I was planning to refer friends, but after this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Simplicity Laser. Scheduling was very difficult despite multiple attempts. Calls were frequently placed on long holds or disconnected, promised callbacks never happened, and communication was inconsistent. The only appointment offered was 7:00 AM at a distant location, which was not reasonable for someone working full time. When I tried to cancel due to their failure to provide service, I was told I would owe a $199 cancellation fee in addition to the payment I had already made in December (even though the session I paid for was supposed to occur in January and no reasonable slots were offered). What a waste of time and money for such an expensive service.

I graduated and all was well. A few months ago I decided I wanted to have another location laser treated so I called no answer. I text no answer. I finally was able to reach someone but the price is now $800 more than what I was quoted prior. The staff stated there was nothing they could do about the price since I did not purchase prior but I was never notified of the possible price change. I was trying to decide if I wanted to move forward or not so I was asking a ton of questions. It would depend on the day sometimes the staff was helpful and sometimes it almost felt like they wrote you off as if it's your fault you didn't sign up sooner. I'm disappointed about the service but I moved forward with the area. Now it's been a few months and you can never get an appointment, staff will cancel your appointment day of, and will not reschedule you. Not ideal when you spend thousands of dollars for this service. Not sure how they have so many 5 stars with this service level especially being a prior client. Yes, service works but ideally I would skip out on this location.
