The photographer sat me down, took one shot, and showed me the result for 2 seconds to ask if I was satisfied. I said no, and he replied that it would look the same no matter how many retakes we did. My photo looked like a mugshot. The lighting was terrible, and I barely had time to adjust my hair or clothing. TLDR: Rude staff and awful photography. Don't waste your time or money.

They were so nice & accommodating...The pics came out great & were 50% off! I made: 10/ 4x6...& 2/8x10. Total $7.01.....They informed me that they have specials on photos every week! Ty GD for this incident. I had the clarity & vision to go elsewhere, where I was treated like a human & not a lowlife. And I saved so much more than if i had done the pics at Vivid! The store had a wide range of products and services available, from passport photos and prints to family portraits and frames. Gregg took the time to listen to my questions and provided recommendations for family portrait photos. What impressed me the most was the quality of prints because you can no longer get this quality at places like CVS, Walgreens, or Shutterfly. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of paper prints. If you've ordered from Shutterfly you'll know that the paper quality is like the one ply Scott toilet paper. Of if it's Walgreens, the color is off or grainy even when your photo is high resolution. Overall, I was extremely impressed with my experience at Quick Shots, and I will definitely be returning for all of my future photo needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality prints and passport photos.

And I remember seeing photo place that I have drove by few times and decide to take another passport picture at KJ quick shot. WHAT A DIFFERENCE Don't want beauty shot. The store did call and said they don't have this particular one anymore, and if we could take a compatible sub. Hesistantly I said ok, and verified with my tech guy. Found out its not an OEM but an aftermarket. I tried calling them and the 844 number went to a full voicemail box. I tried googling a local New York number and no luck. There was another "Photo land NY" company listed on Yelp but not the same address and the number also went to voicemail. I think we just lost out on $200.

BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS!…read more I ordered a camera from these people because they had the best price. 2 days later I get an email from them stating that I HAD to call to verify my billing address. Really? I typed it there in black and white. So I call, and was promptly hung up on twice, then kept on hold for 15 minutes. Finally someone answers. Basically, it was a total scam to get me to call so they can sell me overpriced accessories to my camera. Obviously to make up for the beating they are taking on the low low price of the camera. After arguing with him for a good 5 minutes telling him that I don't want a $400 memory card that I can buy at Target for $35 bucks, he gets huffy and tells me he will process my order. Thank God I have good instincts and called back later in the day to cancel the order. (On hold another 15 minutes, after being hung up on by the automated phone dialer 3 more times.)
