Very expensive machine! After buying, you'll find that the filters are also very expensive. When you order filters online, they say it will take 4-5 days, but they never send them on time. You have to call several times, and the people on the phone are very rude. I would never recommend buying this filter because of their terrible customer service. Once, when I posted a review, they asked me to remove it and promised to improve their customer service, but nothing has changed. Every time I order filters online, I face the same problem--they never deliver on time, and this time they were extremely rude on the call. I would hesitate to buy any product from this company. We installed their products for one of their customers on 7/15/25. We gave them an estimate, they approved of the amount, we completed the work and yet... It's been 74 days without any payment or communication with them. Despite our numerous attempts to reach out to the company, we either: 1. Get the run around from customer service 2. Call, text, email Brad Middleton who is supposedly the highest person at their company only to be ignored. I am not even sure if he is the highest person at the company, we've been told he is the accounting, he is just a salesman, and he is the highest position there so who knows what is true. All I know the one unfortunate time I was able to talk to Brad, he was incredibly rude, and actually lied to me. He has a very uncomfortable and unpleasant presence about him. Ultimately, we will be recouping our payment one way or another. This will either result in the customer having to pay us despite the company reassuring him that he would not have to endure these costs (again: they are liars), or with us putting a lien against the property where services were rendered. Either way, it screws their customers in the end so I will be very wary about giving business to this questionable company. Very expensive to maintain and horrible customer services. I made an order via phone a few months ago and no tracking info was sent. I called and they are rude and finally sent me tracking. Took about a month to get the replacement filters that cost almost $300. Ordered another replacement part last week via phone. No tracking info sent. I emailed and asked for it and they sent it. Check the tracking today and USPS says postage not paid and won't be delivered. Called Life Ionizers and man said they would send info to tracking. Very short and rude. We have had an MXL machine for years and every year it gets harder to get filters. Life Ionizers charges the credit card immediately and then tell us it will be MONTHS before we get the filters. After 6 weeks and not being able to get a shipping date, we cancelled the filter order and were told we'd get a credit on the credit card. That never happened so we filed a dispute with VISA and got our credit within two days. Then we decided not to use the machine anymore and Brian gave us permission and a RA to return 3 brand new, unused filters to them and he would give us our money back on them. They received the filters 7/8/24 and we have NEVER received our promised money back. read more

We've loved the ionizer MXL-15 machine, until it was time to order filters. I put in the order on 11/20/2024 - They're not cheap! I was told I would get them in 10-14 days. It's been almost 1 month since my order and nothing. I've email for an update with no return email. I've had to call several times and given the run around. I spoke with a Mgr Dave and told me some filters were on back order, but he would rush me filter #1 to get my machine up and running for now. It's been almost 1 wk and haven't received anything. When I call back they tell me he's at lunch or call goes to VM. Finally talk to shipping mgr told me he would ship them, we'll see. If not, I plan to contact my credit card put a fraud report and a report with BBB. I'm still paying on the machine and can't even use it, because I can't get filters. My water system is great, I have had it for over 3 years. Shipping can take a lot longer than expected as the filters are made out of the country, so they can be on backorder. I recommend calling to check and see if they are in stock so that you can have an idea as to when you will receive them. I just moved in to a new home and called Life Ionizers to get assistance because the water had a sulfur smell to it. The rep I spoke to, and who attempted to assist me, was very short and impatient. I explained, as nice as I could, that I was not familiar with the system and that he was being very short and impatient. He then told me that he doesn't have patience for people that don't listen. I then explained that I was an attorney....that I know how to follow directions and that I was not stupid, just not familiar with the system. He started to scold me again for not listening and eventually hung up on me. I've never encountered such rudeness from a customer service rep, owner, investor, etc. His response should have been " I apologize for coming off that way, it was not my intention. I know these machines inside and out and sometimes I forget that not everyone is as familiar with these machines as I am." Instead, he was combative, condescending, and rude. And he'll show his true colors to everyone reading this when they also read his response to this review. I can tell his personality is one where he can't take the high road but instead has to respond in a nasty way to my review. I'm going to remove the machine (the previous owners of my house installed it) and replace it with another company's product. I purchased my MXL9 back in 2020. I started using the machine, and the water tastes great, and it's great for cooking with it. It doesn't take as long to boil the water. When you use the machine water, VS taps water. I recommend Life Ionizers to anyone. The alkaline water also will help with acid reflex. read more

M13 Next Generation. Since then, I have used everything on ( drinking, cooking, and disinfecting dishes, and even when I get sick, I use Acidic #3 to wash out nose and throat.
