Upon recently discovering this I emailed them again notifying them of the issue. They said they showed no record of my cancellation and asked for screenshots of my emails (are you kidding me!??!?!?!). I provided those screenshots 4 days ago and still nothing, now I'm writing this review as a result. What an absolutely deplorable company - you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Their work is great. Their onboarding process is standardized and thorough. It seems from my end that they respond to tenant requests promptly. And the manager, Kojac M., is not likely to have been admitted into the LAPD as he has planned and trained for (he was constantly working out and a 6'4" beast who intimidated everyone and stole the cash deposits and even financially benefited from money orders made out to the project name, "Casa Paloma Apartments" in which he had an undisclosed and substantial ownership interest. How could the OCHA have permitted this or not exercised oversight and due diligence?? Could there also be local politicians involved in the conspiracy? Time will tell...

When I found out that my landlord switched management to Lionheart, I was ecstatic. In the first week, they did a renewal inspection and fixed my runny toilet with promises for further repairs to come. Jeremy was flexible when I needed to reschedule the inspection as well. Who would have known what a difference an honest and friendly property manager can make.
