They just want to add on expensive extra services that are not necessary. Do not listen to you.

I went in for a check up as a student in 2019 and was told I needed all sorts of work done, including fillings and crowns. I got a second opinion halfway through the process from a well-established Dentist who notified me that my Teeth were in much better shape than what I was told. They also tried to push me to remove my wisdom teeth twice although they have never been a problem. The actual dentist and hygienists I give a 4-5. Their scheduling has issues. I had an appointment in June, they cancelled the day before and rescheduled me in December that was earliest appointment they had even though they canceled my appointment not me. They sent me numerous texts and email regarding openings for cancelations, there was on that work with my schedule. I click on the link, accepted the appointment, said it has changed my Dec. appointment to new date and time. I show up for my 8 am appointment(mind you they did not unlock the doors till 8:05) and they do not have my appointment change! First they tell me can squeeze me in it 8:30--then tell me not till 9:00. Told them I could not do that and that they really needed to do something about their online scheduling. Her response was, "did you talk to a person?" No because you sent me and email and I responded to it. She tells me " next time call the office" lol I asked her if it cancelled my December appointment-- she says no-- wanna bet come December they tell me I cancelled my appointment. read more

They cancelled appt on 12/18 and rescheduled for Jan 2. Then they called the morning of Jan 2 to cancel AGAIN. I am a new patient, but will be looking for another dds. :( read more

2 years ago they were great. Now they have different front office staff, and they are not only incompetent but dishonest as well. I was notified 25 minutes before my latest (and last) appointment that there was a (previously unidentified) conflict with my cardiologist that would have to be resolved. They called again 5 minutes later, claiming the doctor said I had to be on antibiotics and would have to reschedule the appointment. Why they only "discovered" this conflict 1/2 hour prior to the appointment was inexcusable, but when I checked with my cardiologist's office, they said they had had no such conversation with my dentist. If your hygienist calls in sick, just say that. The elaborate hoax they concocted was unnecessary and unprofessional; an underhanded way of masking their incompetence and blaming the patient. I will be looking for another dentist - I'm done with these guys. read more

They couldn't explain what the bill they sent me was for. I paid at my visit. The bill they sent said $25 and when I went to pay it was $80. After ME calling them over two months trying to figure it out and them giving me no explanation, I finally refused to pay it. They literally banned me over an $80 bill they couldn't tell what was for. The girl even tried to gaslight me on the phone when I asked why they went weeks without calling me back saying "she was sick" like I was rude for even asking. It was a terrible situation that gave me anxiety for weeks, just to end with them saying you can't come back. read more

They scheduled my appointment three times. First time, the office was closed, the second time, the doctor was on vacation, and the third time, the doctor has to go through a surgery. The vacations must be planned ahead of time, and if the doctor is scheduled to take a vacation in a particular week, do not schedule your patients during that week. If you have to cancel an appointment, you must find the patient the appointment within a week or two. If you cannot accommodate all the patients, please do not take new patients. You take all the patients and then you re-schedule them multiple times. They re-scheduled me for next year. I would avoid them as much as I can. Thanks, read more

(They have seven one star reviews under a separate Yelp page which are worth reading. Each and every one is a dental horror story). Dr. Krueger is a really nice and charming guy and Dr. Davies is nice enough, however charm and personality don't change the fact that my crown completely broke off after only two years. Aside from that, it took three phone calls to get his office to send an e-mail with my information (I moved) to my new dentist. During the first call (9:30 AM) the office assistant Natosha told me that she would e-mail the documents to the new dentist and blind copy me as I requested. I called later that day when I had not received the e-mail (4:55 PM) and Natosha told me that she had been too busy to send it. The next morning I called back (9:05 AM) and was told that the e-mail address was incorrect and the e-mail was returned. I informed her that I hadn't received it in my personal e-mail either and she told me that she didn't send it to me (as she agreed to do twice) because it was encrypted and I would not be able to open it. Really interesting that Natosha is unable to send an e-mail but has psychic information about my computer capabilities and has a deep (incorrect) knowledge of how encryption works... but I digress. After questioning her I determined that she had misspelled "site" in the e-mail address as "sight." Common enough mistake although I explicitly spelled this for her, as common sense and spelling skills don't run deep these days. I received the e-mail at 9:20 AM. The customer service I received when attempting to get simple information sent to my new dentist was pathetic. It's sad that their office assistant isn't capable of sending a basic e-mail in a timely fashion. It's irritating as hell that she agreed to send the information to me personally but then made the decision not to and made no attempt to inform me. It was not her place to make decisions regarding my personal health records and, in my opinion, very poor practice. I feel that Natosha lied to me, and that's something that should never take place in any sort of medical practice. Two stars because they're v friendly and Nicole and the other dental hygienistsn are great! Proceed with caution.... Do not use this Dentist office! I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning with the understanding they accepted my insurance. Before they even looked at my teeth they did 18 X-rays, and told me I would owe $142 that would be assigned to my deductible. I left the appointment after an hour and a half and never had my teeth cleaned. They wanted me to schedule a $600 after insurance cleaning. I said I just wanted the regular teeth cleaning, they had me sign a waiver that said I wasn't doing what was recommended, and the hygienist signed off on it! today I should up for my cleaning appointment, and the girl at the desk said she didn't see me on the schedule. I told her she made the appointment. she looked into it further, and said the dentist wouldn't allow me to have a regular cleaning and cancelled the appointment! she said I should have received a letter, I never did! I also got my insurance statement that paid with no deductible, she said I show a credit, and they would have to cut me a check, which I have not received! this is a scam business all about the money! read more

