This gym is the best innner Houston -- hands Down. I am pleased to have met Bri early upon switching to the LF Greenway location whose dedication and professionalism have significantly enhanced my experience and I look forward to seeing her friendly happy face every time I come. Bri always demonstrates a remarkable commitment to ensuring that all members feel welcome and supported in the locker room and their fitness needs alike. From the moment I step into the gym, Bri is a ray of sunshine greeting everyone with a warm smile and a positive attitude - going to such lengths and the extra mile in a way I have yet to experience prior at a LF. Her approachable demeanor immediately puts everyone at ease, creating an inviting and motivating atmosphere. She goes above and beyond in her duties, whether it's maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities, offering assistance, or simply being a kind human being. Her knowledge and expertise are evident in every interaction and her dilligence to always ensuring members are well taken care of remarkable. She takes the time to understand each member's needs anywhere she can and enthusiasm for her work is infectious, inspiring members in a welcoming environment. What truly sets Bri apart is her genuine care for the well-being of every member. She remembers names, personal preferences, and fitness milestones, making each person feel valued and appreciated. This level of personalized attention fosters a strong sense of community within the gym, making it a place where members not only come to work out but also to connect and see her! Bri embodies the qualities of an exceptional employee and we are so lucky to have her at Greenway. From her professionalism, heartfelt commitment to member satisfaction and speed to keeping the locker room and facility in tip top shape. Her presence at Greenway significantly enriches the experience for all, and I recommend you pop in and say hello to the staff -- you won't be disappointed. The unmatched dedication management down is quite evident in all aspects of The fitness culture they actively cultivate.

The diamond membership here allows you to go all lifetime locations nationwide, however, I am a fan of this location. It's very spacious with modern interiors. Plenty of garage parking, you can just connect your ez tag for the gate. As a member, you can bring two guests each month. During the summer, the rooftop pool deck is a great place to relax for a nice tan. It has a leisure and lap pool surrounded by cabanas and lounge chairs. Full staff working the outdoor pool area. Easy to order food and drinks from the lifetime cafe. This location has a variety of features from saunas, spa, fitness classes, weight machines, childcare, etc. Locker room is relatively clean for most of the time. Towels are stocked up with many other amenities. Work out area is spacious. Would like to see some more classes on the weekends though. Overall, this location is pretty convenient.

I'd only come here once in a lifetime

It can take a Life Time to afford a membership like this. Yes, their club is a palace. I absolutely love it, the equipment is amazing, there's plenty of space, and some really, really hot people work out here (especially by the pool) which suggests that if you want to look really hot, you should probably join this place. Anyway, 3 times I came here for a tour. The first two times, I was completely ignored. One of those two times, they put me in a waiting room for about 20 mins and still nothing. During this time they were chatting about everything in the world except work and playing on their phones. At this price, I expected a lot more and it put me right off. Facilities are excellent, but the weights area isn't any better than the better end of the cheapest gyms out there.

This is the lovely 35 minute wait I got to be a part of today because one of these wealthy handicap sticker pool goers decided f this gate..

