Not a company to buy insurance from. After I e-signed all of their documents, I was rejected because they falsely accused me of having someone else help me sign those documents. Terrible. Once they have your info they hound you relentlessly..They use different phone numbers and the caller IDs are always something different. Ive asked them not to call , and blocked the numbers, but it just gets handed over to another salesperson with a different number. DONT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!!! I got online completed application and got an email stating my quote of being around $12 a month. No disclaimer anywhere on the email saying it could be higher. I am a healthy male only on about one or two medicines for things that are not serious. When I call and spoke with salesman he said no actually it's going to be $26 a month more than double what I was quoted originally... They use the old bait and switch and lie to you on email about a fictitious quote that they said only a sliver of the majority actually get. Nothing stated that it could be higher and when I called and talked to the salesman he was pretty arrogant and inept. read more

Worst company to deal with. Awful response times and they'll run your file so many times no other company will work with you. They even gave me wrong documents and I had access to someone else's bank info. Do not work with them! The worst. I had a life insurance policy for 10 years with Lincoln Financial bought thru Life quotes. They represent many many insurance companies and are paid a comission for all policies bought thru them. Never interacted with anyone from Life quotes ever. If i had a question regarding any policy matters, i would need to contact the insurance company directly because there was not any customer service from life quotes. so basically i should have just bought my policy straight from Lincoln Financial Group. Life Quotes sent out a woman to do a physical exam on my husband and I. This woman was spoke over us, and couldn't keep a thought straight. She took over an hour and a half to do what should have taken 15 minutes. Then we had to wait MONTHS for the underwriting process due to poor communication between MetLife and Life Quotes. After we finally get the paperwork back to finalize the coverage, we find that she inaccurately wrote that my husband smokes and drinks alcohol causing his rates to increase by $75 a month. When I caught this mistake I brought it to both MetLife and Life Quotes attention and MetLife refuses to update the information. They had terrible customer service and poor communication. read more
