Didn't wait long for my name to be called. Sammy was excellent, very friendly. Her voice and demeanor are so soothing especially helps when you're already nervous and it's an awkward procedure. The facility itself is very new and clean. Unfortunately one downside is parking. Although it's a decent sized lots the spaces are tiny and the lot was full. There is neighborhood street parking though just watch for signs as there's street cleaning on Fridays. read more

Horrible parking even though they have a huge lot. Most of the parking is used by staff ad I watched 3 different staff members access their cars while I sat for 20 mins for a spot to open. If you're busy chatting rather than acknowledging people in line big red flag. It is a clean office and I appreciate they were able to give me an appointment quickly but definitely not a happy patient after waiting 20 mins for a parking spot. This is the 3rd Liberty Pacific Facility I have been to in SFV, so when I tell you the staff here at this location is top tier I mean it. From check in, to my 1st procedure (contrast injection & fluroscopic), to my MRI, to close out, I cant believe the speed, care, and kindness everyone here showed me while under their care. I was so nervous of my procedure and the ladies doing the fluroscopic portion were incredible! Put me at ease, distracted me with painful portions of the procedure, was so quick and really made it better than I could have asked for. When it was time for my MRI, the 3 staff members who ushered me in and made me comfortable were just icing an already wonderful cake. They gave me a blanket and made sure I was comfortable. The best part was the speed of the MRI! This specific facility uses TULSA (hope i got that right lol), which is a new technology that took my MRI from 45 mins, to under 15mins! I only had to stay still and enclosed for 15mins, god send. So for people who arent fans of MRIs or are chlosterphobic, definetly request the Northridge facility as they are one of the only ones with this right now. What made this whole procedure, was literally the staff. So calming and kind, I saw this care taken with every patient one of their staff members came into contact with. My appointment was at 7:10pm. I got there at 7pm to fill out paperwork. I ended up waiting for over an hour for an MRI on my back. Although the care that the guy gave me was nice was really nice who was doing the MRI, I had to wait awhile to get in there. The MRI took about 10 minutes itself. Also, the gown they give you doesn't tie very well and leaves you very exposed. I would not come back here unless I had too. read more

We went in 15 minutes after our Dexa appointment time. Other than that everything went smoothly. There is ample parking outside the building. Although it can get really busy, the check in process was painless. Our technician was very nice and efficient. The whole process took about 15 minutes give and take. Inside is clean and welcoming. The 1 star is for the team in the back that actually does the work. The front office is a whole other story: Every single front staff employee has a huge attitude problem! From the women to the men. All they do is chit chat and laugh among themselves and talk down to you as if you need them and are at their mercy. They don't even smile at you! Whoever is in charge of the front office needs to be retrained in medical office etiquette !! People are sick and need kindness-not a bunch of unprofessional "homies" doing the bare minimum!!! This is the second location I've been to and they are exactly the same in the front office. The West Hills office literally feels like you are in "the hood". Been to this location a couple of times now. Once for mammogram and once for MRI. Both visits went very smooth. Easy scheduling. The place is nice and clean. Front desk is awesome. All the ladies were friendly and compassionate. I was surprised they have appointment Sundays as well. It is very convenient. I was pleased to have had my appointment was Sunday. It was less crowded, Yet Stephany at the front desk was so nice and professional, As well as Mike the MRI tech. He did above and beyond to try and ease the prosses for me. Thank you guys. I was nervous about my appt, I didn't know what to expect. This place was fantastic!! As soon as i walked in, i felt calm. The waiting room is large, yet cozy. Everyone was smiling and helpful. They were on the ball with checking me in. On time!! Went back for my appt and all the ladies were super nice and friendly. Every step of my procedure was explained. I was in and out in record time. Had 3 tests and had to drink 32oz water, I've called them earlier in the week and they told me the reports are ok, when I get there they said they can't do the test since their doctor needs the images from previous years, I told them to do testing since I took the day off from work, and then ask for images they said no they can't do that. As the result they send a patient that had taken the day off from work, to manage all 3 different tests in one day and had drank so much water getting ready for the ultrasound back. Garbage policy, rude supervisor, overall horrible experience bunch of kids with no customer/ patient relationship experience whatsoever...I am sure they could have called the other facility and asked for the images since I had all the written reports, they could have accommodate the patient!!! read more