If I could give zero star I would. I've been with this dentist office for over 15 years. The previous owner and staffs are super nice. They treat you and talked to you like friends. Now since it has new owner, the whole environment is terrible. No smile, no friendly tone. It seems they hate customers. First time (after change owner) I got there with my cleaning appointment, I was told they would only do X-ray, they didn't have time to do the cleaning and I needed to make another appointment for cleaning. I went back with second appointment (the staff promised to give me enough time) and the hygienist told me with cold or even mad face she didn't have a lot of time so did a very quick cleaning (about 10min on actual cleaning, she hurt me many times and never said or felt sorry). Then the next appointment was more than half year later which went to next year (my maintenance cleaning should be every 4 month). I went to my new year appointment a few days ago wishing having a different hygienist. When I was taken to the cleaning room (before finishing forms) waiting for the hygienist doing her business, then she showed me bill. I told her I had different insurance this year. She went to front desk and came back saying it is my current information. I explained to her that I hadn't had chance talking to front desk that I had new insurance and gave her my new card yet. She brought me front desk, the staff said with unpleasant tone it is updated information. I handed her my new insurance card wondering how she updated. She said she checked my husband's info. I said my husband hadn't been here yet. Anyway, how did I know you checked my husband's info and updated. There's nothing wrong I tell you to update my insurance. Guess what, while we got it done quickly another woman told her I needed to reschedule because I just passed 10min of my appointment. It's not that I came in 10min late (by the way they've never told you how many minutes late would cause reschedule). You can't count the time your staff doing their work as customer late time. And it's not a busy day, no body in waiting room and the whole office was quite. They have a lot of cancelling because I very often got their messages asking me to fill the space. They even tried to persuade my husband to come in while he didn't make any appointment with them at all. Never go to that mean place! read more

Today was my first visit with Life Smiles. The parking lot seemed to be the only downside. I came in for a chipped tooth and the doctor was very helpful in creating a treatment plan for me. All of the staff was very friendly, as well. I'm looking forward to going back to get my tooth fixed. read more

UPDATE 9/15/17: I had my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday by Dr. Krueger, and he was absolutely wonderful. I have never had any kind of surgery before this. I have extreme anxiety, and needles especially freak me out. Dr. Krueger cracked jokes and warned me so I wouldn't see the needle. Plus he and his staff sang me the ABCs during the anesthesia injections. I'm almost 22, so I am very thankful for them going above and beyond to make me comfortable even though it was a little silly. The staff was thorough in explaining after care instructions, and I received a follow up call this morning to check and see how I was doing. I was ensured that if I need something over the weekend that I can call and leave a message for the doctor in case of an emergency. I would 100% recommend Dr. Krueger to anybody. The entire staff made my experience wonderful. read more

