The website is easy to navigate including downloading photos from my phone. I had the same prints done at my CVS this week. The quality, color, printing was so poor, I could not accept them. I recently had my first market selling prints of an art piece I did and after much research decided to print from Printique. I was cutting it close so I decided to do a pickup order in Manhattan and when I called Printique about my order they worked really hard to get me my print in time, especially because I didn't realize they would be closed that Friday for a Jewish holiday. Maynul kept in contact with me about my order and really went above and beyond to get me my prints in time. He made sure they were out the door being sent to Adorama in Manhattan the day I needed to pick up. When they were running late. He gave me a call to check in and communicate with me what the issue was (there was severe traffic from Brooklyn to Manhattan). Even with the traffic issues, he went above and beyond to make sure that I got my prints that day in time for my market that weekend. I truly appreciate the service I received and it was all thanks to Maynul and good dedication to his customers. Thank you so much! I was given a $20 coupon for Printique after placing an order through their sister company. After spending 30+ minutes designing a couple customized coffee mugs, they had the audacity to try and charge $58 for standard shipping.....for TWO mugs. 10/10 would not recommend them. Tried ordering a book and they force you to buy a $10 box. No way to remove it. Odd. Going somewhere else, but annoyed that I wasted so much time on the app making a book and then it's bait-and-switched. Ug. Called the support phone number and was on hold for 20 minutes. We all live in a digital world these days, no way to get around it I suppose, one benefit of this thought is the number of Pic's we can take and the ability to send them here for processing. I take a lot of pic's, a l o t... For example on our trip to Europe 2 years ago I had over 1200 to look through to find the greatest hits to remember it by. When we got home I wanted to commemorate it with a proper old school photo album. Not a send the pics in and we will make you a book, I am talking about matte print, white border, and photo corners affixing the pic's to the album. I am not a fan of Walgreen's/CVS print jobs but they do serve a purpose. I wanted the pic's to look great and tripped across AdoramaPix by accident. Could not be happier with the service, since I started using them I have sent 5 batches to them for processing, created 1 full photo album and have 3 more empty ready for the images. The online interface if intuitive and easy to use, the speed at which your pic's come back to you are great, so great that when I sent in 50+ for processing on the 18th I received them in hand by the 22nd. Finally found a photo printing company with excellent quality images! The colors are bright and accurate, and there's no minor cropping on the edges like some other places. 2022 we used them for our holiday cards as well, and again the quality was superb! I live in California, and they are based in New York, so the shipping costs a little more and takes a little longer, but that is not the company's fault. And in my opinion, it is totally worth it for the high-quality product we receive. Keep up the great work! You are the best photo printing company I'm aware of! read more

OK I have tried everything to get a new calendar for the one that Adorama/Printique messed up / I have gotten ad's from the VP and one person in service said I ordered it with 3x5 pics OFF CENTER but when I asked for a copy of the order or a link to the order NO ONE ANSWERED ..Look at your YELP reviews you have trouble for sometime now and it ALL can't be the customer this is just GREED at the top . I give someone no anyone there this week to fix this OR I will also be the others and NEVER ORDER from again EVER . Ordered a lay-flat premium hardcover anniversary photo book from Printique and absolutely love it! I've received photo books made using other photo printing services before, but I wanted something nicer for my first project and for this occasion - this is a photo book I'm hoping to keep forever. After hours of poring over online printing services reviews, I decided on Printique for their wide range of printing options and superior quality. I had trouble deciding between Luster and another paper option, but I ended up choosing Luster since it's the most popular and seemed like a safe bet. I'm happy that these pages won't pick up fingerprints, and the colors are still vivid and accurate. If you're planning far enough in advance and have a few extra dollars, you can order a print sample pack from Printique first. There are many different layouts and styles to choose from, and the photo editor is easy to use. I had a minor issue with the editor and preview not matching, but Jack was able to help me out, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Everything was securely packaged and arrived on time. The book itself is beautiful and feels both luxurious and durable. Let's hope I have another photo book to print next year! read more