I'm like Emin Check out the pics of me waiting 35m to pass a broken gate This place is an absolute dump now. The current business model: Overhead: The pool, the bar, the people monitoring the pool... That no one uses for exercise... and the DJ on Saturdays. Is this a club or a gym? Nothing makes me more excited to workout, then spending 45 minutes to get there, only to find the garage's gate is broken... waited 30 minutes to get in... Mind you, I actually read directions and connected my EZ Tag right when I became a member... But now...I get to carry an annoying piece of paper to the desk and get a validation ticket... love it. Here's some ideas: Stop paying DJ's... Fix 1, maybe 2, I dunno, 3 treadmills out of the 14 that are not functional from heel runners who don't understand the difference between a street and a treadmill. 14. Has been brought up to the GM...in March...nothing has changed. The Wifi? For real...a 2.8kpbs dial-up is faster. How is it that you are killing people monthly for 300-350 a month, and you can't install a WiFi that works? Even crazier...a private WiFi network that only members use... That might be way way way too high tech for y'all. It's so interesting y'all don't have a contact e-mail on your website... kind of gives off a queue that you're scared of people writing about how awful your locations are. Your e-mails with surveys? The link dies within 3 weeks... pretty suspect. There's more than 5 or 6 UTM tracking tools out there...and 3/4 of them are free: bit.ly tiny.url short.ly Like use google... Your e-mail automations have the year 2019 on the bottom... I didn't know I was still living in the past. These are simple, takes less than 2 minutes to update things, that are obviously not important...or maybe, no one there knows how to do it, which would not be surprising. Why do I have a card FOB, in addition to my EZ Tag? Oh, just in case it doesn't work... so the garage is that terrible... interesting. Nearly as interesting as the 3x someone has dinged my car in the past 2 weeks... So odd...no cameras... no security... no one cares... But ya know what...let's pay a DJ, and make sure the bar is stocked for all of the Moms wanting to escape their miserable lives having teenagers, who just love to come to the gym, get out of the car (usually in handicap spots, like the 26" Rolls Royce SUV that seems to always get the best spot...because he has a tag...and he isn't handicapped...and really dgaf). I don't know, maybe him or the 3 other people who do it, every...single...day. Why do you have handicap parking spots? I have never seen a handicap person work out at your gym...in my life...including when it was The Met, before you purchased it. Get rid of them. Stop paying a DJ, and take care of customers who are loyalty members with 10+ years of membership, rather than opening business accounts for 'Entertainment Groups' in Houston, allowing all of their standup waitresses to work out at a gym they will never be able to afford. I'd definitely cater to them. Cater to the pool... have an annoying message about the kid's area closing at 8... when no one's in there... This would be super weird: Update the equipment from 2017. How is it that all these members have unlimited guests, pay 300 a month... And use the basketball court...no weights... no cardio... they come they hoop, they break stuff...they head to the pool...then leave, to get into their Audi A4 parked right up front in the 6 handicap spots because he has a sticker, and isn't handicapped. A security guard would be totally out of mind and out of hand...instead of, I don't know, paying a DJ on Saturdays... It's a shame I have to write this...it nearly feels like hubris saying this about the gym with some of the best employees I've met in my life... But for real...I get wanting revenue...I understand the model... Unfortunately, customers and clients mean more than money in business. This isn't a pay equity world with Megan Rapinoe as the spokeswoman... This is a gym that's turned into a club, and is just a place people work out at mondays and tuesdays before they just show up with a drink in their hand as they get out of their Volvo with 12 kids... Open a club, and just close that place... cause you're doing no one any favors. Age limit allowing high-school and college kids to continue to use their parents' membership past age 21. Fertitta's youngest kid can work out there on his parents membership... And I get to pay money to have a guest... It's annoying...it's frustrating...and working out at 4am because none of the morons flexing how 'hood rich' they are at the gym, before driving home to their duplex in Cypress. Here's my suggestion to anyone thinking about starting to come here... Bring tons of hand wipes... might open a subscription with Uber One so you can discount, and not have to worry about whether or not the garage is working... Place is trash

    Jaire Q.

Pretty disappointed now that I've visited other lifetime facilities, including out of state facilities. No indoor pool. Hot tub never works. No coed hot tub. No outdoor hottub. Boring color scheme and the work out floor is just not comfortable, machines are just randomly placed, warm up area is small and always busy. Staff is not friendly and if you need assistance they never know anything. I am personally thinking about downgrading, I prefer Cypress or Baybrook to Greenway. This diamond level club is lacking a lot of basic lifetime amenities. I don't personally care much about the work space, but I guess they think having that makes up for the lack of everything else!!? Not a fan of this gym.