I'm very picky about my dentist and I won't go to just anyone. I'm new here and a friend recommended this office. Glad I went. Everyone is super nice and helpful from the receptionists to the tech, hygienist, and the dentist. It's clear he knows what the heck he's doing and is really invested in your teeth. Can I give a lower rating than a 1 star? I am BEYOND upset and humiliated leaving this office with absolutely nothing done. I came in to get a treatment plan, and have a cavity taken care of, while staying within my insurance and what they could cover. I was ASSURED on the phone that they had multiple people that was their entire job to check out Insurance's and make sure that whatever is not covered by Insurance, that I will be well aware of the cost out of pocket. Since I am a single mom who is currently on a Medical Leave Of Absence, that information is 100% necessary. When I arrived, I notice that the front reception area looked nice and the receptionist was very sweet. I filled out paperwork and was called to the back shortly after. As I walked down the hallway, it still seemed pretty nice, but looked a little dirty. I didn't think anything of it. When I get into the treatment room at the end of the hall I notice that the room is a little cluttered and was in disarray. (Concerning issue #1) The assistant brought in a tray of tools that looked completely unkept. They had dark spots that looked like the beginning of rust. (Concerning issue #2) * I immediately pulled up the reviews on Yelp to see what they had to say... and I should have done that earlier before making the appointment.* When we started talking, I let them know that I am a single mom, with very little money, so I wanted to get as much work done as possible, while staying within my Insurance. Again, they said that was possible. They then let me know that while my insurance was only covering one set of X-rays, they only wanted to do the X-ray that looked at one specific area... not even paying attention to the other teeth. (Concerning issue #3- why if I want my ENTIRE mouth looked at, and I want to stay within my budget, would you only look at ONE area?) When the doctor came in, he insisted on me telling him About a condition that did not involve my teeth in the slightest, instead of what I wanted worked on. After the (what I felt was inappropriate) digging into my unrelated medical condition, he then said "so tell me about this tooth" pointing at the screen that showed my cavity. I explained to him that I have had it for a few months, and that I want to do what I can now to save it. He then said "Well, why didn't you fix it before??" My reply: "well.. I am a single mom.. with very little funds." He then went on to tell me that I have to get my tooth with the cavity pulled, and when I explained that I didn't want that, that I will do everything to fix it, he said "well, why don't you want to pull it?" My reply: "well.. I would like to keep all of my teeth.." He then went on to tell me "well are you aware that you have *x*, *y*, *z* this wrong with your teeth?? You are going to have to be very committed to dental work to get everything fixed." So, this doctor, instead of finding reasons to help me find solutions, he was going to tell me all the reasons why I SHOULDNT save my teeth? I am a healthy woman, and the way that he was talking to me, you would think that I had a meth addicts mouth! I immediately got up, and told him that I was leaving. I explained that it was highly inappropriate, and unprofessional to assume that since I need more work done, why try and save one if the rest are bad?? As I was waking out he says "well yeah, we are not vibing! You need to leave!" Do not go to this doctor unless you are looking to A) be told how awful your teeth are. Or B) one of the lucky individuals to have perfect teeth. Never in my LIFE will I return to this office, and I insist you stay away as well! Update: I have been to the dentist in my home state, and 1) My dentist had no problem saving my tooth.. whatsoever. 2) he took the panoramic picture to get very clear details on my cavity. (Thanks for trying to make me pay extra because you "couldn't see it" with panoramic) 3) The rest of my teeth are in great health. Maybe you should pick another profession.... just sayin. read more

I went in for my first appointment today. Check in was fast and efficient. I was led to a room where I had X-rays taken, the girl who did them was friendly and chatty and put me at ease. Then the hygenist came in and did the assessment. She was very friendly and explained things step by step. Next, the dentist came in and checked my teeth, explaining what he was doing as well. They told me what my insurance will and will not cover-up and outlined a treatment plan. The costs are very reasonable, clearly dental care is not free, but I was very satisfied with my treatment plan and the costs outlined. I have 2 appointments next month, one for cleaning and one for wisdom tooth extraction. I'm actually looking forward to going back! I definitely recommend checking this dental office out! read more

Awful experience as a new customer. I scheduled x-rays, cleaning and an exam. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment as a courtesy because I knew I would have new patient paperwork to complete. The x-rays were completed in a timely manner. I then waited about 15 mins lying in the uncomfortable dentist chair before finally getting up and tracking down the x-ray technician to find out when they would start my cleaning. I was informed it would be another 40 mins! No one bothered to inform me that I would basically have an hour wait between the x-rays and cleaning, they just left me laying there in the dentist chair. I didn't plan on spending 3 hours at the dentist for a general check-up and cleaning and I had to get back to work, so I left without getting an exam or cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous that they expect you top sit in a chair for an hour after x-rays to get a cleaning. I will take my business elsewhere and will recommend the same to colleagues and friends. read more

I just started working again after 3 years and finally had Dental insurance. I knew I needed work on my teeth. I went here to get the work started. Like another reviewer, they took only one x-ray of one part of my mouth instead of my whole mouth like my insurance covered. I wanted my whole mouth worked on. The Dental assistant was nice enough but not comforting. When the dentists came in he was abrupt and didn't even introduce himself. He blamed me for not taking care of my teeth as well as asked why I hadn't and could not understand not having money to afford a dentist. He then told me I would need to have my tooth pulled and a crown put in. So, a dentist who couldn't be bothered to even look in my mouth can tell that my tooth should be pulled. He based that diagnosis on just x-rays. I left there feeling worse about my teeth than I did walking in. And I left there feeling bad that my life situation did not improve fast enough to take care of my street. Now... Here is the kicker, I went to another dentist who took the time to listen, took a full mouth of x-rays, looked in my mouth AND used instruments to check my teeth and determined my tooth did not need to be filled. Do not go here unless you want your insurance wasted or unless you have perfect teeth. read more

NEVER GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!! I've been going here for about 3 years. I have never been so humiliated in my life! This so called Dr will make you feel like scum of the earth! I went last week because my gum was pulling away from my tooth in the front exposing the nerve. It was painful when my lip rubbed against it. He literally looked at my tooth for 15 seconds and told me there was nothing wrong with it. And u have no pain, and all I wanted was pain medication. I started asking questions and he told his assistant to dismiss me he didn't want me in his office. Even his assistant looked at him and was confused. I went to my family Dr that afternoon and explained to him what had happened he examined my tooth and I have early gingivitis. Mr Krueger is no Dr or even a medical professional. He is a dirty scum bag butcher. If it's not a procedure that benefits him or his wallet, he will not help you! read more
