I had tried all OTC sleep aids which had worked for years and then they started having the opposite effect. I tried all the latest prescription sleep aids but they didn't work well and left me drowsy all day. Dr. Rey's treatment has given me an extra 60-90 minutes of sleep at night, but even more importantly, I get a lot more deep sleep and REM sleep which really makes a difference.
