They said they could do an exchange, but that it would be two weeks before they had the replacement. I said okay. I called two weeks later to check in, was told another 2 weeks. Called again at 4 weeks, was told another 2 weeks. It's been 2 months now. They've stopped answering my calls. Word of advice on customer service: under promise and over deliver. I would've rather been told 2 months ago that you may never stock that shirt again, or that you're unsure when your supplier will come through, or that you don't do exchanges but I can buy another. Being led along with false promises is far more disappointing.

Mainly dust collectors really but very intriguing all the same. The real human skull in the display window definitely grabs passersby's attention as you go past on the sidewalk. Not sure if that's for sale since it wasn't something I really wanted despite having a taste towards the macabre. Maybe "too real" I guess. They have a really good selection of cowboy hats and found that every style had a different feel and sizing to it as the hats tended to be oval and her head round. Ultimately, she found a Rodeo King felt hat that fit good and she bought it. They also have a good selection of Wrangler jeans here so my advice is if you're looking for a hat or jeans you'll most likely come away with something. On the other hand I wasn't impressed with the cowboy boot selection as I only look at leather soled boots and found most of their boots were rubber soled. The service was good and had no issues with getting customer service and help picking out many different hats that were hanging from the wall where it was just out of reach unless you had a stick to help.

I was so excited when I received the email this morning that had play off t-shirts and all sorts of other items on sale today!! Then the worst happened..... This was one of the worst online shopping and customer service experiences I have ever had. I placed an order on December 19 using a valid promo code (STARS60) that WAS applied and showed sale pricing in my cart before checkout. After placing the order, I discovered that 3 of the 5 items were charged at FULL PRICE, resulting in an overcharge of $38.40 (not including tax). I immediately contacted customer service and spent over 45 minutes in chat -- first with a useless virtual assistant that repeatedly gave the same canned response, then with a live agent who clearly did not read the chat history and asked me to repeat everything. Here's what made this unacceptable: I was blamed for not applying the promo code -- even though I DID. I was told the promo code "works fine," implying the mistake was mine. I was refused a refund or price adjustment. I was told my only option was to wait for the items to arrive and return them -- for THEIR mistake. I asked for a supervisor and was ignored. Because they dragged this out for so long, I was told the order could no longer be canceled since it passed the 30-minute window -- a window THEY caused me to miss. To top it off, I was lectured about "professional language" while being talked in circles and denied a resolution. Eventually, a "back office ticket" was opened (after nearly an hour of wasted time), with no guarantee of correction -- just "wait 24-48 hours." This experience felt like a bait-and-switch, followed by deflection, blame, and zero accountability. For an official NFL team store and a company as large as Fanatics, this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is shocking. If this happened to me, I have zero confidence it isn't happening to others. I strongly advise others to screenshot EVERYTHING before checkout -- because if something goes wrong, don't expect them to fix it.
