That isn't what the sign says if you go in there and look at the sign, it says mix and match Die manager seem like he was a little out of sorts about it. Guess what boot barn right across the expressway are very nice to me because I spend a lot of money in the stores. I have two grandsons and one son one son-in-law and one grand son-in-law this year of alone I've spent $3000 at their stores. Guess what it'll be boot barn from now on Thanks Cavender's. I was not taking any chances with these polos since they are for a long overdue vacation my father and I are taking to the Bahamas. The last two alteration shops I have used were worthless. I'm not sure a couple of my shirts had been worked on by one tailor. And, another one had royally botched a different polo beyond repair. Oking is a gentleman. He is brilliant--knew exactly what fit I wanted before I asked. I dropped my polos off about 3 PM on a Friday and they were ready Monday afternoon. Now THAT is ambition and service!!! Oking's shop, Best Dressed Man, deserves every accolade on Yelp, and I don't say that lightly.

Visiting the Dallas area and wanted a body wave perm and trim haircut on my short (collar length)…read morehair. I've had the same done at JCP in Austin and was very satisfied. So I made an appointment at the Fairview, TX location with Tina, whose bio on JCP website, says she's been a stylist for 20+ years. There was only one other customer in the shop while I was there and Tina was working on both of us (no complaint about that at all) After the perm was done, she dried my hair and THEN cut it. Never have I had a dry-cut. She cut in what I can only call a frenzy, with dry hair flying everywhere. When she was done, she asked me to check it and I could see the sides were different lengths, as was the back. She dry-cut to 'fix it', and had to do take several attempts to even everything up, but I still came away with one side shorter than the others over my ears. She was nice enough, but seemed to rush through everything. And I don't think she left the neutralizer on long enough or it was a bad brand of perm because now that I'm home, it hardly looks/feels like I had a perm. I would never go back to her and would caution anyone who likes their hair evenly cut, to reconsider it. I should say, I've had many MANY perms over the last 40 years and I know what it should look like and feel like, and this isn't it. I feel like I just flushed $135 and half of my hair down the drain. Very disappointing.

Shopping I'd give a 4, but consigning I'd give a 2…read more Walked in the door carrying one black trash bag of items to consign and didn't even get a hello before the lady at the counter said that the bag was too big and counted as two bags and I couldn't bring anything else in that day. I literally come in once every 6-8 weeks, so not sure why I deserved a welcome like that. My previous visit back in November the worker actually said "are trying to ruin my vacation?" Because I suppose they didn't want too many clothes to review before the holiday. It was one bag. Not sure why they are so critical to the people literally bringing in all of the items they need to run a business.