Years later and STILL unable to get an order right. I've been using Printique for over a decade (formerly AdoramaPix). Ever since their full move to Brooklyn a few years ago, it has been completely unorganized. Orders are RARELY complete. Just received an order that is missing a total of 165 prints (5X7s, 4X5s, Mini Wallets). I am a "Pro" member, meaning I pay a monthly membership fee and in return receive a discount on orders and free rush shipping with "white label" service, meaning no Printique branding on packaging. This is NOT the first time Printique has provided incomplete packaging. For a time, I began ordering from another vendor, but since I needed these a little sooner, decided to give them another try, BIG MISTAKE! I'm now out of 165 prints at least until Monday evening (assuming they rush print the missing photos and get them to the Manhattan store by Monday evening). My previous order included someone else's photos! I gave them to the representative at the pickup counter who just rolled her eyes and said "thank you" while then passing it to the other person at the desk and exclaiming, "another one". This was not the first time I've gotten other customers' prints in my order either. To make matters worse, they've fully migrated to using Fuji Film paper as opposed to Kodak Endura Luster (which was always used) and which always produced richer results. The reason for this as of last year was because "it's become more difficult to find", when the real reason is that Kodak Endura has increased in price and they're too cheap to acquire it. The results are now thinner, cheaper looking paper, that's easily seen through even under the smallest amount of light. I'm not understanding this, just raise prices. CVS charges more than they do, just keep the quality and raise the prices. Focus on getting the orders that are placed right instead of attempting to be a Jack of all trades. If you're ordering from here, be warned, keep it to very small orders with few prints, these jokers can't handle large orders and check your package before leaving the store. read more

1. This business has the absolute worse website: it is confusing, with too many windows, too much writing, and difficult to navigate. 2. I placed an order in June 2022 and had the same problems as stated above. I spoke to Jack at that time who took care of everything and the order went through. The only reason I wrote a 3-star review was because of Jack. So this order I asked for Jack again and was told, he wasn't in yet. I called back 3 times and he was with another customer each time. Apparently he doesn't work there anymore. I ultimately removed the picture from the order and went with the three 8 x 10's of the same print to get it done and over with. The customer service at Printique is absolutely awful. I tried talking to someone else and he was useless. I am searching for another photo printing business, I refuse to spend my money with such a poorly run business. Save yourself the headache, and expense, find another business to process your work. read more

I never write reviews but had such an awesome experience at Printique that I had to! I came to Printique to print a poster for a concert. I had the poster printed at another shop with terrible, unusable results and was nervous that there was something wrong with the artwork. At Printique they assured me the artwork was great and helped me set up a rush order to get the prints I needed on a tight timeline. They worked with me to select the type of paper (out many gorgeous options), and helped me dial in a size that would be best for poster. The folks at Printique were incredibly knowledgable and have excellent taste when it comes to printing. The posters turned out so beautifully and I couldn't have been happier--I literally laughed in disbelief when I picked up the artwork. I'll definitely use Printique again (and would recommend to anyone with serious printing needs) for my photography, fine art, and other posters in the future. I had to write a positive review after my great experience with Adorama. I needed materials printed to use as part of an exhibit which would be view by our Group Chief Executive, but had a small window to get these ready ahead of time. I used the online system to create two photo books and two large (20"x30") posters with mounting. I liked that you could drag and drop the images in for the photo books, and choose the cover, the type of paper, etc... It took me a little bit to figure it out as I was originally using photos that were too low quality, however once I used higher quality images everything was fine. I put in both orders with the rush option, and said I would pick it up at the Brooklyn store. I ordered these on a Friday morning and they were to be ready the following Wednesday (the day I needed them) so I added a comment saying that I hoped they would be ready before Wednesday. And they were! I picked up the materials and when I got them home to take a look, they were great. I would certainly use them again not only for work things but for personal orders as well! read more

Truly terrible quality, at least for softcover. My basic desktop printer produced much better prints from the same JPEGs using plain copy paper. The softcover pages are a weird thick cardboard (which, of course, defeats the purpose of a softcover). And the order was a week late - just as well, since the book looked so awful that I couldn't give it as a gift and had to throw it out. Since then I had my book reprinted at Blurb, with far superior results and for less money. read more

Needed a photo book in a pinch. 1. Great turnaround time, got an email my project was done well before my "I need this by!!" date 2. Great product- pages were on a thicker cardboard like paper (luster), and did the fabric cover with gold embossing which was perfect Was originally gonna go with milk books for some other projects.... but I might be going with these guys instead........ I do like the interface of the software for shutterfly a little better - esp since I was in a time crunch but the layout can be totally customizable and perfect if you have more one to work with it. read more