I was referred here for an x-ray (no choice, insurance choice). I tried calling for an appointment, but all appointments need to be made online. Except their online appointment system hasn't worked since at least three months ago when I took my son here for the same x-ray. So I decide to get there at opening so I can walk-in, get my x-ray done. and get to work. I arrived at 7:10am in pouring rain and wait in line. When it's my turn I share my referral slip and they tell me they don't do x-rays there. Except I was there for the same X-ray 3 months ago. Well they don't do them anymore and apparently haven't updated the insurance companies, their phone line, or their website. I can't drive due to my injury which I'm there trying to take care of, so now I need to go down the street in the heavy rain and wait outside until 8am for their sister office to open. Also the pest control guy going in and out of their space wasn't exactly a vote of confidence in how clean they are keeping their location. Avoid if you can, I'll be letting my insurance company know that this place doesn't do x-rays, since apparently the owners can't be bothered to tell the insurance companies themselves. read more

I came here to do my MRI scan that a doctor assign me. I never came here and never had a MRI scan done. The moment I got the letter that my insurance approved the MRI scan, I called the number and they were able to fit me in the next day. I found the place easily because I was already familiar with the area. The parking can be tight if it's a busy day and the space is not wide in the middle so I parked my car toward the back with more space. When I walked in, I checked in with the host and after filling out some papers, I sat in the lobby. Shawn was my MRI tech and he was pretty chill. He asked about why I'm here and the process of the MRI. They have a private room where you change out of your clothes and put your stuff in a locker. The MRI scan took about 30 minutes but it was a simple process for me. read more

My mother was referred by her physician for an ankle MRI. She was asked to remove all metal objects. I informed the technician that she has a diabetes sensor on her arm, which is made of plastic. However, three technicians and an assistant then confronted us with intimidating body language and verbal behavior, insisting that the imaging would not proceed unless she removed the sensor. I tried to explain that my father had undergone a similar procedure without issue, but they refused to listen. read more

I came here last year. I'm for an MRI from my left leg, once they come to find out, I ruptured my hamstring tendon off my pelvic phone.. Because I fell, my copayments $100 but they insisted that I have coinsurance which they claim my copayment would have been $700. I contacted my insurance company. They told me that I can ask them to build me. This company refused I had my MRI and pay the $700, then I had to go back and ask for a refund of the $600 that they owed me now. Keep in mind when you pay your bill. It's immediately taken out of your account. But when they were offend you, it takes 7 to 10 business days. This isn't the first place I went to their sister facility up in Tarzana, on Lindley and Ventura. They did the same thing there. The people do not know anything about insurance. Also I i got a call from the front office receptionist because I had switched insurance and she said my appointment was canceled because I didn't have the same insurance and that I needed a referral. Never even waited to reschedule me. Just we cancel my appointment automatically. I called the scheduling center. And explain to them that I have new insurance. And I have the referral with me and to put me back on the schedule for that night. She canceled me that night off the receptionist. I walked in that night. I asked for the manager's phone number and I was given the phone number. I called multiple times nobody picked up. No, well, a voicemail, nothing so obviously. They don't care about their patients at this facility, so when I read all these four and five stars by these other people, i'm sure it's either staff or family members, that's writing these, because this place only is a one star facility. So I had my MRI I went in to go get a copy of the disk I'm waiting in line.I i went in to go get a copy of the disc i'm waiting in line and this karen comes out line cuts everybody cause there's people behind me lying cuts. Everybody looks at us and goes right to the front of the line and asked to be helped first so they helped her first not even asking, who's next, so the receptionist did not even ask who's next, they automatically helped this fat Karen. Who lime cut? I posted a picture of her but yelp removed.That also, so this is my review from last year because yelp removed my review from last year. So a) not only does the bill in office not know what they're doing, b) the receptionist doesn't care about anybody any patience. She's not friendly. Gives false information including a false number to her boss after I asked for it because she canceled my appointment without even discussing with me. She just left a voicemail and canceled it. C) no staff member won't. I'm not going to send no staff member, but the billing in front of his staff. Members should not even work in medicine.They have no clue what they're doing. So all of those 4 and 5 stars that you people read, they're not accurate, read the one stars, this is what the true patients that have been there are telling you what it's like. Do not go to this place. Do not. I've yet to hear from the office manager from either place. The one in turns out, I think it's called the breast center. When you go to get any kind of scans for your health, you're nervous and finally when I got called in to be seen, they made me wait. Another half an hour finally did my two scans and while I was in the room, no one told me there was a trainee in there which made the process even longer and more uncomfortable. I never consented in for a trainee to do any work on me and This was allowed, which I did not appreciate or consented to have this done. The other scans We're done a lot faster because they were done by the proper person and it was just straightforward. The only thing I can say is this place needs a better communication and asking also if the patient is comfortable with something that they're paying very high priced ticket even if you have insurance. read more

