It takes a lot for me to get upset but Don't waste your time with this office. Waste of time, 3 of my 6 visits I had to turn around and leave because of their incompetence to be organized. - 1st time I had to leave because they messed up by scheduling my appointment during there office meeting. - 2nd time I had to leave again because they haven't explained clearly what the process was. - 3rd time I arrived 10 min before my appointment but waited 30 minutes and leave because they hadn't followed up on my insurance authorization for at least a month, which was already in my portal, but because they were unorganized they waited till the morning of the appointment to look for it. Then they had to call the insurance company for verbal authorization, which delayed everything, then they tell me I have to wait since there is few others in front of me. Oh they tried to contact me, checked my messages, they had left a message while I was on my way driving to the office. The receptionist is a sweetheart, polite and professional, but this other individual (unfortunately I don't have her name, the person that calls your name and takes you the private rooms) as rude and most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with in my life, doesn't show any care towards the patients. 3 time I had to deal with her and every time she was rude, gives vague answers never explaining any of my questions completely. I always have to ask the others hoping they have the answers. I have asked to speak to the office manager but every time the answer is "Not in the office". I asked to reschedule because they were the one's that dropped the ball on being prepared with my info but I'm told I have to wait till mid September LOL This type of care or service should never occured in a doctor's office, I have visited many other doctors offices since I'm 62 years old, but never ever ever as horrible as this. i have more to type but I'll stop, I'm sure you got the message. Since you have waisted my day and my time many times, 3 to be exact I believe I should ask to be compensated for it. Honest review 100% I called in for my grandmothers appointment at the encino location and was helped out Ashlee Leon (I had to ask for her last name) because she was amazing and helpful and told her I would write a good review on her behalf. Dr Sani is a very good doctor, but his staff is the most inconsiderate, incompetent people on earth! I have called several times and no one answered. Goes to voicemail and all voicemails boxes are full and are not taking any calls! I have been waiting for my CPAP order of supplies that was supposed to be ordered a month ago and my supplier has not received the order. I gave up on trying to leave a message and drove to the office to find out what happened to my order and not one of the incompetent staff could get an answer of where or when it was ordered. I am very happy with the care I received today. Dr. Sedarati was very thorough in answering my questions and my treatment plan going forward. He listened to all of my concerns and responded to them individually. I did not feel rushed and I appreciate that he took the time to listen and explain things to me. Rather than just treating my symptoms, Dr. Sedarati is working to find what is triggering/worsening my symptoms. That says a lot to me about him as a professional and his character. The rest of the staff are great, too. The nurse who did my lung function testing was so nice and polite and all of the ladies at the front desk are very kind. On May 9th I called for an appointment, the person on the phone said that June 1st was the earliest available. I had to wait 4 weeks and I was having problems breathing. She told me to go to the hospital. I called the next day to get a prescription for my nebulizer. The person on the phone said the doctor won't be in until Wednesday this was Monday. She said that she would leave a message for the doctor to call in the prescription. I was really in need of that medicine. We waited till Wednesday and no prescription was ordered. To this day it never was done. I called the office on 5/24 to talk to the receptionist, I cou ld not leave a message because no one answered. The mail box was full. I had a super rushed visit with a young doctor here, as he was rushing me out the door, he handed me a paper with answers he said pre written for patients with the same kind of questions that I had. Anyways I get home, I get call saying they forgot to give me my prescription and that they will mail it to me, three months later, still no news from them. Last time I called a lady named Leslie was proving me with absolutely no help, just kept saying to call my pharmacy over and over again.