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. If you want some quality photo books printed fast in Brooklyn, this is the place to go. I had an order for 6 hardcover books in full color that needed to be made in less than 48 hours and these guys were on it. All I did was write in a note during my online check-out that I needed them by Friday evening (it was Thursday 5AM when I checked out). I then got an email confirmation that it indeed will be ready on Friday. I was somewhat skeptical but on Friday they emailed me saying the books were ready for pick-up. Took an Uber, and there they were, ready to go! Could not have asked for an easier, more reliable experience. The books came out AMAZING too!!! Highly recommend going here for all your printing needs. Don't be as inconsiderate as me to make these guys print a book in less than 48 hours- but if you are in a bind, they certainly deliver! We rented a ring light for an event that was Friday through Sunday. On Friday, in the first hour of use the ring light partial went out so we tried to contact customer service. Guess what? They close at 2pm on Fridays and don't have any customer service until Monday morning. And now the light is completely not working and we are left scrambling trying to find a replacement on a Saturday in the city. Really disappointing as they had good reviews. After having some issues with our wedding photographer we decided to design our own parent albums to give as Christmas gifts. We did a ton of research on companies and read/watched so many reviews (SO MANY). Photo albums are expensive - as are wedding photos so it was important to us to make sure the albums would be beautiful and great quality so they last a long time. We eventually decided on Printique due to all the amazing reviews and what appeared to be top notch quality. We went with premium photo albums as opposed to photo books and could not be happier with our decision. We found designing the albums to be fairly easy. Printique has tons of preset templates you can choose from or you can completely customize yourself. Overall, it did take some time to get the albums exactly how we wanted but it was so worth it in the end. The albums look stunning. The quality of the printing. The look and feel of every page. The fast turnaround time. WOW. We highly recommend Printique, and will definitely be using them for all our printing needs in the future. read more

So I placed an order last week with this company, 7 photo prints of varying sizes, and one framed picture. The biggest of the print order is 8 x 10. The framed photo is twice that size. So I received a call yesterday from one of their supervisors, saying that the image is too dark, and to upload a new image into the acount gallery and that my order is on hold. I spoke to this rep on the phone and he informed me that the picture is dark. When I asked for more details on the issue, he stated that one of the subjects' faces is not clear. I originally requested to see the picture print that the company rep 'claimed' to have been too dark - he informed me that he would have to check with the lab first before confirming that I can come to allow them to proceed on the print because sometimes the labs 'destroy' the print after notifying that it is not a good print. An hour later, this rep called me back to let me know that I can come to their print location in Brooklyn. After realizing that their location is an hour away from Manhattan I decided the hour travel each way is not worth me arguing my point after this whole ordeal. 2 days ago I received all the other prints of varying sizes and their clarity, contrast, brightness was absolutely fine. So I find it hard to believe that the same printing location and printers could print pictures that have varying contrast/brightness/darkness/whatever from the same 8 MB size, maximum-allowed quality picture. I feel as if they do not welcome the business being offered to them. I wish I had known this ahead of time, so I would not have wasted a whole week waiting only to be given the run-around over some kind of 'issue' with a larger print read more

My husband bought what was supposed to be a photo printer and it sucked! As a result, we had to find a place that was able to print the pictures we love. I looked online and stumbled across AdoramaPix. We live in NJ, so I liked the fact that it was a company that was pretty close by and the website just seemed professional. Long story short, we took a chance and were BEYOND thrilled with the results. Needless to say, we ordered pictures multiple times from this company and the photos now grace the fames hanging in frames on our walls. There comes a time when enough is enough and sadly, my days of printing at AdoramaPix are coming to an end. I like Adorama. They're more personable than their main competitor, which I appreciate, but their printing company has fallen off. My experience over the past 2 weeks will force me to explore alternate printing options. On 12/14/16, i placed an almost 500 print order. 7 minutes after, I placed an order for 1-8x10 that I forgot to put in the large order. The 500 print order was ready on 12/16/16 but the 1 print order is still "processing" to this day. I have sent 3 emails that have all gone unanswered. I even called...still NOTHING! On top of this headache over 1 measly 8x10, I was overcharged about $30 on the 500 print order being that I was charged full price on quite a big part of the order instead of the bulk prices. Now let's talk about their color quality. Every time I print different different sizes of the same image (11x14, 8x10, 5x7, etc.) each size comes out a different color/contrast. Overall, their quality is "ok" at best and their customer service is lousy. read more

I was looking for affordable photo developing and framing packages and came across AdoramaPix. The online process for uploading photos and picking out frames was super easy and the results were amazing (I live out of state).
