Been to this store a number of times in the past, but only browsed around since the prices seemed kind of steep. However, on Saturday, 10/12/24, saw a Clearance section of New Era MLB hats on sale, so checked them out. They had unique designs and styles for a few of them. Noticed one adjustable LA Dodgers one adjustable NY Yankees caps in colors/styles I had never seen before. Saw the prices were $25.00 each, down from $39.99 each. AND they were in the 'Buy 1, Get 1 Free' section! The store employee even confirmed that sale, too. So, I decided to get both of them for $25.00 plus tax. What a frickin' deal for both!!! I have recieved a Seahawks Jersey as a gift. It had the tags on it still! I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. They told me it was a youth size and it had men's tags on it!!!! They were not able to exchange my jersey KARA the manager was very rude! She stated to me the tags were wrong! Do they realize that someone could have tagged them wrong on their end at the factory or wherever!!!!!! I will not ever shop at this Seattle pro shop again because of the way I was treated!!! Was just in there with my teenage little sister. We were literally followed around by this short little Hispanic or Filipino guy. He was watching us like we were trying to steal or something. When I said something about it out loud that I didn't feel comfortable, he and the Caucasian man with the beard at the register just laughed at us as we walked out. Looks like that's the type of service this store has. We find the staff at the Seattle Team Shop to be very helpful every time we go in. Prices are on par with any other sports/jersey store. The staff is knowledgable about their products, and knows when and if they are getting anything new or different in. They have a good selection of Seahawks, Mariners, Huskies, and Cougars gear, and everything from window stickers to baby clothes. Great stuff for yourself or for gifts! read more

Great selection of gear for local professional teams and a decent amount of Huskies, Cougars, and Seattle u stuff too. The prices are high, but that is what you get out of a big box in a mall. You cant beat the selection and the service is good too. Good selection of trinkets ;-) read more

Disclaimer: I am a big sports fan. This store has grown significantly each time I come through to visit. It is located within Southcenter near the Sears and Nordstrom. I came pre-Apple Cup to get my husband in the Purple Gear and found a large selection of men/women's/accessories. The prices are high (of course) but that's not so much the store's fault as what is set by the clothing makers. They are pretty good about carrying all sports and competitive teams (UW vs. WSU gear). Great place to swing by and find gear although be prepared for sticker shock. read more

Now starting for your Seattle Supersonics..... Gary Payton! I say that because I miss Gary and our pride of Seattle, Former NBA Champions, The Seattle Supersonics. The real bad news is you probably have to make Gary Payton to be able to shop here. No questions the selection and style of the store are worth a visit, but why pay twice as much for items you can get in places like JC Penny's, Just Sports, etc. I'm sorry, I used to buy sports apparel, so when I see an item for $80, that I know someone paid $12 for, there is no way my wallet is coming out of my pocket. Okay, maybe I throw in another $6 for the authentic license and another $4 for the additional mall lease, but even if the cost is $22, Don't ask me for any more than $35. So if Grandma or Grampa are buying you something hot off their flight, ride that wagon all the way across the finish line, but I don't see any self respecting shopper laying down hard cash in a place were the clearance prices are still twice as much as the competition. read more

I don't get the low ratings for this place but to each their own. They were having an extra 30% off their clearance when I poped in over the weekend. Huge selection of Hawks stuff. I picked up a shirt for like $15 bucks, the hus got a Sonics hat for $8. Not a bad deal if you ask me. All sports stuff is expensive. That is just the way it is. The prices are not set by the stores most of the time, it is the manufacturer of the clothes. read more

Do not go here there customer service is terrible! I got a sweater as a preset for my birthday and tried to exchange it and there was a 1-2mm piece of somthing on it that wiped right off with water but they would not exchange it because it was not in "new sellable condition". It was never worn and had all tags! For all I know it was bought that way from the store cause it stayed in the bag since my birthday. read more

They have a lot of cute Seahawks and Mariners stuff but it is really pricey. They do give a slight discount if you have a Lids Card.....but I only saved like 16$ off a 260$ purchase which is kind of a joke. Lol. But that aside they have nice stuff and it is still much cheaper than buying directly from the Stadium if you don't mind making a little trip before game day! read more

One of my favorite stops during football season! They usually have everything I'm looking for except for when the Hawks are in the playoffs. Which is completely understandable since everyone is trying to get Hawks gear before the big game. I purchased the club membership and do not regret it for a second. I have saved a ton of money with that membership. The staff is always so helpful for in that store no matter how busy they are. read more

After Christmas exchange were a nightmare. The manager had no professional skills at all what should have been a simple transaction refused a size exchange. True I had no gift receipt I came from out of town but was clearly from a team store with the tags in tact the price you pay for a team shirt is only worth it if you can wear it I'm very disappointed and will spend our money else where I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store ever read more

Long time seattle sports fan. Went in last week around 8:50 not realizing the mall closed in 10 minutes. As I was browsing the staff answered questions and were very polite. I suddenly noticed as I was purchasing my sonics gear that the mall was closed and it was around 10 after 9. I apologized for making them stay open but the staff again politely told me "No worries" and that they were happy that I was able to find something. It's rare that you find a store that actually puts effort into their customer service. For that I thank them. :) read more

The staff at the Southcenter location is nothing short of amazing! I was in there when an unbelievably rude customer was treating them horribly, and despite the incident escalating to the point the staff had to call the police, they somehow managed to maintain professionalism, dignity and grace! How they could continue to be so wonderful and make sure other customers were tended to in the midst of such an attach was stunning! When the situation was over, they continued to apologize to the rest of us for us having to bear witness to this unfortunate situation, when they were the ones who deserved to be apologized to!! They were called every name in the book and falsely accused of things that had no bearing on the situation, and they held their heads high and jumped right back into their day, even though I could tell they were shaken up. People should learn how to act right in public and treat others with respect! Retail is a tough job because people can be outright horrible!! There are rules and policies for a reason, if you can't follow them, stay home!! That customer was an awful person, and the staff are wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful and the manager is an absolute sweetheart who runs that store like a family business!! All you who want to complain over silly little things, why don't you read this and realize what they have to deal with on a daily basis and give them a break!!