There is parking for the gym when driving up the ramp that's close to the side of the plaza facing Cummins St. It can sometimes be a little tricky navigating the entry and exit to the plaza because of the Costco gas station, which tends to have long lines. I go to this location a couple of times a week and usually it's not overly crowded and you can access most of the equipment. I've noticed some of the treadmills were out of service, so if you go at peak hours you may have difficulty finding one working. The equipment seems ok but some machines are showing their age. However, the locker room has been clean each time and there are always open lockers to place your belongings. One curious thing is this location is listed as a signature club but I'm not sure what amenities are considered signature compared to a standard location. This one has a basketball court, a group workout room, and a small sauna but no pool. Overall, it's a good all around gym that doesn't feel pretentious and I have no major complaints.

I ended up signing & paying $71 dollars for what I thought were one hour private lessons. At no point during my signup, did they discuss with me that I was paying $71 dollars for ONLY 25 MINUTES of training. To me lying by omission still lying. I was very upset & the best that my salesperson would do, was put me into the group class that happens at either 5:30pm on Wednesdays or 9:30am on Saturdays with Aldo Silva at the Yale location in Houston, that averages 14 people per class. At least, I was getting an hour workout, but it was not a personal private class. I didn't get to pick my trainer or time or work on my individual goals. I didn't end up going to the gym much, cuz it reminded me of being bamboozled by them. I also sign up on the third of the month & thought my last day would have been 9/2/26, after giving them proper notice of cancellation. Turns out per them, that my last day was 9/1/26. So, I couldn't attend my last $71 dollar group class that I paid for with Aldo on 9/2/26, cuz I no longer had access to the club...unless I paid for another month membership to attend the class. So, buyer beware.

They have some interesting machines that I haven't encountered before at large gyms. The Smith machine is part of a large contraption, and I don't really understand it. Some things they lack that I value in a gym are a hip thrust station/machine, assisted pull-up machine, and lat pulldown. I get the overall impression that it's a male-dominated gym. This gym has very nice amenities considering its small size. They have hand towels, bath towels, disinfecting wipes, good hand sanitizer, filtered water with cups, and a big locker room with showers and a really nice mirror area. Parking was a bit confusing at first as you navigate through a huge underground parking area, and the gym is located in a large office building with a food court. First, you have to get to the Greenway plaza parking garage and enter via the visitor parking entrance for 4-6 Greenway Plaza garage from the 59 feeder road. Once inside the garage, follow the signs for 5 Greenway plaza. It should be the blue colored parking area. There's a pretty big sign that says visitor parking. Then, look for the entrance that says 5 Greenway Plaza. Enter and pass the flower shop on the left, and Pulse fitness is right there. The front desk can validate your parking right away, which was awesome. The outside sitting area before entering this gym was so pretty and filled with bright natural light. If you go here earlier in the day, you can sit in this area and just relax. I heard some food vendors are also open earlier in the day. Inside, this gym was nice. Let me say this again, it's very nice. Like everything was new: their cardio equipment, weights, machines, kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, and probably all their other equipment. Their restrooms were clean, and even had a nice sitting area. They had lockers with 3 digit dial codes to secure your belongings. They have nice showers. They have clean towels on every cardio station and on more shelves. They have a filtered water station. I mean, what more could you want? I do have to mention that they don't have your typical weight machines. They have weights but with resistance cords to them. You can feel the weight both going away from and towards starting position. It just takes a bit of getting used to. Leaving the garage is simple. Follow the sign to exit for southwest freeway (Highway 59), and you're good to go. Next time, I will have to inquire about their HIIT classes. So, I will definitely be back.

