When I called back she was kinda rude telling me that they just don't jump around and pass out meds and that I was the one who refused to have a biopsy done at my appt. (sorry I do not have the money to pay for it as working 2 jobs to just exist) I told them that and they suggested a patch test that would have required me to miss 2-3 days of work which I just can't afford to do. The visit was a waste of money as there was no solution to aid my skin issue. Plus they already knew what medicare was going to pay for my visit and then adjusted my bill accordngly so they got their piece of the pie and I still am stuck with this skin problem. Instead of suggesting maybe something was missing from my diet that would help my skin, I had to do my own research to figure out what types of food would help me heal up my skin. I did find things to help and skin seems to be getting better which is why I said I wasted my time and money. Dr. Drumm is a fantastic lady but think that they need training in food nutrition instead of pushing tests that are hundreds of dollars that most people just don't have money to do and a lot of us just can't. If it is a choice of paying for my lot rent and doing a test that won't fix anything I'll opt for not doing the test. I did have a biopsy done there years back and all they did was give me scripts for lotions, shampoo that only burned the skin, not a comfort. If I wanted to be tortured then that med and lotion was the way to go so my skin could feel burned and irritated., and I wasted over $200.00 plus the cost of the biopsy and visit for what - to hurt my skin and scalp? Went to 4 other skin drs. and they all operate the same way, push meds that don't help just hurt and this place was just the same. Don't want to help you unless you drops some big $$$$$$ first.

I have never had a better nap than I have in this salt cave. It's so peaceful, the salt helps you breathe well, and the no phone policy allows you to feel truly relaxed. Well we have frequented quite a few different caves and never have had this problem. It was quite literally sweltering. Another issue is the parking situation. A group of us met there and it took us all at least 20 minutes to find parking and we had to walk 3-4 blocks back. I think that another isssue was the way that when the session is about to end the voice startles you and immediately ruins any calm you had. In past experiences at other salt caves they tend to ease you out of your meditation and its lets you maintain the calm.

I don't write negative reviews lightly, nor do I write a lot of negative reviews which is why I felt it was important to share my experience. I sure won't be coming here again. First off the vibe was just really off , however I chose this practice because they were advertising a neurotoxin special, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from beginning to end. I went to see Chennel on June 24th 2026. from the initial consultation, the pricing wasn't as straightforward as it appeared online. Once I arrived, the cost kept increasing based on additional explanations and calculations that were different from what I expected from the advertised pricing, as well as Chennel ''encouraging'c me to purchase xeomin instead of Dysport. The biggest issue, however, was my follow-up appointment. I originally had a Wednesday afternoon follow-up scheduled 2 weeks later, but I had to reschedule it due to work so I had to make appointments later in the day. We rescheduled my followup for Friday at 4:30 PM , now mind you, because I have OCD I am extremely meticulous on dates and times I HAVE to be especially with work, and I always repeat myself over and over when making appointment dates and times ,several times before ending a phone call to make sure everything is correct. I specifically confirmed "Friday at 4:30," multiple times. When I arrived that Friday, the office was locked, no one answered the phone, and no one was there. After calling the following day, I called and spoke with Deeana who was very nice, and we confirmed for me to come in at 12:40 PM on Saturday since Chennel didn't show up on Friday. What happened during that visit was the most upsetting part of the experience. Instead of acknowledging that a scheduling mistake may have occurred, I was repeatedly told by Chennel that she would "never" schedule a Friday evening appointment because the office is closed and she doesn't work nights. This wasn't said once--it was repeated over and over while shaking her head, despite my explaining that I had confirmed the appointment multiple times during the scheduling call. Being repeatedly told, in essence, that my recollection couldn't be correct was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Rather than feeling heard, I felt dismissed and that an owner had to argue with me at her own practice, when I say literally argue shaking her head angry it was extremely uncomfortable. By the end of the conversation I was visibly distressed, and instead of working toward a resolution, the discussion continued to focus on why the appointment supposedly could not have been made. I was very unhappy with my results. During my initial appointment, I was told to come back in two weeks and that if there was still any movement, she would make adjustments. That was presented to me as the purpose of the follow-up. Based on my prior experiences receiving neurotoxin treatments elsewhere, that's also been the purpose of two-week follow-up appointments. However, when I returned, I was told that any additional units would be an extra charge. That was never explained during my initial appointment, so I was surprised to learn there would be an additional cost The treatment did not provide the improvement I had hoped for, which added to my disappointment. It's pretty obvious her and I won't want each other to be returning, I will stick to the plastic surgeons office I trust while doing accurate follow ups. Also the office can respond below and say I made this up about the date and time, but don't buy it, let her argue and make up what she wants. You will be happy elsewhere