No idea what they are doing. I got a referral from my doctor for a 2nd ultrasound for a 2nd opinion before making a medical decision. That seemed reasonable to me. The schedule center wasn't great so a 1 star for that. Also a supervisor never called me back. Then I get the appointment for the ultrasound. They call and we confirm everything. Two hours before they call to tell me they won't do a 2nd opinion even though this is a different facility than the 1st ultrasound. I was like huh? I call the scheduling they tell me that I have to wait 6 months for a 2nd opinion and then tell me I have to wait the same amount for a procedure they previously told me I can't wait on. Do not recommend them. No one knows what is going on. read more

Schedule departement is bad. When MD changed in procedure, they didnt notify patient. When they kbow that was their error but had no attempt ti fux it. Patient waited almost 2 hrs. They insist on scanning your ID but can tell you nothing about the security procedures in place. Dania, the site manager, wasn't able to give me anytging but silly, very uninformed answers like, " I have never been heard about a hack". No handout about how they keep your information safe. Nothong about NIST-1 or NIST-2 security. I will report this to all agencies so that this business and it's poor knowledge and practices about data security can be investigated fully. read more

The office staff at front desk is not helpful and has horrible beside manner. I isn't expect any special accommodation; however, it would have been nice if I would have been addressed after waiting in line for over 10 minutes. They aren't social or friendly with the staff but friendly with each other as I wait here I can hear them talking n giggling. This Liberty Pacific Imaging Center in Northridge, is amazing, very kind people and knowledgeable people work there. This evening I had a MRI on a Sunday afternoon!!! Shawn was the best technician and with my claustrophobia and difficulty with MRI"s he was patient and kind, the very best!! I had originally be scheduled at their West hills office, and went to have this same MRI done, their technician wasn't helpful, additude was unpleasant almost rude and not accommodating at all!! I had an MRI on Wednesday 03-20-24 at the Northridge location on Roscoe Blvd. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice and helpful who checked me in. The technician Shawn he was very helpful,nice and caring. I'm a senior citizen and he made sure that everything was good. I was cold and he got me a warm blanket. His customer service was great. They said yeah sorry our machine is broken nothing we can do! I asked for the supervisor her name is Lidy all she can say sorry yeah nothing we can do plus I'm talking she hung up on me! Are we in third world country! Well if you like rude not caring people run over and get your exams. This place is wonderful! I am very claustrophobic so was super nervous about getting an MRI. I actually had already attempted it at a different imaging center which was supposed to have the larger machine for claustrophobic patients but when I showed up they informed me that it wasn't the open machine. Because I had already prepared for it, I decided to try it anyways, I just couldn't handle it and ended up leaving in tears. Needless to say, this didn't help calm my nerves at all for a second go around. I rescheduled my appointment at Liberty Pacific, because of the MRI needed I was not able to use the open machine but they promised me the machine they have has a bigger tube. Walking in, the waiting room was very clean, nice, and everyone was super friendly. Not only was the machine bigger but it was also a newer machine so what was going to be a 28 minute experience inside the smaller tube at the other location, ended up only being a quick 10-12 minute experience at this location with this new machine. Trust me--when you suffer from claustrophobia, cutting the time in half of being stuck in that tube makes a HUGE difference!! The technician that set me up was extremely friendly and patient-the whole experience was night and day from the first place I tried. They made a horrible experience into a pleasurable one. So glad it worked out. I would highly recommend booking at this location!! read more

