I was willing to pay $39 per class and planned to attend 4-6 classes every time I came into town. I booked a 1.5 class at Club Pilates Pembroke Pines, only to be canceled via text message because their studio requires completing 10 classes specifically at their location before taking a 1.5 class. I called to explain that I am already an active Club Pilates member with experience at another studio, but they refused to honor that and still canceled my class. What disappointed me most was not even the policy itself, but how rude and dismissive the interaction felt. This appears to be a studio-specific rule and not something I've experienced at other Club Pilates locations while traveling. Unfortunately, they lost a returning customer who was willing to consistently pay for classes every other month while visiting the area.
