A bit higher than I pay closer to the city, but this seems standard for the Cool Springs/Franklin area...and honestly, it was worth it for the vibes, massage chair and services. Instead of addressing the issue differently, my technician switched me mid-service with the exact technician who was causing the issue for the other client. So essentially, I was handed off to the person whose work had just made someone else cry in pain. From that point on, my nails burned the entire time they were being done -- and they are still burning two hours later. That is not normal, and it is not acceptable. To make matters worse, the color I received looks nothing like the sample I chose. It's completely different and does not flatter my skin tone at all. When I raised concerns, they apologized, charged me the full $60 anyway, and offered a $10 gift card. I left with painful nails, a color I didn't ask for, and the clear impression that my comfort and satisfaction did not matter. They have lost my business.
