Where do I even start? I went to an intro class on December 6th and really enjoyed it. I told the staff I was interested in joining after finishing my training sessions at Equinox. They were running a promotion that day and assured me I could lock in the reduced rate if I paid then -- and that I could start later, once I was ready. I paid $75 on the spot with that exact understanding. On December 30th, I followed up to let them know I had about two more months of training left and would join after that. They said they'd give me the courtesy of holding the rate until March 1st. I made it clear I wouldn't be starting before then -- I wasn't about to pay over $600 for two fitness memberships at the same time. Despite never confirming a start date or attending any classes beyond the intro, I started getting constant texts and notifications as if I were already enrolled. Then, on March 15th, I was hit with over 20 charges in a single day -- without warning, a call, or any confirmation from me. I was then told I owed a $125 cancellation fee... for a membership that never actually began. After weeks of back and forth and calls with staff who clearly had no idea what was going on, someone from "collections" called me claiming I owed $900. That's when I contacted the Consumer Protection Agency in White Plains -- and suddenly, the matter disappeared. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I truly wanted to start Pilates, but I'm honestly shocked at how money-hungry and unprofessional this place turned out to be. If you're considering joining, be extremely cautious and get everything in writing. I would not recommend Club Pilates based on how this was handled I did provide proof but hid personal info. Avoid this place. It feels like a factory, with the only focus getting you to spend more money. When I needed to cancel a class (due to illness) and did so within the time limit, they refused to refund my money. When asked where the non-refund policy is written or explained, the GM texted me "We don't have it written anywhere." Seriously? Also, the studio is kept dark like a cave. Terrible vibe. read more

i hate to exercise and have walked out in the middle of exercise classes at gyms I've joined in the past. I took the introductory class at Club Pilates in Mt. Kisco and LOVED It. I wanted to keep going at the end. I have now been a member for 4 months and I still REALLY love the classes. The staff and instructors are nice and helpful. I am surprised how every class is different and just as enjoyable. I feel so good after each class and look forward to the next time. Club Pilates is amazing!!! read more

If you're a self-starter, and you don't mind taking classes where the teachers glance at you while walk through the room, this is the place for you. They tell students what to do, but don't check their posture or breathing as the work. Their staff complains about their boss and everything is incredibly unprofessional. I've been visiting Club Pilates regularly since August, and it has literally changed my life. It is both a challenge physically but a treat mentally -- I feel disconnected from any outside stress while I'm on the reformer. The instructors pay incredibly close attention to the form of each student; I've been in completely full classes and have watched first-hand the support and care that each student receives. My very favorite part of the day is Club Pilates! I am so grateful that they are right here in Mount Kisco. I have been trying different workouts and gyms my entire life and nothing ever clicked for me the way Pilates has. The reformers are a game changer. I have never worked out so much in my life and quite frankly I have never enjoyed it until now. What can I say? I LOVE Club Pilates! The instructors are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! People often ask me who my favorite is and I just have to say ALL of them. They are thorough and accommodating if you have pain, injuries or are just having a day where you're a little off they help you and modify the exercises. Their level of knowledge in their field makes me feel safe. I have recommended this to all of my friends and family because I really believe in it and it has helped me tremendously. I have lupus and some days I just can't do what I can do other days but there is ALWAYS something I can do. Very very grateful for Club Pilates. My spine needed to heal. Several friends directed me to Pilates Mt. Kisco. I've made steady progress as a result of the outstanding instructors (Shasta, Cindy, Briana and friends) the supportive staff (Trish, plus) - they honestly care. No fob or a bar code needed. This is a custom-centric establishment. Every class begins with a question from the instructor, 'any injuries?' Personal adjustments are made to the ever changing level-based exercise program to improve your experience. Being at this Mt. Kisco Pilates studio is a great workout with a personal connection. read more

Intro class was good but annoying that I had to pay $20 for socks that you can get elsewhere for $5 - note it's a "free" intro class and I could've used my regular socks or bare foot. Beware of this trap. read more

I can't say enough positive things about this amazing studio. I have tried Pilates at various times in my life and abandoned it as "not for me" until Club Pilates opened up in Mt. Kisco. I was a permanent fixture at the gym until I took an introductory class in August 2017. I fell in love and my obsession continues. I practically live there, and I am reaping the benefits. Every instructor is excellent and each one makes every class unique. I finally understand what Pilates is all about and why there are so many people who swear by it. I actually look forward to going to classes and like taking more than one class a day. The unique atmosphere contributes to the desire to master Pilates. The staff is not only professional but super friendly and accommodating. They always try to "work with" the members in order to provide a positive experience and do their best to make everyone feel special. This community is my family of choice. Club Pilates has great classes- not too big, not too small. a good price and flexible schedule. Love Pilates and it's hard to find a wide range of Reformer classes and doing privates only isn't a long term plan. Club Pilates was perfect for me. The staff is very nice and helpful and the other members were welcoming and friendly. Have done Pilates on and off for 15 plus years from NYC to TX and this is one of my favorite places. read more

I have been a member at Club Pilates in Mt. Kisco, for about 6 months and I cannot give this club enough "stars". The location is so well managed, the front desk staff is always so polite and inviting.... no sour faces here. The instructors, while each are very different, I think all of them are uniquely wonderful. I started with the very basic class and pretty quickly moved into the more advanced level 2 classes and I can vouch they are "killer". I thought at first that Pilates was sooo easy, but boy was I wrong. It is such a challenging workout and you walk out of there feeling so refreshed and ready to face any day. Needless to say, I'm hooked! It is truly a fantastic workout and a really great location. read more

Club PIlates is a great way to have a convenient and fun workout! There is never any judgement. The studio offers beginner, intermediate and advances classes. I have been taking classes consistently for a year. You will notice a difference in your body after a few weeks. This is a great workout (especially if you have injuries). Instructors, staff and the owner are knowledgeable, helpful and kind! The studio is new and clean and has a warm friendly vibe. Also, unlike traditional pilates studios, Club Pilates plays music which I need during my workouts. read more

I joined Club Pilates in September after attending an introductory class. Maybe I didn't read the fine print, but I was not aware that you can not carry over classes to the next month. My first time was in November. I figured I'd go every day to make up for not going the last 2 months. That's when I was told that was not possible. The instructor said she would call me and we can work something out. She never called. I called again and asked to speak to the manager and no call. Before signing up, make sure you read the fine print. I found the classes very good but the staff not so friendly. I'll be looking for another Pilates studio. Jean C-S read more
