Find it using the tablet (including size and variant), then request it. It will be forwarded to the staff working there, who will retrieve it and bring it over. Pretty efficient. Overall the store seems pretty clean, with shiny floors, as well as a large foot print; it has two entrances. The cashiers were also pretty friendly. We asked for some scissors to remove a tag, and they were able to come up with a solution. Parking is pretty straightforward. There are some trees for shade.

My boyfriend and I visited Finish Line several times around Christmas for gifts for his kids as well as each other. The store was pretty chaotic and each time but Justin was always more than willing to assist even with a line of people. Of course when we went they were running low on inventory but the selection of shoes to choose from is decent. I can't speak to the value as far as how Finish Line compares to other shoe stores as I honestly don't frequent them much but I do know we both got each other OnCloud running shoes for $170. Apparently they were $10 cheaper online so when we had to exchange my boyfriend's for a bigger size, I ended up getting a $10 return.

Depending how frequent you use your use, you could average 6 months to over a year. When I was training for marathons, I literally bought a pair of running shoes every 6 months because of the long distance running. I always know when I am ready for a new pair of fitness shoes. The red flag sign that scream shoe replacement is needed primarily is pain. I have a high arch and when the arch falls in fitness shoes, my feet hurt. Another sign for fitness shoe replacement include worn-out shoe soles, and a noticeable decrease in traction while you are moving in class. When your feet are cushioned, your feet are happy. They maybe singing Pharrell's song, Happy. Smile. To my surprise Academy was open until 10 pm. The customer service desk managed by Rick was super helpful. He allowed me take my shoes that I ordered online back to their shoe section to see if I could find a match in black. Unfortunately, black was sold out. However, I decided to keep my fitness shoes because they were comfortable on my feet, on sale ("Hot Deal") and I did not pay tax on the shoes. Happy feet...Happy Delores!

I had to spell out everything because the representative couldn't even spell "William Cannon." I also had to repeat myself at least seven times because she wasn't listening. On top of that, there was a screaming child in the background throughout the call, which made it even more difficult to communicate. After being on the phone for about 45 minutes, all she could tell me was that I would receive an email if someone had contacted me about my receipt. She couldn't even look up the information while I was on the phone. Considering I had already spelled everything out multiple times, it felt like she either wasn't paying attention or simply wanted to get me off the phone because she couldn't spell anything I remained polite and patient the entire time, but the level of customer service was unacceptable. Customer service representatives should be able to listen carefully, communicate effectively, and accurately process basic information. We called PayPal twice and they advised no refunds were initiated and they would see a refund transaction right away. Because we opened a dispute....PayPal refunded us the money...not Monster Bats.
