Rather than just look at a couple of things and then say everything was shot, he continued to troubleshoot for over an hour before coming to that conclusion. I got a couple different quotes from companies I had had work done before, but Design Flow was cheaper, by far. This isn't always a good thing. Some people will say that you get what you pay for. I feel like I got so much more than what I paid for. At a minimum, you only have to look at the pictures to see the quality and care of the work they did. More than the quality, they were quick. The team was just here Friday, but they were in by 7 and out shortly after lunch. Very impressive. Now I have a brand new unit that is much more efficient than my previous unit so I shouldn't need much HVAC work in the future, but if I do, I know that I'm not going to be shopping around. I only have one call to make.

I was especially impressed with their tech, Cody. The man knows his business. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he cares about his customers. At one point I had a question about a quote, and he responded to my call quickly. I was glad the larger company could not accommodate me because I feel as if I found a gem in this company. I have already recommended them to friends and family. I suggest you save yourself a great deal of time and simply make Design Flow your first call when you have HVAC needs.

The initial inspection involved looking at my daughters vents, then looking at the HVAC before stating that the cost of the repairs and work done might not get the results I'm hoping for. In the future, It would be helpful if they ran through a few preliminary questions or pictures of the unit to see if a trip out is worth the time. Before the technician left I asked a few more questions before he suggested a Home Energy Audit. I'm hopeful that the home energy audit could put me on a better path to resolving the cooling issues in my home. This company went above and beyond…read more I have a large house (4 HVACS) built 18 years ago and its never had the ducts cleaned (I never knew this was necessary!). We also were having issues with out upstairs unit having poor air distribution between bedrooms. Ray (I think he's the owner) came out for a bid. Super knowledgeable and gave me an estimate that was 35% of a previous bid (who was clearly trying to scam me!). He also listed to my concerns about the upstairs duct issues. Even though this was not within his scope, he offered to call a reputable company (he often work with) that repairs hvac ducts, have this guy come out when our ducts were being cleaned so he could explain the issue in industry terms! The actual cleaning was great. I had four guys and it took them 8 hours for my 4 units. They were all very polite and did their best to vacuum up debris after the process (I did vacuum a second time- but I'm a clean freak). HIGHLY recommend this small business!
