From working with races across the state to partnering with local run clubs, Gazelle has made a name for themselves as the store that cares. They carry all the name brands you want: from Lulu to Vuori to Hoka and beyond. Prices are higher but Gazelle stands by their products and have a generous return policy! I have bought running shoes, tested them at job and exchanged them with ease. Gazelle has multiple locations across the state, but if you are in the west Michigan area, I recommend going to the 28 location because their selection will be wider than the DT spot. They recently opened at Breton Village and I was hesitant to go in at first because I'm not a fashion blogger or Instagram model. My fears disappeared when I walked in and Olivia welcomed me right away. She asked if I needed any help and I told her yes -- I was looking for jeans but didn't know where to start. I wasn't sure of my size, but I told her a size I've worn in the past and she pulled some pairs for me. She gave me the rundown of their jeans collection and asked what styles I was looking for. I tried on three different pairs of jeans and the third was perfect. These are not Old Navy jeans that are $30 that pill and fall apart after a few washes. They are a quality product from a quality company. They are expensive, at least for me. We're talking $100+ per pair, so be ready to spend some money. I was happy to do so, knowing that Madewell is a company with great ethics, sustainable business practices, and one that works with organizations that support causes that I believe in. If you bring in an old pair of jeans to be recycled through their program with Habitat for Humanity, you can get $20 off a new pair of Madewell jeans. Win win! My experience at Madewell was great and I was so glad Olivia was so kind and helpful. She told me that she really enjoys helping people find something that makes them look and feel good, and I could really tell that was true. She made what is normally a painful process painless for me! She also told me about their return policies and their free hemming service. I'm already looking forward to going back to check out some other clothing!

Placed an online order on June 29th, 2025 on items totally over $300. 3 of the 4 items arrived,…read morehowever, one of the items did not, and STILL hasn't shipped. When I called to cancel the shipment of the last item, due to it will not be shipping until July 18th (according to my order history now) which I won't need this item then, they told me they can't cancel the item. He said when I placed the order it was on backorder, which it wasn't. The Irony is I can place an order for this same item today, and it still doesn't show it is on backorder, but yet the item won't ship until July 18th? They have charged me for this item, I don't want it, and it hasn't shipped but they won't cancel it. I have to wait until I receive the item and ship it back (free of charge of course) before I can get my money back. This is poor business practice and very poor customer service. They are reaping the benefits of revenue gained, which is helping them month to month, without providing the consumer with the product. I won't buy from them again.

This is a great way to sustainably buy and sell items through a reputable source. I often use this resource and have been really grateful that it exists.

He pointed me in the direction, but did not walk me over to where female goggles are. I asked him across the store if all goggles on the shelf he directed me to, were women's and not girls. He assured me they were ALL women's, and so I grabbed a grey pair & made my purchase. Got them home & realized the were in fact female youth 12 & under, the exact same pair she was in possession of. I like to support local businesses & that's why I shop there, but at this point I placed an order for a pair of women's goggle from amazon. Went back to the store later in the day to return & the return literally took over 20 minutes as the individual was having trouble processing it. Have had totally different experiences shopping in this store with & without my boyfriend with me. Will not be shopping here in the future.