Had a scan done here and opted to pay the cash price. Was reassured that the cash price was the final bill. Fast forward to a few months later and they're still trying to bill me extra. Informed me that they pushed it through insurance and that I had an outstanding bill due to that. Can't seem to get the right escalation path to correct the issue. read more

The staff I encountered were extremely impolite and unhelpful. Given this unprofessional experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this place. I just got out of MRI procedure, I had to leave this review before I forget, I am a claustrophobic I was having a hard time preparing myself mentally for this procedure, gentleman by name of Sean who works there he took me in and show me what to do he explain to me the procedure he inserted the IV etc. he was the nicest guy I ever met, he made me forget about the entire procedure. Too bad they use deceptive billing practices and don't care to resolve them. I'm being billed again for the same procedure on the same day that I already paid for - and at twice what I was quoted and already paid. Too bad I've tried following their directions and phone menus, was told they see the mistake and will correct it, only to receive a phone call while driving from someone anonymously who said the additional bill is for another procedure done on the same day, which I explained I only had the procedure that was on the doctor's order and was told I was paid in full. Too bad you can't reach anyone to get this resolved, you can only reach a call center after long waits each time that is worthless, or call the local office only to have their system disconnect the call without reaching anyone when it rings. I have been a client/patient of RadNet for over 20 years and after this mornings experience I am taking my business else where. The tech and the lead Sam tried to convince me that I absolutely had take my leggings off and wear a gown because the leggings may have metal and cause burning. I explained that I have worn these exact leggings through several MRI's with RadNet(Lumbar, Knee...etc) I was supposed to have an MRI of my RT Knee this time. I assured him it would not be an issue especially because I have worn these exact leggings before, I also explained that with coldness I get muscle spasm and my leg and foot twitches and stiffens therefore this is why I wear these leggings. He did not care he continued that this is a NEW RadNet policy yet there is no sign expressing this suppose new policy nor does it state anything about this suppose new policy anywhere in MRI consent and screening forms. read more

The staff is horrible and uninviting. One Call made my appointment with Liberty on a Thursday. Ok I get there, first I am not in their system and I tell her that I am there for an xray. She said that is impossible we don't have and xray machine. I tell her that one call scheduled it and how am I not in the system. Then she swings a paper at me and says go here they take walk ins. I leave and call one call and they tell me I have an appointment at 18301 Roscoe Blvd/ Liberty Pacific. I go back in and tell the rude receptionist who basically hates her profession. I tell her I have an appointment here, One Call set it up she is on the phone. The receptionist says it is impossible because we don't have a xray tech in today go to our other location: Radnet 8227 Reseda Blvd and do a walk in. I tell her could I have an appointment there and she said NO only walk ins. but, basically they are the same company. I go to Radnet on Reseda, they were wonderful people. GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionists were so nice and they talked to One Call and cleared it up. They saw me in 30 minutes. I want to say that if you have an appointment at Liberty, it might be at other faciltiy and kudos to RADNET on Reseda. Thank you for being wonderful. read more
