I asked about my other concerns and she rudely said she doesn't have time for that, if I want more I have to schedule another appointment. Fast forward to receiving biopsy results for an severely atypical mole from their office. I scheduled an appointment to receive an excision and subsequently tried to call their office to make sure my referrals were in order (office side) and that I could get a preestimation for the procedure (billing side). The call system never called back the first several times that I asked for the call back option when I was on hold. The billing office was strange and didn't authenticate my identity until I asked them too. I asked when I could expect to receive my preestimation for the service (when I finally got ahold of them after 3 weeks of calling regularly). They said we can make any promises of a timeline. I said my appointment is now in one week. Can you assure me I will receive this information within 48 hours of my appointment encase I need to postpone or cancel for financial planning purposes. They said yes (just to get me off the line I think). I never received that requested information. When I called the office again, because I had never even received access to my patient portal, it took us a 20 minute long conversation of trying to get access to it because my name and information wasn't registering to realize that they had misspelled my name on all my forms, charts, and medical records. It took them 3 tries of changing my name to get the spelling right. I ended up cancelling my appointment because I don't trust an office who treats their patients this way. I rescheduled with another dermatologist and sent over my pathology report from Forefront to them. I found out at that my name was still misspelled on the pathology report, leading to confusion at the new office as well. Overall highly dissatisfied and would recommend everyone avoid this office at all costs.

I've struggled with cystic hormonal acne and just acne in general for years. I finally got it under…read morecontrol, however, I had a lot of clogged pores and hyperpigmentation. One day, I decided to overuse a specific acne product and let's just say it didn't turn out well. Those specific spots I placed the product created a deep pitted lesion which is now classified as a "boxcar" scar. My skin was irritated, texture wasnt the best, and still had active acne. My self-esteem was torn and I needed help. I called and spoke to Lucas who wanted to help me and got me in at the earliest appointment. Upon arrival, the staff was accommodating and were so helpful, respectful, and personable. They collectively made the check-in/insurance process so easy. I met the Dermatologist and his assessment was clear, concise, and provided topical and oral medication the same day. I asked multiple meticulous questions and he elucidated educational responses. He prescribed me medication for the active and hormonal acne I had, and put me on a consistent facial basis. I noticed the biggest difference in the texture of my skin and my acne went down. As far as the lesions, they are still healing, but the deeply pitted hole I made in my skin is now a month away from being even with the rest of my skin. MIND YOU, this is just a month of treatment and I've noticed a 180. The facials were done by a marvelous woman who's in Medical School I think. She's skilled, knows her stuff, and provided excellent facials tailored to my skins needs. Overall, the staff blew me away and so did the dermatologist. I recommend this office to my family and friends and I honestly never want to go anywhere else--neither should you.

But the billing office showed that the orthotics had been paid in full and NO BALANCE WAS DUE TO ME! So I called the office back and now I was told that their office manager wasn't able to talk to me, call back later. I called the following week and now she's in vacation. (Eye roll here). I called the week after that and kind of yelled at the phone rep because it seemed like the office manager was running a scam here. A few weeks later, finally, I received my deposit back. My second issue: they have one of their office staff make the casts for the orthotics and she did a poor job. The doc was able to build up the orthotics to properly support my foot/ankle, but now I have to wait until next year before I can get new, better customized, orthotics. I wish the professional had cast me so I could have had the proper fit from the beginning

I see Ashley Heinz for my Botox and she is the absolute BEST!! Not only is she very thorough, caring, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient but also just very approachable. I have seen my fair share of aestheticians at various different Med Spa's . Let me tell you, Ashley has been my absolute favorite !! She just gives you the warm and fuzzies!
