Gregg took the time to listen to my questions and provided recommendations for family portrait photos. What impressed me the most was the quality of prints because you can no longer get this quality at places like CVS, Walgreens, or Shutterfly. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of paper prints. If you've ordered from Shutterfly you'll know that the paper quality is like the one ply Scott toilet paper. Of if it's Walgreens, the color is off or grainy even when your photo is high resolution. Overall, I was extremely impressed with my experience at Quick Shots, and I will definitely be returning for all of my future photo needs. I was cutting it close so I decided to do a pickup order in Manhattan and when I called Printique about my order they worked really hard to get me my print in time, especially because I didn't realize they would be closed that Friday for a Jewish holiday. Maynul kept in contact with me about my order and really went above and beyond to get me my prints in time. He made sure they were out the door being sent to Adorama in Manhattan the day I needed to pick up. When they were running late. He gave me a call to check in and communicate with me what the issue was (there was severe traffic from Brooklyn to Manhattan). Even with the traffic issues, he went above and beyond to make sure that I got my prints that day in time for my market that weekend. I truly appreciate the service I received and it was all thanks to Maynul and good dedication to his customers. Thank you so much! I tried to go somewhere cheaper, but the quality was not the same, so I came back. It's two older men who run this place. If you get to know them, they're really helpful. One of them checked out an old camera of mine to let me know if it could even be fixed before I wasted my money elsewhere trying to fix an unfixable camera. Check them out if you're in the neighborhood. The service is great and reliable!