My car was recently broken into in the gym's parking garage sometime between approximately 1:30 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. Although the garage has good lighting, there does not appear to be any meaningful monitoring or security presence during those hours. What is even more disappointing is the manager's apparent lack of interest in addressing the safety and overall condition of his own facility. Members should not have to worry about their vehicles being broken into while they are inside working out. Good lighting alone is not enough. The garage needs active camera monitoring, regular security patrols, and a clear response plan when incidents occur. The conditions inside the gym are also unacceptable. The locker room is regularly dirty and does not appear to be cleaned properly. I have seen pubic hair left on the floor, and the steam room is often unsanitary as well. Broken machines remain out of service instead of being repaired or replaced in a timely manner. There are also frequently homeless individuals sleeping inside the gym, which raises additional safety and sanitation concerns for paying members. The facility continues to deteriorate, and management does not appear interested in correcting the problems. A manager should take pride in the gym, listen to members, and ensure that the property is safe, clean, and properly maintained. Instead, these issues have been allowed to continue while members are still expected to pay full membership fees. I expect the break-in and the ongoing concerns about security, cleanliness, and maintenance to be taken seriously. Immediate improvements are needed before another member becomes a victim or someone is harmed.

Since I mapped it out beforehand, I knew where to park and how to get to the gym. This was a fairly large shopping area, but EQX was right there, and the desk is there in front once you enter. There was a really nice girl this day with long braids, and she directed me upstairs to the locker room and informed me that parking validation was not necessary at this time; the gate just went up as you pulled up to it. Perfect! After going upstairs, I did wander around and then a trainer directed me over to the locker room, which was spacious and very clean. The fitness floor is on the second, and as soon as I found the treadmills, I knew where I belonged. Light movement in the stretching area after, and then back to a shower with decent water pressure. What I was fascinated with was how friendly staff was. Trainers actually smiled and said goodbye which you won't normally see in California or New York. I certainly wasn't at home! Compared to other locations, this one was very low-key, although I admit I came during the afternoon where it was probably quieter. I had forgotten this is the location that I was in contact with back in 2020 when I had ordered some masks from their shop since they were actually open. Since l cant reply your response, lm gonna leave another as a reply to you…read more 1) You said l was explained by "creepy bold guy" but he never approached to me to say something. I was told by an asian guy at front desk plus he refused to tell me the reason why we can get a free trial so it never happened or creepy bold guy lied to you. He could just approach and talk instead of staring me from the room (which lm okey , hope he learned something from me) And just wanna confirm l got my NASM certificate on 2018 2) l agree about accepting limited people. Of course, that place cant handle more than 10 people same time so you ask 300$ which is acceptable, but not for that dark and old machines. 3)nobody asked for ultra bright lights, but we need to see dumbbell section or plates clearly for our safety. 4) no question about music in the gym. 5) l meant your pricing and machines quality (due to old age) dont match. It is acceptable only with decent price obviously not with your pricing.

The clientele is more River Oaks retirees than gym bros or insta baddies, and it's very welcoming. This is a place to feel comfortable in your skin and get a great workout in. Also, regarding personal training, Chad (the owner) is a fantastic trainer. Every session includes about 10 minutes of stretching from the trainer. Really a stellar experience.

I once came in one day with a sore shoulder from overuse and the light shoulder exercises Brice had me do helped my recovery significantly. I was 90% recovered by the next day! Ihas helped me learn proper form and actively made sure I maintained good form throughout my exercises. It's only been a month of training with Brice, and I already feel better about my body and even my posture. Did I mention how nice the gym is? Brice recently moved to a new gym and it is spacious with brand new equipment. All his clients are friendly people too! Give Brice a try for meeting your workout goals, I'm confident he won't disappoint.

He knows what he is doing, pays attention, and genuinely wants the best for his clients. THE CORE gym is clean and has plenty of parking. When the previous gym shut abruptly, Brice had us up and running in the current gym basically overnight. Amazing. He prices his services to motivate you to go 3x a week. That may sound like a lot but it creates a routine. And that's GOOD. He pushes you in a "you can do this" way but is realistic if the weight is just too much. Brice balances the sessions so that your whole body gets a workout over the week. And he is big on stretching. He works hard to plan productive sessions where your time is valued. Not much on chitchat and no "lollygagging". Heather covers on certain days of the week; she is knowledgeable as well with a dry sense of humor. I highly recommend giving them a try. Your first workout is complimentary, I think, so really what do you have to lose? Just do it. It's time.
